PR - I don't consider Page rank as that important, becz what is important is relevant traffic and increase in visitors becz that's what it counts more. There are many sites which as PR2 which do outrank PR4 websites too. Page rank is useful when it comes to branding, link exchanges with relevant categories, promotion, targeting high end competition.

There would be technologies coming like automatic seo optimization or pages automated where there is no need for seo's, but still optimization, keyword research, web analytics research would prevail in the long term as long as seo's keep away from black hat techniques

1) FLASH SITES INDEXED
Previously Google began crawling and indexing Flash content, but now Google can also index external content that loads within an SWF file, and associate it with that file, so that it will appear in search results.

2) Reconsideration requests: Now with notifications

If you've submitted a reconsideration request via Webmaster Tools,after your request has been processed, we'll confirm this by sending a message to your Message Center in Webmaster Tools.
If it's doing well, it means that Google has reviewed your site and believes that it adheres to our Webmaster Guidelines. If your site still isn't performing well in search, we recommend reviewing our Webmaster Guidelines and also checking out these possible reasons why your site might not be doing as well as you expect. This is really a new feature google has come up, where many webmasters who are not aware of Google's guidelines can come to know about the warnings and

FIREFOX issues: How to Clear Firefox search or status bar:

Solution to clear up Status bar or search bar

Type : about:config
Then scroll down to: browser.urlbar.maxRichResults
and change the default. The default setting is 12 and if you want nothing, you enter 0.

This way when u try to type anything in the status bar next time it would be clear.

2ND How to clear Cookies and passwords

Tools > Privacy > Settings > Check all if u want to clear off any passwords, browser, privacy etc.
Tools > Clear private data

3rd UNCHECK PASSWORD

TOOLS > Options > Security > In password section uncheck remember password for sites
