<p>Un lucru important (fata de ce am facut eu pana acum), legumele nu sunt fierte ci sunt direct coapte la cuptor.</p>
<p>Cel mai important secret sta in stafide. Ele fac totul. Iar daca te organizezi cum trebui si nu arzi stafidele (cum am patit eu cu cateva), atunci totul e perfect. Din cauza arsurii imi dau un -1, dar pentru restul imi dau clar nota mare.</p>
<p><strong>Ce avem nevoie?</strong></p>
<p>- 2 dovlecei</p>
<p>- 6 ciuperci proaspete</p>
<p>- o ceapa</p>
<p>- un morcov</p>
<p>- un ardei rosu, daca aveti in frigider (eu nu am avut)</p>
<p>- 1-2 pumni de stafide aurii (dupa gust)</p>
<p>- ulei de masline</p>
<p>- o punga mica de parmezan</p>
<p>Trebuie sa aveti vasul de iena. In care sa puneti felii subtiri de dovlecei, ciuperci, ceapa, morcov&#8230; Asta dupa ce spalati si curatati legumele, da? Pentru dovlecei si ardei lasati coaja, da? Trebuie puse in vas in straturi, ca in imaginile de la sfarsit.</p>
<p>Se stropesc legumele cu niste ulei de masline.</p>
<p>Peste ele se presara stafidele iar la sfarsit punem parmezanul ras.</p>
<p>Am inceput prin a pune la cuptor la 160 de grade, pentru 20 de minute. Dupa care am vazut ca nu sunt deloc moi legumele (mai ales morcovii), asa ca am mai pus vreo 25 de minute la 200 de grade. E posibil d&#8217;aia sa se fi si ars stafidele. Cand o sa mai fac o data reteta, voi pune direct cuptorul la 200 de grade si voi tine cam 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Pentru cei care nu au cuptor electric, cred ca cel mai bine e sa puneti vasul de iena in cuptorul incalzit pentru vreo 25-30 de minute. Cel mai sigur insa e sa va uitati sa nu se arda legumele si sa fie suficient de moi.</p>

<p>Si cum a aparut gulia, am gasit o modalitate in care sa pot combina niste ingrediente &#8220;chinezesti&#8221; cu ciorba clasica de <a href="http://la-masa.e-altfel.ro/tag/legume/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with legume">legume</a>, astfel incat sa iasa o ciorba aromata. Eu confirm ca a iesit super, abia astept maine sa vad daca ii place si celui mic&#8230;</p>
<p>Avem nevoie de:</p>
<p>- 500g piept de pui (eu folosesc dezosat, de lene? <img src='http://la-masa.e-altfel.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  )</p>
<p>- 3 morcovi</p>
<p>- 3 cartofi</p>
<p>- o ceapa</p>
<p>- o gulie</p>
<p>- o telina (sau jumate, daca e prea mare)</p>
<p>- o lingura ulei de masline</p>
<p>- o lingura de sos de soia Dark (dar poate fi folosit si light)</p>
<p>- o lingura de ghimbir praf (desi, daca aveam ghimbir proaspat asta era o varianta mai buna, dat pe razatoare)</p>
<p>- o legatura de patrunjel</p>
<p>- Optional, dar nu pentru copii, niste ardei iute. Bine, se poate pune si dupa ce e gata ciorba, dar&#8230;</p>
<p>Se spala pieptul si se taie cubulete. Se pun cubuletele la fiert cam cu 3 litri de apa, niste sare si ceapa curatata si taiata in doua (o sa aruncam inainte de a pune legumele). Se spumeaza, la fel ca la orice supa de pui.</p>
<p>Curatam cartofii si ii taiem in cubulete. Apoi telina, morcovii si gulia pot fi taiate feliute sau cubulete (cum lu&#8217; ala mic nu ii plac fasiile, am ales cubuletele).</p>
<p>Dupa ce s-a inmuiat puiul se pun morcovii, gulia si telina iar dupa 5 minute se pun si cartofii. Se lasa in continuare la fiert si dupa vreo 10 minute se adauga o lingura de ulei de masline si sare. Cand se apropie de final se pune ghimbirul si sosul de soia.</p>
<p>Daca vrei sa-i mai dai iuteala pui si niste ardei iute, dupa cum spunea.</p>
<p>Cand toate legumele sunt facute (sunt moi), se pune si patrunjelul tocat (cu focul oprit).</p>

Inca nu apucasera sa se strice toate, asa ca m-am decis sa le salvez de la pieire prin nefolosire si am zis sa fac o mancare buna <img src='http://la-masa.e-altfel.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Incep cu finalul, a iesit super mancarea. Puiul a prins din aroma de la gutui, gutuile au luat si ele de la pui… <img src='http://la-masa.e-altfel.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Am avut nevoie de:<br />
4 gutui<br />
3 bucati de pulpe de pui dezosate, taiate cubulete<br />
7 lingurite de zahar<br />
3 linguri de faina<br />
cam 2 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>Se poate condimenta si cu niste sare si piper, insa eu nu am pus, pentru ca din mancare mananca si un copil de 2 ani <img src='http://la-masa.e-altfel.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Bun… Mai departe.</p>
<p>Am curatat gutuile de seminte si le-am taiat felii. Important e sa nu se curete si coaja, cid oar sa se spele bine. Daca se curate coaja, se inmoaie prea tare gutuile.</p>
<p>Se prajesc putin in ulei feliile de gutui, cit sa prinda un pic de culoare. Se scot apoi feliile intr-un vas, scurgandu-se de ulei.</p>
<p>In uleiul ramas (si eventual putin adaos, dar doar daca e cazul) se prajesc cubuletele de pui, tot asa, cat sa prinda un pic de culoare.</p>
<p>In paralele facem sosul. Punem la topit zaharul intr-un alt vas, pana prinde un pic de culoare, cu atentie sa nu se arda. Peste zahar punem cam 300 de ml de apa calda si lansam pe foc (in clocot) pana se dizolva zaharul.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron se pune faina cu putina apa calda, amestecand bine pana cand totul devine omogen si atunci se pune peste apa cu zaharul de pe foc.</p>
<p>Se lasa pe foc aproximativ 5 minute, amestecand des, pana incepe sa se lege sosul.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Punem intr-o tava care se poate pune la cuptor toate ingredientele (puiul, gutuile, sosul) si apoi se da la cuptor cam pentru 50 de minute.</p>
<p>Eu personal am tinut 45 de minute la 180 de grade si inca 15 minute la 200 de grade. La un cuptor normal dureaza cam 50 de minute.</p>

* aproape 1 lingurita de chimen<br />

* 150g smantana<br />
* sare<br />
* daca iti place un pic mai acra supa poti pune si un pic de zeama de lamaie<br />
* putin ulei de masline pentru calit</p>
<p>Calesti ceapa, usturoiul, morcovul (toate taiate in cubulete mici) si chimenul in ulei, preferabil intr-o cratita mai adanca (vezi in poza), ca sa poti stinge amestecul cu supa. Dupa ce ai pus supa, lasa sa fiarba la foc iute cam 15 minute. Adauga si putina sare (dar putina, daca dai la copii mici) sau mai mai multa, daca faci pentru adulti <img src='http://la-masa.e-altfel.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Lasa la racit apoi supa. Intre timp curata avocado-ul de coaja si samburi si apoi taie-l in cubulete. Poti pastra cateva cubulete pe care sa le stropesti cu zeama de lamaie si pe care sa le pui la final in supa, ca un fel de crutoane. <img src='http://la-masa.e-altfel.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Sau poti face cum am facut eu, sa le pui pe toate &#8220;la bataie&#8221;.</p>
<p>Mai exact se toarna supa racita intr-un blender, se adauga cubuletele de avocado si smantana si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Daca vrei sa mai faci ceva in plus, poti pune in farfurie cateva frunze de menta&#8230;</p>
<p>Si acum pozele (facute cu telefonul).</p>

Am primit si o masina de <a href="http://la-masa.e-altfel.ro/tag/paine/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with paine">paine</a> si am tot postat retete.</p>
<p>Nu intotdeauna insa iese painea. Prea multa faina, alta calitate, prea multa/putina apa, nu stiu. Diferite motive. Creste painea si, cand sa intre in procesul de copt (ultima ora la masina Team) &#8220;cade&#8221;. Pana de curand aruncam painea care iesea prost. Sau aruncam coca.</p>
<p>Pana ne-am gandit sa o folosim cu succes. Cum? Terminand procesul in cuptor.</p>
<p>Dupa atata timp de facut paine la masina imi dau seama inca din primele 20 de minute daca nu iese. Asa ca ma pregatesc pentru cuptor. Cu 10-15 minute inainte sa inceapa coptul dau drumul la cuptor. Scot apoi forma/formele pe care vreau sa le umplu cu coca framantata si crescuta de masina.</p>
<p>Ung forma/formele cu unt/ulei si apoi presar niste faina si apoi pun coca inauntru.</p>
<p>Apoi pun totul la cuptor. Focul mic, sa nu se prajeasca/intareasca painea (coaja) si sa se faca mai buna painea. Asta cam 1 ora.</p>
<p>Si gata painea buna!</p>

<p>Aveti nevoie de 2 mere carora le scoateti cotorul si apoi le taiati cubulete.</p>
<p>Luati si niste struguri (albi, cam 150g boabe) si niste miez de floarea soarelui, plus o banana pe care o taiati felii.</p>
<p>Pentru ca amestecul sa fie si mai interesant, aveti nevoie si de 1 cana de iaurt.</p>
<p>Amestecati merele, strugurii, semintele, banana si iaurtul.</p>
<p>Pe un platou puneti cateva frunze de salata verde, iar peste puneti continutul.</p>

Tot ce o sa  prezint mai jos o sa fie ok pentru o masa cu 5 persoane.</p>
<p>So, am gatit (mai demult, ce-i drept, acum doar am pus pe net):</p>
<p>- oua soricei</p>
<p>- mini-pizza cu <a href="http://la-masa.e-altfel.ro/tag/legume/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with legume">legume</a></p>
<p>- creveti a la francaise cu unt si arome fine</p>
<p>Sa le luam pe rand:</p>
<p>1. <strong>Oua-soricei</strong> (din pacate am uitat sa le fac poze,  dar aratau super si erau la gust la fel).</p>
<p>- 4 oua</p>
<p>- 2 linguri de maioneza</p>
<p>- 1 lingura branza de vaci</p>
<p>- 16 boabe de piper pentru ochi</p>
<p>- 1 ardei pentru urechi</p>
<p>- niste salata pentru gura si nas (bine ar fi fost nistre patrunjel,  insa in gima nu mai aveau patrunjel proaspat, iar cum pentru alta reteta  luasem salata, am folosit salata taiata f. subtire)</p>
<p>- niste patrunjel uscat</p>
<p>Am fiert pentru vreo 10 minute ouale. Dupa ce le-am fiert, le-am  curatat de coaja si apoi le-am taiat pe jumate, cu atentie… si apoi am  scos galbenusul. Pe care l-am amestecat cu maioneza, cu branza si cu  patrunjelul tocat. Ca sa mearga bine ce urma, am bagat pasta si ouale in  frigider.</p>
<p>Dupa un timp am scos ouale si pasta si am umplut jumatatile cu  pasta.. Din ardei am taiat urechi pentru soricei, triughiulare…Pentru  ochi am folosit piperul, iar pentru gura si nas, dupa cum ziceam, niste  salata.</p>
<p>Pe o tava am pus frunze de salata si am pus ouale pe ea…. Si gata</p>
<p>2. <strong>Mini pizza cu legume</strong></p>
<p>Am luat 2 seturi de aluat de pizza (practic 4 aluaturi de  vreo 20 de cm diametru). Din fiecare aluat am taiat 4 cercuri cu  ajutorul unui pahar mai larg la gura.</p>
<p>Asa, am mai avut nevoie si de 250 g rosii pasate<br />
Buun, si am facut 2 feluri de pizza:</p>
<p>a)</p>
<p>- am uns 8 cercuri cu rosii pasate</p>
<p>- presarat sare si piper</p>
<p>- 1/2 ardei gras rosu si 1/2 ardei gras galben, taiat cubulete</p>
<p>- 125g mozzarella taiata cubulete<br />
- 80 g salam uscat feliat taiat cubulete</p>
<p>Bagat la cuptor vreo juma de ora (dar depinde de cuptor… in mod normal cred ca 15 minute ar fi de  ajuns, daca preincalzesti cuptorul la 200 grade)</p>
<p>b)</p>
<p>- 80g Emmentaler ras</p>
<p>- 1 ceapa taiata cubulete</p>
<p>- 80g fasole verde din cutie</p>
<p>- 80g morcovi rasi</p>
<p>- niste masline rondele</p>
<p>Tot asa, bagat la cuptor…</p>
<p>3. <strong>Crevete a la francaise cu unt si arome fine</strong></p>
<p>Pentru 5 persoane ar fi nevoie de cam 15 creveti congelati mari (vreo 250g) – exista  pungi cu crevete congelat decorticat (mici, dar si mari – aia mari sunt  doar la 500g – so mai am 250g <img src="http://blog.bnews.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> )</p>
<p>Am avut nevoie de sucul de la o lamaie (recunosc, am pus niste sos  dintr-o sticla de suc de lamaie pe care-l tot folosesc eu la gatit).</p>
<p>150g salata verde. Asta ca sa fac un platou pe tava.</p>
<p>Peste platoul de salata am pus 8 rosii mici taiate fiecare in 4.  Peste am macinat niste piper si sare (daca mai tineti minte folosesc  niste rasnite speciale pentru piper si sare de mare <img src="http://blog.bnews.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> )</p>
<p>Am facut un dressing cu 3 linguri de ulei masline, 1 lingurita miere si 2  linguri otet de mere…</p>
<p>Am pus intr-o tigaie, pe foc, 50g unt. Cand a inceput sa se topeasca,  am pus 1 ceapa tocata si un catel de usturoi, la calit… Cand au inceput  sa se caleasca, am adaugat cate o lingurita de busuioc, cimbru si  tarhon.</p>
<p>Ei, apoi am pus in tigaie crevetele, care a stat intre timp in  frigider, uns cu zeama de lamaie si cu niste piper peste, la marinat..</p>
<p>Crevetele a stat pe foc vreo 6-7 minute, cat a prins culoarea care  trebuie.. Vedeti voi in poze… (din pacate a avut loc un accident si am pierdut pozele originale la dimensiunile corecte si am reusit doar sa salvez niste thumbnails, si astea strambe <img src='http://la-masa.e-altfel.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  &#8211; totusi se vede cat de bine au iesit <img src='http://la-masa.e-altfel.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  )</p>
<p>Si per total, vinul rosu a facut legea… Si zic io ca a iesit bine <img src="http://blog.bnews.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /></p>
