Breaking out?

Are you breaking out after using an acne cleanser or just an old cleanser?

The reason just might be that your skins too clean and dry.

When your skin is dry it send a signal to your brain telling it that it needs to produce oil to soothe the dryness. Try switching over to a more gentle cleanser but if you want to continue using that cleanser before buying another one think about investing in a moisturizing cream or gel. A good moisturizing gel or moisturizing cream may help you to stop the break out. But of course you can use a spot treatment since you already have those annoying spots. Consider the following products.

Toner:

Use any toner without alcohol.

You don't have to use the same exact products, use products for YOUR skin type. Never follow exactly whats in the videos. The products that Bubzbeauty uses is for HER skin not for you. You have to find products thats for you. Products fit for your skin type and skin condition. If you need a second opinion on product don't hesitate to ask.

A Basic Routine

A basic skin care routine that works for everyone. A simple routine.

1) Gentle Cleanser

2) Toner

3)Moisturizing Gel

4) Sun Block

During the day.

For evening care:

1)Remove all make up

2) Use a Gentle Cleanser

3)Toner

4)Eye gel or eye cream

5) Night Cream

Once- twice a week use a facial scrub. Keeping skin clean and moisturized will help with break outs.

When break outs do occur/appear do not try to use some overnight cream that claims it will get rid of it. They will go away on their own as long as you leave them alone. And not irritate the skin any further.
