A professor from Cornell Law School has reviewed the empirical research related to tort reform and not surprisingly he found that the scare tactics of tort reform proponents are false. A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana for Friday at 6pm until Saturday morning. A mix of rain and snow Friday changing to snow Friday night. 1-2 inches of snow expected. Temperatures to drop in the 20′s by Saturday.

Roads will be slick and driving conditions hazardous. Please use caution while driving.
