&lt;strong&gt;TIDAK BERLAKU&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Indeks Prestasi       Kumulatif (IPK) : &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Nilai Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK)        minimal untuk S2 = 3.0 dan &lt;strong&gt;DIUTAMAKAN&lt;/strong&gt; IPK yang diatas &lt;strong&gt;3.25&lt;/strong&gt;;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Nilai Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK)        minimal untuk S1, DIII/SM = 2.75 dan DIUTAMAKAN IPK        yang diatas 3.0;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Nilai rata-rata        ijazah minimal untuk SPP/SPMA = 7,0 dan DIUTAMAKAN        nilai rata-rata yang diatas 8,0.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Waktu melamar telah memiliki ijazah SPP/SPMA negeri atau swasta, atau ijazah perguruan tinggi negeri atau perguruan tinggi swasta yang telah terakreditasi. Apabila dalam ijazah tersebut tidak disebutkan akreditasi, maka perlu dilampirkan surat keterangan dari sekolah atau universitas yang bersangkutan yang menyebutkan akreditasinya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;DIUTAMAKAN yang menguasai bahasa inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) minimal bernilai 400 untuk SPP/SPMA, 450 untuk S1, D4 atau D3/SM dan 475 untuk S2 yang dibuktikan dengan hasil test kemampuan bahasa inggris yang masih berlaku.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Untuk       kompetensi-kompetensi tertentu &lt;strong&gt;DIUTAMAKAN&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;LAKI-LAKI&lt;/strong&gt; dan berstatus &lt;strong&gt;BELUM       MENIKAH&lt;/strong&gt; karena penempatannya di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Departemen       Pertanian di &lt;strong&gt;wilayah Indonesia Timur&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Usia paling rendah 18 (delapan belas) tahun       dan paling tinggi 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada &lt;strong&gt;1 DESEMBER 2009&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ketentuan      Pedaftaran &lt;/strong&gt; &lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pendaftaran Pelamar dilakukan melalui       website Departemen Pertanian di &lt;a href="http://cpns.deptan.go.id/"&gt;http://cpns.deptan.go.id&lt;/a&gt;;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bagi yang telah mengirim lamaran sebelum       pengumuman ini dibuat, dinyatakan tidak berlaku;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panitia Pengadaan       tidak menerima surat lamaran yang diantar langsung&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bagi pelamar yang       telah melakukan pendaftaran dan mengisi secara lengkap data dan surat       pernyatan secara &lt;em&gt;on-line&lt;/em&gt; dan secara sistem dinyatakan memenuhi       syarat maka akan secara langsung mendapatkan &lt;strong&gt;NOMOR TEST KARTU       UJIAN&lt;/strong&gt; yang harus dicetak sendiri oleh pelamar pada satu halaman       yang sama dengan &lt;strong&gt;SURAT PERNYATAAN&lt;/strong&gt; dan baru dapat dinyatakan berlaku secara syah setelah mendapat pengesahan oleh PANITIA PENGADAAN CPNS DEPTAN TAHUN 2009 di LOKASI UJIAN.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SURAT       PERNYATAAN&lt;/strong&gt; diisi secara &lt;em&gt;on-line&lt;/em&gt; dan wajib dicetak pada       satu halaman yang sama dengan &lt;strong&gt;KARTU UJIAN&lt;/strong&gt; sebagaimana       yang disiapkan oleh &lt;strong&gt;PANITIA&lt;/strong&gt; secara sistem. Surat pernyataan harus ditandatangani basah oleh pelamar diatas kertas bermaterai Rp. 6000,- dan baru dapat dinyatakan berlaku secara syah setelah mendapat pengesahan oleh &lt;strong&gt;PANITIA PENGADAAN CPNS DEPTAN TAHUN 2009 di       LOKASI UJIAN&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Menempelkan Pas photo terakhir (hitam putih atau berwarna) ukuran 3 x 4 cm pada tempat yang telah disediakan pada kartu ujian yang telah dicetak sebanyak 2 rangkap (kedua-duanya harus pas photo asli).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Periode       pendaftaran secara &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;on-line&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; dibuka mulai       tanggal 29 September 2009 pukul 08.00 WIB s/d tanggal 7 Oktober 2009       pukul 16.00 WIB&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Menggunakan dokumen       dan data pendukung yang syah dan masih berlaku.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;KESALAHAN/KELALAIAN       MENGIKUTI PROSEDUR&lt;/strong&gt; yang ditetapkan dalam melakukan pengisian formulir lamaran dan berakibat merugikan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pada pelamar &lt;strong&gt;MERUPAKAN TANGGUNG JAWAB PELAMAR&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pelaksanaan Seleksi      dan Penetapan CPNS&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Seluruh data pelamar yang masuk akan diseleksi secara langsung oleh sistem dan akan dilakukan validasi dan verifikasi &lt;em&gt;database&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kelengkapan yang       dibawa pada saat melakukan pengesahan kartu ujian disusun rapi di dalam       map kertas dengan warna : &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BIRU&lt;/strong&gt; untuk Pasca Sarjana (S2);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;KUNING &lt;/strong&gt;untuk Sarjana (S1) dan Diploma IV        (D4);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MERAH&lt;/strong&gt; untuk Diploma III (D3/SM);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;HIJAU untuk SPP/SPMA .&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pelamar yang lulus seleksi administrasi dan telah mendapat pengesahan kartu ujian oleh panitia pengadaan CPNS Deptan T.A. 2009 dapat mengikuti seleksi/tes secara tertulis dengan jenis materi ujian terdiri dari: Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD) terdiri dari: Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) meliputi unsur wawasan nasional, regional dan internasional;
