Wow! Just finished watching Enjoying Everyday Life with Andy Stanley interviewing Joyce and Dave and I am SOOO appreciative of the insights into a good marriage that they gave me. That's what we need to do more of: listening to people who have been where you are trying to go!!

A good marriage takes work and two people willing to stick it out no matter what. It also takes being willing to learn the hard things and letting go and letting God do what He needs to do in YOU! Thank you Lord!!

Joyce's next conference will be on August 2-4th in Hershey, PA! That's on the east coast where I'm from! I wonder if my sister will be able to attend that one! I'm gonna have to let her know about it!

I miss working with the guys on the Travel team! One day, I'd love to be one of them!

To be honest, I never felt like forgiveness what an issue for me. That is, until I got honest with myself! A few years back, I had a really hard time forgiving a friend for the way I felt they had hurt and mistreated me. It took me a long time to realize that I was still holding onto alot of hurt and anger.

I thank God that He showed me how to forgive and free myself! Joyce Meyer's new book Do Yourself a Favor...Forgive talks about how unforgiveness can destroy friendships and families. She also talks about the process of forgiving and how you shouldn't let anger destroy your entire life.

I really believe that this book is going to help many Christians go to the next level in Christ while learning to live in peace!

Well guess what?! Joyce has a new devotional on You Version!! I must say, I've really enjoyed this app and now that Joyce has her devotional there I'm kind of excited!!

I received a return email today from Joyce Meyer Ministries letting me know that my request to volunteer at the Arlington, TX Conference in February 2012 has been approved! And not only that! I'm also going to be working the Resource Table!!! That's what I really wanted to do more than anything!
