London Dream! This post is for those foreign undergraduate students from low earning families who have been brilliant at their studies and want to come to London and continue their studies and no doubt, with doing part time jobs.

Guys, a good suggestion for you, you have taken the wrong decision. If you are dreaming of doing your studies properly holding the same kind of result you used to have and doing a proper job which will earn you your living, then I am sorry my friend, this dream is not going to be true.

Depression rises among London students!

I am not saying jobs are not available in London. There are jobs but you aint gonna get the proper ones. It’s because of the student visa. Most of the undergraduate students get only 10 hours work permit at their visa. Think for a minute, if you would be a owner of a shop would you hire somebody to work only 10 hours per week? The answer is simply no and that is the reason students are not getting proper jobs. They are trying to do jobs illegally. Would you prefer to go somewhere to do illegal jobs? Well, guys, I hope the answer is NO!

Now, there can be a question if you are already in London and have already started a job which is giving you a good salary with which you can save some amount of money, answer me a question my friend, are you really studying? I am pretty much sure the answer is again no. If somebody is offering a job (illegal one!), why should he care about your studies? Your work schedule can be during your class time. Firstly you think to be silent for a few weeks and then ask for changing schedule. I am afraid that aint gonna happen. Anyway, if you ask your boss to change your schedule because of your studies, there is a 90% chance of getting sacked! Well, why should he care? He wont have any problem to hire a new one! Courses in London colleges are not that easy that you can finish those studying 5 hrs a week or so.

Now comes the fact of financing your hard earn money. How many things you are gonna pay? You just wont have the facility to calculate your spending. The transport rate has gone higher also the rent of houses. We are from low earning family. We can not ask for money from home to run our life in London. That’s just a wrong idea.

Nobody among us is unknown about the fees of either colleges or Universities in London for international students. They are trying to touch the sky over the last couple of years. Who can afford to save an amount of over $7000 with earning only about $300 a week or so? The answer is very few people. Do you know who are they? They are the particular ones who have been in London for last 5 years and still doing 3rd or 4th semester at colleges! I am talking about the good students who dream of a great career ahead of their college life (No offence). If you dream of a good career studying at a London institution living the life their on your own and if you are from a low earning family like me, I am sorry to say these things are not parallel.

London dream, we were talking about that. Obviously you can have a London dream, but my suggestion would be dream it for either doing study or doing job. Dont try to mix those both into one please, it will be a spicy curry in an ice cream!

Well, I am writing after a long long time. And readers, I am really sorry about that. It is my London dream which has kept me away from meeting you this long. But now I am out of that depression as I am out of London! So, you’ll get me here regular again and please pray for me so that I can be in USA soon, my 2nd homeland!

Guys, You are done with cleaning up the messes at home! You know the basics of ebay now, right? If you have not got anything to list then you have to buy stuffs. It doesn’t mean you have to buy everything from ebay. You can look for cheap deals everywhere. But whatever you are buying always be very careful that those are in good condition that you can sell and that you are buying at least at a concession of 20 % than its enlisted price on ebay.

Ebay Buyer!

So, whatever you are buying you should know the regular price of that and off course all the details of it. A question can be raised, why we have to buy the stuffs which are in good condition when there are stuffs on ebay listed as not working and are very cheap. It’s because you have to be very tactical to sell stuffs which are not working and you can’t really expect of great deal of profit from those. As an amature you should not deal with those kinda stuffs really.

Alright, Now to buy from ebay you have to be very watchful and selective. Firstly you should look for new items with low prices. Secondly you should look for the items which are used but still in good condition. One important thing, don’t buy anything that is in good condition but old. I bought a xbox 360 at a very low price but later found out it was a 2008 version. So, I had a hard time selling that.

There is another type of item and that is NEW(OTHER). Watch out for those. These are the good ones. They are new, may be used for a little while but they are listed at less price. Now, you should always look for the items which are going to be sold in 2 hours. You can get those items filtered by clicking ‘CHOOSE MORE’ in the ‘BUYING FORMATS ‘ tab. A new window will show up. On the lower right corner there is a tab called ‘LISTING’. You can do the filtering by using that.

Okay, now a killer secret. You should always try buying stuffs which are going to be closed between 2 am to 4 am London time. I always do it. In this time period there are always less number of bids done on items. Try it. I can guarantee you it will work.

Last tricks of buying but off course not the list, Always try doing the maximum bid $20 higher than your bidding. Be sensible that you are not gonna be a looser by doing so. But it seriously does make an impression on other buyers.

So, that’s how you buy stuffs on ebay. Be very careful on payments. Firstly ask for the invoice from the seller and when you get that, go through the invoice thoroughly then pay. Always keep contact with the seller until you get your item.

If you are giving $1000 as your capital you should at least buy 5 items with that. Because if you use all your money for buying one stuff and got a profit of around $100 that doesn’t worth it you know.Tired of being a buyer? Want to be a seller? Please hold on a little. In the next post you are surely gonna be the seller and gonna kick off the business!

Let me know if you have any problem buying stuffs. Again be very selective to bid on products. Take care guys! Bid on! Have a nice day!

EBAY! I don’t think there’s anybody in this cyber world who is unknown with this word. It’s a multi zone from my view. It’s a shopping arena, a selling arena and combined by these two it is a business arena. One of the biggest online business zones both as an individual and a company.

The reason today I am talking about ebay is because I think it’s a good source of income for the students, specially for the international students who are jobless. Well, I noted ‘jobless’ because it can’t be the main source of income for the students who are in search of a job. Because you can’t expect of a great amount of profit from it if you do not use a good amount of money as capital. This is the first part of Ebay marketing post. I think it will have three parts.

Seriously, Do Not Do Business On Everything!

So, what can be a moderate capital to start up your business? I would prefer anything over $1000. Because if you have anything less than $1000 to start with, you should not expect of having a profit more than $100.And sorry to say to gain that profit you will have to wait at least 9 days. So, you should gather at least $1000 before starting up.

Okay, let’s go step wise. What do you need to do first? Off course opening an account! And it’s free! You will have to fill up an online form by clicking the SIGN UP notation on ebay homepage. You’ll have to give some personal details such as your bank account details. Don’t worry about sharing those. Ebay will keep it safe. Alright, before starting this step make sure you have your Credit/Debit Card with you and the correct address you have at your bank account.

You will also be asked how you are going to pay, which is going to be the method. The safest way is Paypal. This is the safest way of online payment. But you can also use your bank account through direct debit option. After you are done with this part ebay will take some times to assure your bank details. That can be a course of 48 hours.

Alright, done with your bank account already? Okay fellow, now it’s time to choose which kind of things you are going to do business with. Please don’t say you are going to do business with all the stuffs listed on ebay because you have killer business plans! Because dude, that aint gonna work out the right way. Because that will mess up everything! Do business with the stuffs you know well. The stuffs that you do handle or you can answer about them when the customers ask. I hope you understand what I am saying.

I am saying that don’t be a stupid like me! Yah, my dear readers, if you have read my earlier posts then I am sure you know that I keep doing stupid stuffs! And yah, I did mess up with my ebay account too when I first started. I tried to buy all the cheap deals whether I know about the stuff or not and latterly I had to suffer a lot selling some of those.

I can give you an example, I bought a digital photo printer at a very cheap price to save money which I have never used before. And after I listed it, customers started asking me about different facts, how much does the cartridge cost, how long the cartridge last etc. Guess what, I couldn’t answer those firstly and so I lost customers.

So, you should choose the kind of stuffs that you know well. I have chosen laptops. So, sort out the stuffs you know the most to do business and then start off. Decided? So, now there are two steps. If you already have something to sell you should now list that. And if you don’t then you should start looking for the finest deals as an excellent ebay buyer. We will talk about that in the upcoming posts.

So, new friends in London, how are you all doing? So far so good! Remember the initial steps I talked about last time? Well, let’s discuss one of those broadly.

Have you applied for your oyster card yet? If not, Please do it now. Get your student oyster card. People spend more than hundreds of pound in first few weeks for travel. That’s a big matter for students.

There are different kinds of travel plans and things that students need to know. I’m sharing one of my experiences that I have had during last 2 months. Generally I travel on bus to go to colleges and other places. It’s cheaper than Trains. It savess a good amount of money. But I have a bad habit of waking up lately sometimes(may be always!). So, for morning classes I am sometimes late. That day I was too late, so I had to ride on train.

Train Station

There are oyster touch point on every bus and train station. You have to touch your oyster card there before getting in and getting out in train stations and you have to touch ones while riding bus on the touch devices in the buses. So, what I was saying that day I traveled by train and I forgot to touch before getting in the train. I touch after getting out of the train while getting out of the station and guess what! It cut £4 pound while it should cut £1.50!

On Bus!

Guys, please don’t be stupid like me. Don’t forget to touch! In case of buses it’s the same thing. And if you are caught during your journey for not touching the least penalty will be £25 and will be a bad record against your visa record. So you must be careful about this fact.

Let’s talk about the travel plans. You can get a good idea of the rates checking this page here. This tfl page can give you more information about all fares. A single journey on bus or tram is £1.30. One day bus pass is £4 and weekly bus pass is around £13. And this is for students off course. So, you need to get the oyster card as early as possible.

I am still new in London. So guys, please let me know if you know about any better price caps or travel plan options by commenting. So, it will be helpful for everyone. There are lot of ways of saving money in student life, joshpin will keep you updated on those informations!

Again saying, get the oyster card soon. Let us know if you need any further information. You can follow us on Twitter or you can subscribe to our Rss Feed to follow our posts.
Hey guys, How are you all doing? All good? Guess what! I’m in UK. Just got here 3 weeks ago and will be here for the next 2 years inshallah. I’m having some really busy times. Hopefully I’ll get settled within next month.

LONDON!

Now, I’m gonna share some facts that I’ve faced after coming here. First up I met my friends at airport who came to receive me. Later on they were talking within themselves who is going to pay for my Oyster Card. Okay, I had no clue what is that. It is a kind of travel card which is cheaper than the actual ticket price. To have this card to make your travel cost cheaper you’ll have to order for a card here.

If you are a student then you’ll have to apply for a student oyster card. You’ve to pay an initial £10 for the card through online. Once you’ve ordered for the card it should be coming to your address within one week. You can start saving on your transport after that. There are different travel pass options which you can use on your card.

Next thing is if you are coming as a student you have to enroll to the school as soon as possible. They will give you the Enrollment letter and College letter. You need the bank letter to open a bank account. Without the account you can’t actually get a next step. There are some banks which doesn’t give checking accounts to students. So, you will have to be aware of it.

Next you will have to apply for the National Insurance(NI) number. This is a very important thing for your jobs. You need to have it as soon as possible. Call 0845 915 7006 for registration. Firstly you’ll get the NI letter where your NI number will be noted. It should be coming within 2 weeks after you get registered and you should receive the NI card within 3 weeks of receiving the NI letter.

Once your bank account is okay, try using it more often. Try building up a good credit history. In my earlier posts I’ve talked about how to create a good credit history. You can get some help from there. Having a good credit history is a great thing. You’ll know why once you get it.

You should also know you aint gonna get a credit card firstly. You’ll get a debit card to start with and literally a credit card will be offered if you can build up a good credit history. Getting a debit card can be tough from some banks as I’ve said. You’ve to do a research on the banks.

These are the initial steps you need to do within 1 week of your being in UK. There are some other things you can do rather than partying up(!) such as getting registered with a library nearer you, start applying for job at many job sites, visiting the historical place etc. I know these did sound boring! But you know guys, if you don’t do something boring you aint gonna get the taste of the interesting things.

That was it for now. It’s great to be back on joshpin! You can follow us on Twitter or you can subscribe to our Rss Feed to get cool posts like this!
Since we are in 2011, it must be everyone’s duty to avert debt as much as one can. Debts are really dark and depressing and it must be paid off at all costs. This you can do by starting a debt relief budget with this New Year.

You must lead a frugal life and not a cheap one. You must not scrimp on your needs and instead cut on your wants as much as you can. There are ways you can increase your savings so that you can have a debt free life ahead.

Ways to speed-up your budget plan in 2011

You must plan your finances for this year in a very good manner so that you don’t incur any debts. If you have any debts, you must them off fast so that you can lead a debt free life. Take a look at the ways you can increase your savings more:

Emergency fund

Apart from your savings account, you must also have an emergency fund that’ll help you save more. This fund can really help you in your emergencies and you can get out of debts with the money you save in this fund.

If you plan your life frugally, you can easily save more in your emergency fund. This is also helpful when you have to save for your retirement and have to pay for emergencies when you won’t have the flow of money that you have now.

These funds are also type of investments and if you have an emergency saving fund, you’ll be getting paid in the form as interest rates.

Build equity

This can help you in your real estate investment and can help you pay for your retirement. If you have a house of your own, you can take out a refinance mortgage and build the equity on your home.

If you do some renovations on your home and add some extra cabinets in the kitchen, you can get better returns on your house once you sell it off. Try to lead a frugal life so that you can easily use the money on renovations.

You can even go for gardening and cultivation so that you can grow exotic plants and vegetables as well as get better price for your house. There are a lot of people who would love to buy a house with a garden. Gardens add charm to a house as well as help you in raising the value of your house.

Earn more

Apart from the daily salary, you may not have enough money to renovate your house or go for an emergency fund. But if you want, you can earn some extra amounts of money to support you and your family. There are a lot of online as well as offline jobs available which can help you earn extra money. You can start professional blogging or teaching at home or open a day-care center at your place. These don’t need much money as capital but you may get some extra money in return.

These 3 options can help you plan a frugal budget in 2011 and also help you work according to it and have an affordable budget. You can also lead a debt free life if you follow these steps.

Are we all good with computer? NO, we are not. Please don’t take it heartily but it’s true that many of us don’t even know how antivirus software work. But we all want our PCs to be in good condition. Don’t we? This post is gonna resolve that problem because here I’m gonna talk about an effective software which from my view is the best free software to keep your PC tuned well.

What Is It?

The name of the software is ADVANCED SYSTEMCARE. It’s mainly a free spyware removal software. But it has many other features such as Junk Files Clean, Security Defense etc which are gonna repair your slow computer and will maintain the system to run fast.

How Does It Works

It has two main feature windows. Firstly I’m gonna talk bout those two. Later I’ll talk about the great utilities window it has.
Okay, So, Let’s start with the “Maintain Windows” feature. This window has 4 functions in it. First one is Spyware Removal which works for removing the spywares and adwares from your PC. Next one is Registry Fix. This is a registry cleanup function which helps cleaning up registry and making your PC faster.

Next function is Privacy Sweep which is kind of privacy software for internet users. This is gonna erase your internet surfing history and traces. The last one in this window is Junk Files Clean. This really does help you to shorter down doing those number of works to trace for temp files, cleaning those etc. This cleans up all those junk files what you don’t need.

Now it’s time to talk about the “Diagnose System” feature. It also has 4 useful functions. First one here is System Optimization. It optimizes and repairs system configuration. For the system to run fast a system optimization software is really needy. Next function is Security Defense which works against the Spywares same as the Spyware Removal function. But it’s main job is to prohibit the spywares from being installed in your PC.

Third function is Disk Defragment which works for defragmenting hard disk. This does improve the PC performance a lot. Last one here is Security Analyzer. It looks for hijacked settings in windows.

So these were the key features. Now Let’s talk about some of the utilities Advanced System Security own. There are three main tabs in this window which are Tune Up, Security and Admin Tools. The Tune Up tools here help your PC run faster. The Game Booster tools here is awesome. It increases the game experience by closing the unneeded applications.

In the Security tab there are mostly back up tools which are used for backing up files to a external drive or at a certain section in your hard drive. Admin Tools tab has some cool applications like Clone Files Finder which find out if you have unwanted clone files in your hard disk.

And there is also Uninstall Unwanted Apps program which sort out the apps which are installed in your system but are not really used. You can uninstall them and release the ram some space to help your PC run faster.

How To Use Advanced SystemCare:

It’s really easy. All you’ve to do is to press the CARE button in the middle. If you wanna choose among the options then go to the 2 main features windows select the functions and then heat the CARE button! Among the utilities you’ve to choose which apps you wanna use. Those aint complicated at all.

So, What are you waiting for??? Just go to this link and download this cool free software. Install it and watch your PC running faster than ever! I hope it’ll not start running in real! I personally use this software and it’s a great one from my view. Folks, I hope you’ll like it too. If you have any problem downloading, installing or running it then just write to me. I’ll try my best to help you out.

I’m back after a long time folks! I was busy with my visa processing works for UK. Hopefully next month I’ll fly there. Okay, so, the topic I’m gonna spot on today is actually well known to everyone. But this is for those who are buying a laptop or notebook for the first time.

There are some facts that we really should look at before shopping laptops or any kind of computer. Firstly, I’ll ask you how you’d like to shop the laptop, online or from a shop? I prefer online and that’s how I shopped mine too. Because if you buy online you’ll get a lot of options and also you can look for useful offers on different hardware or software and you can get free stuffs too.

Okay, now let’s look at the features we should check for:

How Careful You Can Be!

Warranty & Service Offers:

That’s what most important. There are different kinds of offers from different companies. You should wisely choose the best one that suits you. If you are gonna use your Laptop for surfing the web or gaming you should get a strong service offer because believe me the spywares are looking to do mass destruction on your device!

Processor:

This is the biggest fact. Your Pc’s or Laptop’s working speed depends on it. There are different kinds of processors. But the most popular are right now are the Core i3, Core i5 & Core i7. They are the fastest. If you are looking for speed you should look for them.

Operating System:

Alright this will tell how modern you are! The latest operating system is Windows 7. It’s really cool. I use it. But I still think that XP is faster. It depends on your choice.

Office Software:

Office software is a package for different works including Data entry, Typing, Mailing, Spreadsheet, Presentation etc. I use Microsoft Office 07. The latest one is Microsoft 2010. Both are good. It’s kinda costly but if you wanna use your PC or Laptop for study or office work you needa own it.

Security Software:

Security Softwares like Antivirus, anti spyware, internet security are so much important for your laptop. You should never use it without installing those softwares. There are a various number of brands. You should check the facilities you are getting from different brands and get the right one. You can download some trial versions from web. But they are not that powerful.

A really important thing, if you are buying a costly one then you should use the internet more often to update it else it wont be able to fight against the latest viruses. And here is a great software for you to keep your PC safe.

Memory:

Random Access Memory, RAM in short is another hardware which controls the speed of the computer. Most of the modern days computers have at least 2 GB Ram. But if you are gonna do gaming you should get a 4 GB one.

Primary Storage:

That’s what tells the storage capacity of your Laptop. There are different options starting from 160 GB. That’s what mine is. I think it’s a modest one. The prices can differ for same storage capacity depending on the rpm rate of the hard disk.

Battery Power:

Now that’s what really makes your laptop cool and mine one sucks here! I have only a 1 hr back up one. My friend’s laptop gives 4 hr back up. When we are on a long trip to somewhere I cant use my laptop for long and that’s why I’m thinking of getting a new battery. I will suggest you to get a 6 cell battery which will serve at least 3 hrs or you’ll feel embarrassed like me!

Optical Drive:

That’s the choice for your DVD drive, CD Drives or if you wanna go to old age then Floppy Drive(I don’t think you can get that on Laptop!).

Okay, so these were the common features you should look on. Now let’s look at some extra features and accessories you’d like to get.

Wi Fi Wireless Card:

It’s the age of Wi Fi. So, you should obviously check if your Laptop is Wi Fi enabled.

Bluetooth Wireless:

You should also look if the Bluetooth device is in there. Because data cables are being old aged now!

Accessories:

Accessories like Mice, Speakers, Printers, Scanners, Controllers are important. And off course the carry bag. You can get a cool one. Mine is not! It’s a boring one.

So, that was it. I was lucky my host mom helped me out when I customized mine on net. It’s really easy. You should firstly choose which company’s Laptop you are gonna buy, then go to their website, choose a model and just customize it. It’s pretty simple! Ooops, I forgot to say you’ve got to pay too!

Every one knows student life is the best period of a human’s entire life. In this period whatever you learn, your knowledge, your lifestyle would must reflect on your rest life. An undisciplined student life can mislead rest life. So the point is, in this period a person can build his path of future more efficiently. Although personally I believe, life means “you can do anything whatever you like” and follow this quote. But it does not mean that you wanna do something without figure out the future effect.

As I am student, I can realize the necessity of money. In this period may be every students love to think that one day he have huge money. Its natural, today’s economy forcing us to be financially rich. By the way, undisciplined financial life in this period must be an obstacle for your dream.

Financial Freedom

Could you say why I am saying this things? Every student know that he can save bucks if he hire his text book from library. But why they don’t take? May be they don’t care money! Huh, okay, lets go to our main point, how student can save money.

My co-blogger Shwan did a post (Some Ideas For Saving Money As A Student) where he shared some important points. Now, here I will share some ways that I am used to save money.

Issue Text Book from Library

Although Shawn wrote about this point on his post but I wanna explain my way how I do proper use of my library card. Every semester at first I figure out which books I have to buy and which book is not. Last semester I have 6 subjects and I bought books for only 2 subjects! Rest collects from library. What I did? I save 65% of my money. But always keep in mind you have to reissue on-time.

Buy Used Book and PDF from Internet

Surely PDF or used books are cheaper than new text book. Although I like to read new text book but you can buy used or PDF book from online. And you also can sell your old books if they need no more. There are lots of website where you can get used but consider who are offering free shipping. You can try from abebooks.com, biblio.com, barnesandnoble.com

Go Government Hospital to Consult with Doctor

It’s common trend that students are prefer to go private chamber for health consultancy. But do you know it’s approximately 50 times costly than to go Government hospital for consultancy with a doctor. Then why most student do not go there. May be they think private doctors are more careful!

Share your Flat

If you have to live other city for studying purpose and your institute do not provide hostel facilities then you can share your flat with your friends who have same problem. Then not only you could save money from house rent and also can save from your meal cost. And you will get a great chance to adapt the real world earlier.

Buy Gadget When you Need

Mostly students are more likely interested to buy electronic gadgets frequently. Its okay but here we are saying about money saving. Think wisely before buy a new gadget. i.e Few months ago I bought a mini notebook instead of high configured laptop, why? Because I already had a good configured desktop and I planed to buy this for to do my daily routine task. So I was able to save 45% bucks.

Save Money from Mobile Utility Bill

There are lots of student who has been unnecessarily using more than one cell phone! A good plan to choose best cell phone also can give you few extra pocket money. If it is possible then try to stick with single cell phone.

These are few points that can save money instantly but my objective is not only to focus on this points. So what I have tried to say? Actually saving is equal to earning money. Everyone choose the best option from lots of option, just make sure that you are really taking the best option.

So many people today live financially unstable lives. The vast majority of us have built up debt, which sadly, can lead to not only financial hardship but also physical ailments like undue stress and even cause marital and relationship problems. If you are one of these people and are looking to finally become financially free, here are some great tips to get you on your way.

Learn How To Budget

Most everyone has heard of budgeting, but frankly very few people actually use it. Financial instability is seen by so many today because they simply spend outside their means. In order to become financially healthy you can never spend more than you make. To get started with a budget you will first need to look at the total amount of income you have each month. This for most people should be fairly easy to do. It is the next step that is harder. You now need to tally all of your monthly expenses.

In order to have a complete list you must account for every penny that you spend. Every bill including your rent or mortgage and other household bills like utilities, cable, phone, internet service, water etc must be on your list. Other items to include are car payments, gas, cell phone bills, any medical expenses, grocery bills, eating out expenses, clothing costs and any other items you purchase or spend money on.

Now, you need to total your expenses. Do they total more than your income? How far off are the two numbers? You can use an online or desktop personal finance software to manage this task. Or if you are so busy or not interested to open your computer then you can do this task by mobile money manager.

Decide What Spending You Can Cut

If you thought writing down what you spent was difficult, the next step can be downright brutal as it is now time to start slashing what you spend. If what you make compared to what you spend is close, you may only need to make some minor spending tweaks like cutting eating out expenses or eliminating some of your entertainment expenditures. If however, your figures are way off and you truly want to become financially stable, it is time to play hard ball.

If you need to make deep cuts, you will first want to look at where you are spending the most money. Can you make a cut here? For most people this is their rent or mortgage. If it is possible to downsize your living arrangements, this would be a great first step. The next big ticket item is usually found in car payments. In today’s modern world we all seem to want the biggest and the best when it comes to what we drive.

If you are driving an expensive vehicle a great way to cut down on your expenses is to choose a more practice, cheaper one. You can then look at other expenses that are not always necessary like big cable packages and expensive cell phone plans. Making changes to cut utility bills by leaving your heat a few degrees lower can also be helpful.

Meal planning and grocery store budgeting can also put extra money back into your pocket each month. Buying your clothes and shoes at discount stores can also help your overall budget.

Find Ways To Bring In More Income

If you have truly cut everything that you can from your budget and you are still coming up short, finding extra income sources is your next step. Almost everyone has items in their garage, attic, and basement or somewhere in their home that they can consign. Especially if you have big ticket items like a snowmobile or a boat for example, selling these items can certainly help your bottom line.

Look Towards Your Future

As you begin the journey of becoming financially stable you can look forward to a healthy lifestyle and a great future. Work as quickly as you can to get your income to surpass your expenses. Then, you can pay off any debts you have and start saving.

Begin with a establishing a fund for any unforeseen expenses. You can keep this money in a basic bank savings account and then look to investing extra money for retirement. The sooner you get started, the better off you will be.
