Wow....who knew cutie Shia was such a big mouth? LaBeouf said way too much during his interview with Details Magazine when conversing about his conquests past romances. Shouldn't celebrities in the limelight know better? Especially when you're at the risk of tainting somebody else's reputation? I smell big trouble...

Actor, Shia LaBeouf, shows off says during the interview:

"Look, you're on the set for six months, with someone who's rooting to be attracted to you, and you're rooting to be attracted to them. I never understood the separation of work and life in that situation. But the time I spent with Megan was our own thing, and I think you can see the chemistry onscreen."

He then proceeds to climb deeper into his self-made hole by freezing up and stuttering when the interviewee questioned whether the alleged hook up occurred while Fox was in the midst of dating current husband, Brian Austin Green:

"I don't know, man. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know...It was what it was." Supposedly, he had repeated "I don't know" twelve times. Hm...that doesn't seem suspicious at all!

Uh oh. Does this mean Shia just started some unwanted LaBeef with Fox's hubby? Is Shia a homewrecker? Will Fox again compare somebody to Hitler? [We highly doubt Director Michael Bay is anything like Adolf Hitler, mass murderer....people just say the darnest things.] Stay tuned.

Maino at the MLB Fan Cave

Last night, rapper Maino showed up for a skee.TV interview at the Major League Baseball Fan Cave event to save the music. The evening featured Scott "DJ Skee" Keeney on the turntables , and a musical performance by a local high school. All efforts were made to keep music alive and raise awareness about the importance of music education in America's public schools.

The 'All the Above' rapper came in (entourage clad), looking nothing but fly as he spoke openly about music. In his interview he stressed the importance of musical creation, and the abolishment of boundaries within the hip hop and music world abroad; adding he will "make music with anyone as long as it's hot" regardless if it's from Atlanta, the West Coast, East Coast, or down south.

Maino is currently signed to Atlantic Records. With his Hustle Hard imprint, he has released a string of music since he started commercially in 2007. He is most known for his singles, 'Hi Hater' and 'Checkin My Fresh'. Maino is a 'Million Bucks' , with his next project 'The Day After Tomorrow' set to release October 4th. It's going to be bananas! Watch out world, Maino is taking over!

If you don't have his first release 'If Tomorrow Comes,' you're just not in the in crowd.

Daniel Radcliffe: A Trevor Hero

It's all pride this week as NYC celebrates the marriage equality law Friday. The Trevor Project, a LGBT organization, threw a fundraiser last night with high profile attendance. On the A-list were Kelly Rippa, Daniel Radcliffe, Marc Consuelo, and a surprise visit from Robin Williams. The organization was founded to raise awareness about suicide prevention amongst lesbian, transgender, gay, and bisexual teens. Last night it was all the hype as Daniel Radcliffe, star of Harry Potter, was presented with The Trevor Hero award.

The award is honored to the individual who increases visibility and support of the LGBT community. The actor has been involved in the community since 2009, appearing in public service announcements and numerous support efforts. Upon receiving the award he commented,"I've worked with the Trevor Project for a few years now and I think out of everything I've done in my career so far, my association with Trevor is the thing I'm proudest of, so to be honored tonight, it's tremendous."

Past celeb hero's have been actress Vanessa Williams, actor Nathan Lane, and screenwriter Dustin Lance Black.

Don Lemon, a CNN anchor, was also amongst the crowd last night, taking a stand for transforming media views on the LGBT community. Lemon, who came out as a gay man in May, said that there should be more ethnic diversity upon the community. Wanda Sykes isn't the only lesbian of color in the media and not every tansgender oriented person is a "gay male drag queen gone trans." We love ya Ru-Paul, but step aside Lemon's gone sour about trans views in the media.

The charity was sold out and had a tremendous amount of effort by all the celebs there. Kelly Rippa was reported to have one almond all evening...

Lady Gaga Rips Off Her Own Charity

Lady Gaga is being sued for reportedly $5 million dollars via federal class action lawsuit, with claims that her charity for Japan Relief was really a 'uniself' foundation. The lawsuit states that the "Poker Face" celeb's "We Pray For Japan" bracelets were really a scam, and that Gaga and her team have been pocketing money instead of donating in full to victims of the natural disaster.

The suit was filed Friday against Gags, who has been touring Japan all weekend and raising awareness about the tsunami and earthquakes that occurred March 11th. This disaster left Japan desperate for help, having suffered nearly $200 billion in damages in addition to health threats posed by the nuclear spill. These plastic Bracelets were being sold for $5 with a $3.99 shipping charge and a $0.60 tax which was allegedly boosted to provide additional funds for Gaga's team; instead of benefiting the disaster fund. The deceptive marketing may have been another way to boost the singer's career and not help a country in need. NBC Chicago reported,

"Just before she headlined Saturday night’s Japan disaster relief benefit concert, Lady Gaga was sued over the bracelets she’s been selling for the same cause."

According to the federal class action, the do-gooder pop star wasn’t exactly being honest when her website claimed all the proceeds from sales of her “We Pray for Japan” wristbands would go to help victims of the March earthquake and tsunami.

A Detroit-era legal network said in its complaint, filed Friday, that Gaga kept part of the $5 that every customer paid for a wristband and inflated shipping charges so she could pocket more. She then counted even the money she allegedly pocketed in her donation figures, artificially inflating donation numbers, in order to make more money.

Gaga’s deceptive advertising and personal profits from the bracelets "violated federal racketeering laws and a slew of consumer protection laws," the suit claimed.

“When we tried to communicate with the defendants in this lawsuit, all we got was, ‘well, some of the money is being retained, but we don’t really know how much,’” said the 1-800-LAW-FIRM lawyer, Alyson Oliver.

Lady Gaga hasn’t answered the lawsuit yet. Lately, with a packed tour schedule, she’s had bigger fish to fry—including Saturday’s MTV Video Music Aid Japan benefit show in Tokyo.

“The recent events here really affected me, not just because I have so many fans in Japan, but because it’s hard to watch a country struggle,” Gaga told Us Weekly.

Gaga who is depicted as a sweet and kind-hearted individual, has been sued before for royalties at the beginning of her career by former boyfriend Rob Fusari, whom allegedly co-wrote her music and got her started in the spotlight.

P-P-P-Poker Face Birthday to Tobey Maguire

Gosh, what a sucky way to celebrate your birthday.

Despite not being in the Spider-Man franchise anymore, Tobey Maguire finds himself in a sticky situation as he is being sued for a nice chunk of change in the now exposed exclusive high-stakes poker circle with other known celebrities (Leonardo DiCaprio, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon - just to name a few). Complete details of the incidents are pretty much scattered so it's still unclear.

Radar Online reports that Maguire is being sued for $311,000 he had won in Texas Hold 'em poker games from hedge fund manager Brad Ruderman, who is now currently in prison. Supposedly, Ruderman was gambling with money from his investors - around $5.2 million, which is only a small amount from the total amount he had stolen - and used to hold the poker games for about 3 years.

No one really knows what will happen next. Despite Maguire being a regular in the illegal underground poker clubs (in California), the crime is never really prosecuted.

Khloe Kardashian (the down to earth sister of Kim), is living it up all day, all night as she celebrates her 27th Birthday! The Keeping up with the Kardashians Celeb, recently threw a party at the popular Las Vegas Nightclub, Chateau, on the 17th; in attendance were Kim,and Rob Kardashian, Kris Humphries, and of course hubby, Lamar Odom.

There was nothing but smiles at this bash, and Khloe looks radiant --she is wearing a bra this time!

'Mob Wives' Explosive Season Finale!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey ain't got nothing on how these women fight!

The showdown that was bound to happen finally reached its boiling point on last night's season finale (06/26/2011).

Mob Wives, which follows the lives of four women in Staten Island that are married or "born" into the mob lifestyle, has received mostly positive reception from viewers despite many activist groups slamming the VH1 reality show as a poor representation of the Italian-American community.

Eh, so what? Jersey Shore garnered the same type of criticism when it started yet "bada bing bada boom" the show is still on, isn't it? Trashy or not, their bank accounts are singing as more drinks are flinging.

The season finale of Mob Wives certainly did not disappoint with the epic battle that would give Jerry Springer guests a run for their money. We'd love to just reach over to the screen and knock some sense into them...but watching them fight is just too damn entertaining!

All season long, there has been nonstop drama ever since Karen Gravano, daughter of infamous mobster Sammy "The Bull", came out of hiding and returned to Staten Island with several agendas. One of them included her "need for closure" with old friend Drita D'Avanzo, wife of currently incarcerated Lee D'Avanzo - who also used to date Karen almost 12-13 years ago. Well, earlier in the episode, Drita faces heartbreak when she finds out that her husband had been unfaithful the couple of years he was out of prison while her first daughter was just a baby. This lead the devastated wife to examine her entire relationship with Lee and back on the issue of Karen, who had previously cried her way to a forced apology from Drita for marrying her ex.

Drita starts to connect some dots and remembers that when she started dating Lee, Karen was already out of the picture and the two women weren't even friends at that time. Now that everyone is confused, she arranges a girl's night at a lounge with Gravano along with mob princesses Renee Graziano and heavy-accented Carla Facciolo. Almost immediately after everyone is settled, the issue is brought up and the two have a heated but nonviolent argument about friendship and the breaking of the girl code. Gravano then starts to ramble on and on about time lines and betrayal from her "girl" Drita, except seconds later she casually mentions her repeated infidelities with other guys while she was with Lee. She constantly pointed fingers at Drita's loyalty yet she doesn't blink an eye...hmmm.

As more accusations are thrown out, the hot-tempered Drita then yells, "If I was so into ex-boyfriend bulls**t, I wouldn't have even made friends with you in the first place, because you f***ed MY boyfriend when you were with Lee...right?!"

All it took was for Karen to stand up, point her finger and say her last words before Drita picked up drinks and candles and attacked her. Poor Renee is literally caught in the middle of the fight and struggles to get away while she and Carla simultaneously attempt to keep the two apart. The production team for the show as well as security for the lounge try to pull the women away from each other amidst the catfight and as Karen and Drita yell obscenities to one another. Drita repeats, "I'll kill you, you motherf***er!" several times while Karen yells out, "I'll keep comin' for you, you f***ing dirty hoe!".

Well, THAT was certainly dramatic. Judging from looks, although the fight was clearly not over after the credits were shown, Drita was definitely the winner while Karen was a hot mess with her hair and makeup all over the place. D'Avanzo may be small, but that lady is all muscle, have you seen her??

Alec Baldwin Grabbin Some Joe

Alec Baldwin was seen at 11:30 grabbing a cup 'o Joe in NYC, He's just like everyone else, we love it!

In more recent Baldwin news, the 30 Rock star tweeted about his views on gay marriage and on those in opposition to it. Yesterday, he messaged his 150,000 + followers, "Marriage equality...vote yes."

Of course there were nay-sayers who attempted to attack the actor, including one saying, "Marriage IS supposed to be between a man and woman." But Alec simply replied ,"It's all cool honey...Jesus is down with the gay marriage thing. He called me. In fact, he's very happy."

Chris Brown And Rihanna-Screwed

Last night at the BET awards, the viewers choice award went to ::drum roll:: Chris Brown, wait Rhianna, wait Drake... wait Chris Brown. Huh?! Exactly.

Tiffany Green was the lucky winner chosen by Coca-Cola to present the viewers choice award, and oh she did. In a teleprompter mistake, she announced Chris Brown as the winner, before apologizing and announcing Rhianna as the winner. A presenter quickly interrupted the confusion to announce Drake with the award, which was still incorrect. None-the-less, Drizzy went on to accept the award with a speech and the opening line, "Well this is awkward."

After the mix-up, Green tweeted, "Bawling backstage...they totally f****d me up. … The tablet f****n said CHRIS BROWN….the TELEPROMPTER said Rihanna. What the F**K?????? Goin home.”

After the awards ceremony, BET producers went on to say that Chris Brown was in fact the winner, and the mistake was just "human error." Although, Green doesn't seem to believe that stating, "So BET did that on purpose," adding "Oh. I feel better." BET, 'smh'... we don't believe that either.

There is something brewing in the twisted triangle that is the past romance of RiRi and Brown- now Drake, is caught in the middle. Rhianna attempted to clear up alleged 'rumors' that she was dating Drake, earlier this month, via Twitter with some statements that seem almost sarcastic about their relationship. How ironic, considering shortly after she had released the statement about the questionable Drizzy romance, she began setting the stage to rekindle the former flame of Chris Brown.

Hmmm BET it seems like a cruel joke to expose scandal, not so much human error. Can't wait to see what photos are tweeted in the future of this relationship. Please no more weiners.

Mariah Carey tweeted a pick of her daughter, Monroe, on Sunday showing she's all ready to fend off the paparazzi. In the snap shot, the little diva's hand is shielding her face. She's barely two months old and already a professional --just like mommy!

There haven't yet been photos of the twins, Monroe and brother Moroccan, born in April; but there is definately hype. Nick Cannon has said how much of an "eye-opening experience" the birth of their children have been, and that these twins are "just the beginning". "Oh dear" Honey B, Nick Cannon's like Winnie the Pooh this season, and we can't wait!
