Some people keep changing partners to avoid changing themselves
This behavior reflects a deeper reluctance to confront personal issues. Instead of seeking external solutions through different partners, the key to lasting happiness and fulfilling relationships lies in self-reflection and personal growth. It’s about recognizing that the common factor in all relationships is oneself, and that true change must start from within.

It’s not lack of love, but a lack of friendship and playfulness that makes for unhappy relationships.
Love is the foundation, but it’s the daily acts of friendship and playfulness that sustain a relationship. These elements bring joy, light-heartedness, and a deeper understanding, turning a romantic relationship into a true partnership where both individuals feel seen, valued, and cherished.

People who spend more time in the sun are more likely to be happy, and happy people are more likely to fall in love. It’s the positive frequency they emit. It’s magnetic.
The warmth of the sun can elevate moods and enhance well-being. This positivity radiates outward, attracting others and fostering connections. It’s a reminder that our internal state often influences our external experiences, including our ability to love and be loved.

You can have unconditional love for someone without having to give them unconditional access to your energy.
This speaks to the importance of boundaries in love. Unconditional love does not mean unconditional sacrifice of one’s well-being or energy. It’s crucial to maintain a balance where you can offer love while also preserving your own mental and emotional health.

Love is the condition where the happiness of another person is essential to your own.
This highlights the empathetic and selfless nature of love. When you truly love someone, their happiness becomes intertwined with yours. However, this doesn’t mean neglecting your own happiness; rather, it’s about finding joy and fulfillment in the well-being of your loved one.

Perfectionism can result in depression.
The relentless pursuit of perfection often leads to a sense of inadequacy and failure, as perfection is an unattainable goal. This can result in feelings of depression and low self-worth. Embracing imperfection, on the other hand, allows for personal growth, self-acceptance, and a more fulfilling life.

Accept what’s in front of you like a gift or a lesson. Either way, that’s a win-win.
This perspective encourages embracing every experience, whether positive or negative, as an opportunity for growth or joy. By viewing life’s challenges as lessons and its blessings as gifts, you maintain a positive outlook, fostering resilience and a deeper appreciation for the journey of life.

SOUL stands for Soldier Of Undying Love! Soldier, because we stand in this alone together, yet actually have a mission whether we remember it or not. And undying love means we were created out of love, and we shall remain in that state. It all comes down to awareness, are you aware of the love surrounding you, and then around you. It’s just a simple mind shift. Boom.d

In a groundbreaking development for the field of mathematics, two New Orleans high school students have reportedly solved a 2,000-year-old mathematical theorem that had previously been thought impossible to prove.

The teenagers, Calcea Johnson and Ne’Kiya Jackson from St. Mary’s Academy, presented their findings at a recent meeting of the American Mathematics Society, where they explained that they had been able to prove Pythagoras’ Theorem using trigonometry instead of circular logic.

Pythagoras’ Theorem deals with triangles that are not perfectly symmetrical and states that the area of the square whose side is the hypotenuse (the side opposite the right angle) is equal to the sum of the areas of the squares on the other two sides, expressed as a2+b2=c2. For 2,000 years, no mathematician had been able to demonstrate the truth of this theorem without using circular logic, which is not accepted as evidence of proof.

Johnson and Jackson reference Elisha Loomis’s The Pythagorean Proposition, a book that investigates this concept and “flatly states that ‘there are no trigonometric proofs because all the fundamental formulae of trigonometry are themselves based upon the truth of the Pythagorean theorem,’” the girls wrote. However, the young women managed to untangle this conundrum by presenting “a new proof of Pythagoras’s Theorem which is based on a fundamental result in trigonometry — the Law of Sines — and we show that the proof is independent of the Pythagorean trig identity.”

Catherine Roberts, executive director for the American Mathematical Society, encouraged the students to submit their work for peer review and to continue their studies of mathematics to further advance the field. The two young women expressed their excitement at presenting their findings to the society, describing it as an “unparalleled feeling” and emphasizing the importance of young people pursuing challenging academic pursuits.

“There’s nothing like it — being able to do something that people don’t think that young people can do,” Johnson said in an interview with WWL New Orleans. “You don’t see kids like us doing this — it’s usually, like, you have to be an adult to do this.” With their groundbreaking achievement, these two exceptional students have not only demonstrated the power of youthful determination and intellectual curiosity but also underscored the enduring importance of mathematics as a field of study.

A Boy’s Kind Actions Help a Family Move out of Hotel

THV11/Youtube

Kayzen Hunter was a regular customer at a local Waffle House in Little Rock, Arkansas. His favorite server was Devonte Gardner, who would always greet him with a smile, give him high fives, and listen to his jokes. Over time, Kayzen developed a friendship with Gardner.

Gardner had a wife and two young daughters who were living in a hotel due to issues with their previous home, which had infestations and mold. They had been living in the hotel for eight months. “When it was cold outside, we had to bundle up with like four or five blankets in order to stay warm,” Gardner said.

8-year-old Kayzen was moved by Gardner’s situation and wanted to help. He came up with the idea to start a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for a car for Gardner. Although Kayzen’s mom initially needed convincing, they launched the campaign with a goal of $500. However, the campaign quickly gained traction, and people were touched by Kayzen’s message of spreading kindness.

Kayzen’s GoFundMe page read, “Devonte is one of the most joyous and positive people you’ve ever met!! He always greets us with the biggest smile… I hope your heart is as BIG as mine, and you will help me spread kindness in the world. Any amount helps!!”

The campaign (located here) far exceeded its goal and raised over $112,000 at the time of writing, allowing Gardner to buy a new car and find a new home for his family. The Hunter family and Gardner were overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from strangers who were moved by Kayzen’s kind gesture.

Living in a hotel with his family was the safer option for the health of his daughters, but it was not a sustainable solution. Thanks to Kayzen’s act of kindness and the generosity of the donors, Gardner’s family can now live comfortably and securely. It’s a heartwarming reminder that even the smallest act of kindness can have a huge impact on someone’s life.

Another Modern Use of Ancient Qigong

They say life is 10 percent what happens to us, and 90 percent how we react. So if we could improve our reactions, we could seriously improve life.

The trick is, most of our thoughts — and our reactions — spring from our subconscious mind, studies show.

This means beliefs and behaviors can be influenced by subconscious programming we may not even be aware of.

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as Tapping, is a gentle yet effective tool to help reprogram the subconscious mind. EFT involves tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on resolving a particular issue or problem, such as anxiety or chronic pain.

This process helps to release negative emotions and beliefs that may be stored in the subconscious mind, allowing a better life.

It Taps the Power of Qigong

In Qigong (and Traditional Chinese Medicine), there are twelve meridians or energy pathways in the body, each associated with a specific organ system.

EFT combines these tapping points with affirmations to go into our subconscious mind to help remove mental blocks and improve our response to situations.

✍️ Here’s the official EFT guide from Club Qigong:

Karate chop point — Located on the side of the hand (Small Intestine meridian). Tapping on this point can help to release negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, and worry.

Top of the head — Located at the crown of the head (Governing vessel meridian). Tapping on this point can help to improve mental clarity and focus, as well as relieve stress and tension.

Eyebrow point — Located at the inner edge of the eyebrows (Bladder meridian). Tapping on this point can help to relieve tension headaches, improve eye health, and reduce anger or frustration.

LIST ONTINUES ON BLOG…

Tapping these points while using affirmations can help reverse specific issues or problems, to release negative emotions and beliefs stored in the subconscious mind to promote balance, well-being, and emotional freedom.

You can create your own EFT Routines for your specific needs using our new Emotional Freedom Technique Course. ✨

Invisible Energy All Around

Did you know animals and infants can perceive our energetic fields? At least this is a running theory. I’ve already seen many curious animals approach when doing Qigong. And recently, while waiting in line at the supermarket, I noticed a baby with his mother staring into space. I smiled at the baby but he didn’t see me… Then, I decided to simply meditate on expanding my heart energy (the way Qigong taught me). Studies show our hearts have the strongest energetic field. Suddenly, the baby looked over with a smile and started talking rapid “baby talk” to me. The mother looked at her baby in surprise, then glanced at me with a smile as the baby rambled some enchanted message. For me, it confirmed how Qigong and meditation make daily life magical.

Speaking of Energy…
So this is real… I’ve been using the Grounding Mat I told you about recently every night. The results have been mind-blowing to say the least. I simply rest my legs on the mat and have been sleeping deeper and waking up more clear. Have a look-see.

Until next time, sending you good Qi.

? This is part of my new never-ending series covering good news.

The students of Callisburg High School in Texas rallied together to raise a whopping $270,000 for their beloved 80-year-old janitor, Mr. James, who had to come out of retirement due to a sudden increase in rent.

What started as a humble GoFundMe campaign with a goal of $10,000 quickly gained traction and became a viral sensation. The students used their tech-savvy skills to spread the word through social media, including TikTok, and soon garnered attention from all corners of the country.

According to senior Marti Yousko, “We knew people would want to help, but we didn’t know it would blow up like this. It’s crazy to see something like this happen.”

A single TikTok video posted by senior Greyson Thurman, featuring Mr. James cleaning the school hallways, was enough to get the ball rolling. In just 12 hours, they had already reached their initial fundraising goal. Most of the donations came from fellow students and the local community.

Principal Jason Hooper expressed his gratitude for the students’ initiative, saying, “It’s just amazing to see the need that was met because of three kind kids, and all of our students who have pitched in to help that need.”

Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of people from all over the country, Mr. James was able to retire in style and comfort. The fundraiser was even featured on local news, where it caught the attention of people far and wide, all wishing Mr. James a happy retirement and the students a job well done.

A thank you note from the GoFundMe student organizers said, “Thank you everyone who donated and helped Mr. James enjoy his retirement, he asked for us to take down the GoFundMe today, He is VERY appreciative of everyone willing to give up their time to help him out and change his life. You all have shown what can happen when everyone gets together to help others!!! I think God did this to show that no matter how much evil there is good will always show it’s self! Mr. James thanks you all!! God bless yall!”

⚠️? If you charge your phone without a grounded source, you can get shocked when you touch it. We humans are also electrically charged, yet we rarely ground ourselves by touching the Earth. This can leave us stressed and inflamed at the cellular level.

That’s where “grounding” can help.

Grounding is a way of making direct skin contact with the Earth’s surface, either by walking barefoot on ground or water, or by using a grounding mat connected to a grounded outlet.

Main Benefits Observed with Grounding:

Decreased stress

Improved sleep

Improved flexibility (reduced stiffness)

Less chronic pain and inflammation

I love walking barefoot, but the Midwest has lots of cold days. Luckily, there’s a way to ground inside using a grounding mat. I’ve found deep rest using the mat, and many report pain relief, and overall clarity of mind. If you’d like more info on the one I use, check it out here.

Who Needs GPS with such “Paw-some” Navigation Skills?

In a heartwarming tale of determination and intelligence, a husky-mix named Bailey found her way back home after being lost in the vast neighborhood of Upper El Paso. The furry heroine’s incredible journey was captured on camera and has since gone viral on social media.

After recently getting adopted from an Animal Rescue League in Canutillo, the dog became lost. Bailey’s family contacted the place they adopted her, the El Paso Animal Rescue League, to help find their beloved pet.

However, the clever dog had other plans and took matters into her own paws. After walking ten miles, Bailey arrived at the Rescue League and used her nose to ring the bell at 1:40 AM, all caught on surveillance camera.

Loretta Hyde, the Rescue League’s founder, was amazed by Bailey’s resourcefulness and intelligence. She shared her thoughts with us, “These dogs are incredible creatures, and Bailey’s determination and instincts are a testament to their intelligence. We were astonished by her ability to find her way back home.”

Luckily, the Rescue League team was there to greet Bailey, and they immediately got her inside to safety. Before long, Bailey was reunited with her loving family.

The Rescue League was amazed by Bailey’s amazing journey and even wondered what she ate and drank during those days. Bailey’s founder, Loretta Hyde, said, “These dogs are smarter than people give them credit for.”

After being safely reunited with her family, Bailey has become a local sensation, and her story has warmed the hearts of many. The El Paso community is grateful for the efforts of the El Paso Animal Rescue League, who played a vital role in Bailey’s safe return home.
