The world is full of sick puppies peeps, but who the hell is out there fixing this? Someone, judges, Presidents, Prime Ministers need to pull their heads out of their arses and do something. Get rid of guns, bring back the death sentence as punishment for murderers, rapists etc, I DON'T CARE WHAT!!!! JUST DO SOMETHING YOU FUCKERS!!!!! AND STOP PASSING THE BUCK OFF ONTO SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!

Toddler, 3, shoots herself after thinking hangun was Wii control

A TODDLER has accidentally killed herself after mistaking her stepfather's handgun for a Nintendo Wii control.

Cheyenne Alexis McKeehan, 3, shot herself in the stomach with the .380 caliber, semi-automatic weapon after finding it lying on a table in the living room. Her mother was sitting at the computer just metres away while her three-month-old brother was also lying nearby.

Investigators today said the child had probably mistaken the weapon for a Wii control, the Daily Mail reports. Her mother Tina Ann Cronberger, 32, told them Cheyenne loved playing on the games console for days at a time.Wilson County Sheriff Terry Ashe displayed two guns taken from the home - one the Wii controller and the other the handgun which killed Cheyenne. "You can see by the comparison of the toy weapon and the real weapon that there's little chance a three-year-old would differentiate between the two," he said."If you have a live handgun with a toy that looks the same - for parents some bells and whistles need to go off." Right now it's a terrible tragedy investigation."

The horrific events unfolded in Lebanon, Tennessee, this week after Cheynne's stepfather Douglas Cronberger, 32, heard a prowler outside the property. He fetched his gun, which he usually kept unloaded in a cabinet, and went to investigate. After failing to find anyone, he left the gun in the living room and went to bed. Cheyenne short herself a short time later. She was taken to hospital but pronounced dead on arrival. There has been no decision if any charges will be filed against the child's parents at this stage.

Gurshan 'knocked out by opening door'

The father of the man accused of killing Indian toddler, Gurshan Singh, has claimed the death was an "innocent mistake".

Gursewak Dhillon, 23, has been charged with criminal negligence and manslaughter over the death of the three-year-old, who was found on a roadside in Melbourne last Thursday.

Police allege the part-time taxi driver put the unconscious child in the boot of his car and drove him around for at least three hours before dumping him.

The father of the accused, Pragat Singh Dhillon, has told the Indian media that his son detailed the death in a telephone conversation three days ago. "Gursewak told me that as he opened the main door to his residence in Melbourne, which he shared with 12 others, including parents of Gurshan, he hit the boy. He said he could not see from outside that Gurshan was standing next to the door, and the child got hit and fell unconscious," he told the Indian Express newspaper. Gursewak reportedly told his father he shook Gurshan to try to wake him up, but the child didn't respond.

"He then called out to Gurshan's mother, who was taking a bath, and his own wife, Simrat Kaur, who was in the kitchen at the time, but both couldn't hear his calls. He then put the child in his car to take him to hospital," he told the Indian Express. "He then put the child in his car to take him to hospital."

When his car had run out of petrol, the accused reportedly dumped the body out of fear of being charged with murder. The case has been adjourned till June 29, with the prosecution seeking extra time to prepare evidence against Gursewak.

He has been remanded in custody amid concerns that he posed an unacceptable flight risk and could also tamper with witnesses in the case.Although Gursewak lived in the same house as Gurshan, he is not a relative.

Care failings allowed 'British Fritzl' to get daughters pregnant 18 times

A man raped his two daughters and fathered nine babies with them during 35 years of physical and sexual abuse. And he escaped detection because care professionals missed numerous chances to intervene.

Agencies involved with the family repeatedly failed to take action even though the father was accused of incest on seven separate occasions, with a further 12 reported incidents of violence. Today authorities issued an unreserved apology to the abused women.

The 57-year-old man, from Sheffield, England, was jailed for life in November 2008 after one of his daughters accused him of incest. The man, who cannot be named, admitted 25 rapes and four indecent assaults, with the attacks beginning in 1980. If his daughters refused his advances, they would be punched, kicked and sometimes held in the flames of a gas fire.

The case echoes of that of Josef Fritzl, the Austrian who imprisoned and raped his daughter. Between 1975 and 2008 the family came into contact with 28 different agencies and more than 100 professionals.

A review of the case made 128 recommendations for improving understanding, practice, procedures and training into intra-familial abuse. However, no staff were sacked or disciplined as the case was seen to be a "collective failure".

Chris Cook, the independent chairman of the Lincolnshire and Sheffield safeguarding children board, said: "We are genuinely sorry. We should have protected you. This is a tragic and complicated case. The man responsible, who intimidated and frightened his family, was convicted of multiple counts of rape and is serving a life sentence."

The case review showed that the family moved home 67 times over a 35-year period so that the father could avoid detection. The women's brother voiced anger that his sisters had not been protected, saying: "I blame a lot of people," he said."I blame people that were meant to be looking after children because we were all meant to be under child protection at five, so I blame the people that should have been doing their jobs looking after us," he said.

Well peeps, if you've read my previous posts from last Friday and Monday, then you'd know what's been going down. So today isn't so much of a quote, but could be seen as advice on how one should act and not go off their nut when something happens.

DON'T ASSUME THAT WHAT SOMEONE DOES TO YOU (blocks you on twitter right after you tweet them) IS BECAUSE OF YOU. THERE COULD BE EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU.

Lesson learned.

My Favourite Things: BEAUTY PRODUCTS!!!!

Okay peeps, today's fav things are beauty products. These are the things I use every day and seem to have a good time with, as in, they do their job.

I've tried heaps of conditioners, and while some do nothing, I need a detangler, and this seems to do the trick. Fructis reinforced active fruit concentrate for dull, dry and stressed out hair. My hair only gets a knot every now and then and it's left soft and silky.
My current fav body wash is Lux Glamourazzi with citrus oils and gentle loofah beads. I love ANYTHING citrus!!!!

I have combination skin and cannot use gel washes so I found this one, Clearasil blackhead control, and no, I don't have any but the sea salt adds to the loofahing of your skin with the blue beady bobs for exfoliation. So I always feel soft and silky and clean!

I did use matching toner, but I can't seem to find it anymore and so discovered Biore Triple action toner. It's witch hazel with salicylic acid which helps dry pimples, but it smells really nice and helps keep your skin clear. If I'm not wearing make up during the day, I'll wipe my face over with this and feel nice and clean again.

One must moisterise and I found Nivea oil free moisterising fluid. Since I can get oily, this is great for my skin. It's light and oil free and doesn't leave me greasier than before I washed my face. I've also tried the Anti Wrinkle Q10 plus Eye Cream, it helped get rid of the dark circles under my eyes, so use it twice a day after moisterising.

And for your body, something I've gushed about before, Cocoa Butter body, and hand and foot moisteriser. If you love chocolate, you'll love this. Rub it in and smell like a chocolate factory. It doesn't leave you greasy and lasts all day. I rub it on in the morning after my shower.

Now don't forget to slap on the sunscreen. Olay complete defense has been branded the best face sunscreen by dermatologists and I use Nivea light feel for my arms and neck. They are both light and non greasy and work really well.

This is the best hairspray I've found and works well. VO5.

For pimples, I've started using Nivea bye-bye spot stick. Slather it on every few hours, if you don't have make up on and those little suckers will disappear in no time. I find if you wipe your face with toner and let it dry then use this stick, it's better.

And for those of us with insanely fair facial hair that lasers cannot remove, I've asked, then Nair is the best I have used so far. It's soft and gentle and doesn't burn you unless you leave it on too long. And you don't get left with stubble!

Well peeps, that's another look into my beauty regime and cabinet, next week, perfume!

Okay peeps, if you've read the post below this from last Friday, you'd see that I have a crush on some guy called Scott Pape, aka,The Barefoot Investor, and that as of last week, he has blocked me on Twitter from receiving his tweets.

As of today, I'm still blocked.

And he blocked me for this message -

As you will see from the last tweet, I first tweeted him on Jan 18th of this year. We also became ''friends'' on Facebook between Dec 30th 2009 and Jan 4th 2010, and since then I have commented on his status a few times, and even commented on the pics of his dog, Buffet.

And yes, I did spam the 7pm Project to have him on more, but since Scott never followed me, then it didn't matter.

HOWEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE NEVER spammed him, said vulgar things, sworn, insulted, demeaned, sent rude messages or even messaged him at all. And yet he still felt the need to block me. I'm just waiting for him to ''unfriend me'' on Facebook. And send me an email telling me to remove him from my ''CHARITIES & LOVE STUFF page.

And so all of that leads me to my post and my problem, and if you guys have had the same thing happen to you.

I have no idea why he felt the need to do it, and it highly annoyed me for the rest of Friday, and Friday night. In fact, it annoyed me so much that I actually cried over it that night and woke up with big puffy eyes on Saturday.

''WHAT THE FUCKED DID YOU DO THAT FOR???????????'' I hear you cry.

''WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU??????????????'' you add.

I get it, I really do. I spent all weekend writing this post in my head. What I'd say about him, if I'd even write a letter to him asking, and asking myself why I was wasting my time and energy crying at what he'd done.

And I came up with two reasons.

1 - When I get a crush on a guy, I become emotionally invested in that crush.

I have no idea why, but my mind and body chemicals get so involved with the guy I'm crushing on that even finding out they have a girlfriend or wife can make me depressed.

Now I will clarify, that this DOES NOT happen with every guy I get a crush on so you don't need to tell me I'm a moron. I know I am.

As you all know, I'm insane about Michael Weatherly, and when I found out he was engaged two years ago, I became depressed for a good few weeks until my bio chemicals dealt with it and I slowly got back to normal. It took quite awhile.

NUTS?????

I KNOW!!!!

I have no idea why I'm like this but that's what happens with some guys. NOT ALL.

But Friday night, I cried over Scott Pape.

I've never met the guy, I've never talked to the guy, I've certainly never said a bad word about him and yet he blocked me and it hurt.

Yes Scott Pape, you hurt me!!!!

Reason 2 - I never understand why people don't like me and end up doing things to me.

I think this happens to a lot of people and stems from childhood. We all want to be liked and when someone doesn't like us we don't understand why because we haven't done anything to them. And yet they spread rumours about us, ignore us, don't say anything to us unless it's mean, they try and make other people not like us as well, and you know the usual shit.

And so we end up with problem that lasts into our adulthood until our minds know we are old enough to let it go and move on.

I get that, I do. And I don't give a crap about most people and their opinions. But there are always some people in our lives, family, friends etc, whose opinions DO matter, and we desperately need them to validate us in some way, shape or form.

We should be validating ourselves, and shouldn't need someone else to, but it seems to be a human condition.

And so, to wind up this blog, I'm going to comment on some of the replies left on the last post.

Cyn, you said - ''Just wait 'till YOU get famous and block him on Twitter. Payback time, sucka.''

And bizarrely enough, all weekend I thought of this exact thing. When my book comes out and I'm living the highlife with Bitchfest! Radio, and he comes a calling I'll be saying - ''And why should I grant you an interview Mr.Pape after what you did to me.''

And I'll just leave him hanging, becoming insanely frustrated because he doesn't remember what he did to me and doesn't understand.

Al, you said - ''dont worry, his pr team will see this post. it will show up in google alerts. then they will kick him in the shins for being such a douche.''

He's managed by IMG and he runs his own business.

And so here we are, my eyes are no longer puffy, my tears no longer flow, my emotions are under control and I think he's forgotten that his tweets pop up on his Facebook page, or that you can click the ''find people'' tab at the top of the Twitter page and look for him, find him, and still read his tweets.

I'm not saying goodbye just yet Scott Pape. But if you screw me over, you'll be hearing from me.

So everyone, leave your replies about the douche bag you've had a crush on, or the person who screwed you over for no reason, even if you've never met them, or spoken to them, but have communicated online only, it doesn't matter. There's always someone!

So this week my fav things is make up so I thought I'd show you mine!

Last year I decided to get healthier make up for my skin, so getting away from the normal compact powder, which contains talcum powder, I decided to try mineral make up and got me some Maybelline powder foundation with cute little brush, and mineral cover up.
I bought two nifty little containers of eyeshadows -

And inside -

Coloured mascaras and eyeliners, of which I also bought a neon pink and turquoise blue last Sunday when I went shopping -

And of course black mascara, I heard this was the best for it's price range, unfortunately my lashes seemed to have thinned so sometimes they can look like spidey legs! -

Lipsticks in shades of red and pink, the two on the right are loreal that I got for $5 each! -

And last but not least, one must have nail polish in all colours -

Okay peeps, well it's the last day of February and while the winner of the Literary competition I entered will be announced today, alas, it will not be me.

I found out I didn't even make the short list last week.

It sucks, but I must go on.

So this month I went over my list of publishers and agents, I have about 10 of each, so I'll be sending to all the publishers this week.

I bought manilla envelopes and wrote ''thank you for reading, Jewels Diva'' with a little star in red on the cover. Bought prepaid envelopes to load them into when each partial m.s is printed and have them ready to go. And they got paid with the money I won on lotto and a scratchie!

I'm still Facebooking and Tweeting Ellen Degeneres every day to get her to join the JUST PUTTING IT OUT THERE group.

I Tweeted Max Markson, a well known celeb agent to see if he dealt with unpubbed authors, he said to email him so I did, and now I'm just waiting for a reply.

I emailed a couple of magazines and newspapers about getting a column in there mags and papers. Apparently you already have to be a celeb and ''they'' ask you to write for them.

I changed my blog to look like a website with new pages for you all to check out. And Cyn (cyn-b-demented) has been helping me with it. No need to switch to wordpress just yet. I also set up a youtube channel for future videos. Just to make sure I got my name!

I also write in my journal everyday and try and look at my affirmation folder. Apparently my stars for this year all lead to success, celebrity and luck. And some very hot lovin with a very hot new lover!!!!! Mmmmm ...... Scott Pape maybe?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

So I'm trying to remain positive and tomorrow I'll post new positive karmic imprints being the 1st of March!

POLICE are baffled how they did it but the Prime Minister definitely has a problem in Rose Bay - with a large illuminated traffic sign sending the message: "Kevin Rudd sucks". The sign, which dramatically appeared overnight on New South Head Road, has proven a traffic stopper. Locals have been stopping their cars to take photographs - and the sign caused such a distraction that the police were called in at 3am today. MY FAV THINGS: Doctor Who's The End of Time!!!!! The last time we'll see David Tennant!!!!!!

Well the Tenth Doctor has made his last exit.

David Tennant has left the series after his run to be replaced by a guy younger than himself.

It's a real pity, although I didn't watch the show when it was picked up and reinvented 5 years back, and I didn't watch it when David took over, I started watching bits and pieces when Catherine Tate joined.

And while I can't stand her, I got hooked on David. Watched every ep and movie that's been on since, even repeats of David's first season.

So it's sad, and I cried through most of the second part, that while the show goes on, David does not. The End of Time was a two parter that ended with the old Doctor being rejuventated into the new Doctor, and David's, last words as the Doctor were, ''I don't want to leave.''

Well David, we don't want you to either, but I guess it's time for you to move on. And so must we.

I'm bitching about dream stealers today.

People like Dr.Phil who says it's great to strive for your dreams and follow your path etc, but then tell you that marrying Jay-Z or George Clooney or Michael Weatherly is nothing but an unrealistic dream that will never happen!

WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!

Okay, so I know that I'm only married to Michael in the world of Jewels that I have created, (you didn't think that was for real did ya!!!) but how many times do we read stories of big stars, mainly the guys, meeting and marrying waitresses or check out chicks etc.

Nicolas Cage married a waitress. The little asian lady who bore his son called Cal-el. Nic's a Superman nut.

Matt Damon met a bar waitress and married her even though she already had a kid and now they have three more.

George Clooney meets waitresses in Europe, moves them to America, dates them for three years, then pays them to go off and start a life coz he doesn't want them anymore.

And of course, in ''real life'', my gorgeously gorgeous husband Michael Weatherly, married a med student who is now a doctor.

I am insanely jealous of course and don't like the idea of sharing him, but then Carmine has to share me with Michael so it works out.

Back to dream stealers.

They steal our dreams and smash them into the ground, grinding them into a little heap of dust, similar to what women do to men, and then try and rebuild them to suit their needs and not ours.

Dr.Phil is forvever telling people ''good for you for having this dream and it's so great that you're doing that. BUT you need to do this, this and this. And you should be doing that, that and that.''

I HATE people telling me what to do. Especially those who don't know me. But don't try and steal my dreams people.

It will piss me off and I will slap you down.

DO NOT TELL ME I can be anything I want to be, have anything I want to have, go anywhere I want to go and say anything I want to say, okay, that last one is crap, coz no one tells you that, but still, don't tell me I can have the world and then yank the damn thing out from under me by telling me the dreams I do have are unrealistic!!!

My dreams of being married to Michael are not unrealistic. But I do need to accept the fact it may never happen in ''real life''. But that doesn't mean I can't dream and have a hell of a lotta fun doing it, and strive to make it come true. I would have to move to L.A and kill his ''real life'' wife but that seems rather unrealistic in it's self. And I don't have the money to do it, and don't want to go to jail for doing it, so it will have to wait a few years until they divorce. Coz he's SOOOOOOO not happy with her.

So to all the ''experts'' and just plain arseholes we may know out there who think they know how our life should be and tell us how to live it even if it doesn't make us happy just because they're not happy with their lot in life and are a misery guts

Opinionated:
- obstinate or conceited with regard to one's opinions; conceitedly dogmatic.

Dogmatic:
1 - pertaining to, or of the nature of a dogma or dogmas; doctrinal.
2 - asserting opinions in an authoritative, positive, or arrogant manner; positive, opinionated.

Dogma:
1 - a system of principles or tenets, as of a church.

I got that opinions and judgements are pretty much the same thing. You judge when forming an opinion. So then you are opinionated when giving the opinion. Your opinion is your own thought, feeling, belief, attitude etc.

And if we have them and stand by them we will all go to hell for having them when the world ends.

Pretty simple and easy to understand.

Hey peeps, last month I posted my fav bags and this month I'm posting my fav purses. These are not all of them, just like I didn't post all of my bags, but the really good ones get a gander here and you get to see my personal addictions!!!

Here we have, down the left side and in the middle, Cardinalis. Cosmetic bags and purses, jewellery rolls, you name it. I also have a Christian Dior black purse in the middle with the little gold chair and bow. On the right is a generic brand toiletry roll and a Fiorelli multi coloured (on the inside) roll up purse. Most of these are being used at the mo, I have sunnies, jewellery etc in them.

Blue Cardinali and Betty Boop coin purse.

I bought these on ebay - heart, clubs, and diamonds. I have the club one in my handbag with my ''first aid'' kit in it.

And I also got these from the same place. Top pic is the front, bottom is the back.

Most of my purses I haven't used yet, but I love things like this, so I end up collecting stuff. I don't smoke or drink so this is what I spend my money on, besides, bags, clothes, shoes, jewellery, accessories etc.

Way back when, when I was in school or high school, (can't remeber which it was that long ago), I can swear my English teacher taught me that ''an'' only goes before a word starting with a vowel.

An apple, an egg, an orange, an igloo, an unusual object.

Either way, my bitch is that so many tv presenters and hosts over the last few years drop the ''h'' from words and put ''an'' in front of them when they shouldn't.

EXCUSE ME!!!!

HAVE YOU SINGLE-HANDEDLY CHANGED THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE?????

And I know they put ''an'' in front of more words they believe they can drop the first letter off of, but seriously you have to have some sort of communications, journalism, and english degree to get into the media and reporting.

So I should bloody hope that you all know how to speak ''actual'' english, even though so many of you don't seem to know ''simple'' english and where to put the word ''an'' and how not to drop ''h'' off of words.

I wasn't sure what to bitch about today but then I heard a woman win money on tv and she blubbered on about how hubby was going into hospital, yada, yada.

Anyhoo, I don'know about you but I AM SICK TO BLOODY DEATH OF SOB STORIES.

I'm sick of people who clearly don't have balls who think begging and bawling with their sob stories are going to get them through to Idol, X Factor, Think you can Dance, and any other reality tv show these days.

I'm sick of people begging and crying and sobbing their eyes out because they DON'T get what they want.

I once heard someone tell a begger, ''stop begging, it's beneath you''.

I don't watch most of these shows merely for the fact too many people stand there and bawl their fucking eyes out. Try having a ''REAL'' problem to cry over.
