Tried to focus on my form in the Vibram shoes but noticed that during last mile of each run that my form suffered and I suspect is causing the pain in my left foot right now.

I finished up the week with a 2 hour run where I got in between 11-12 miles. It was a rough run as my left foot was bothering me from the start. Although the rest of my body has already recovered my foot hurts to bad to walk around for very long. Taking it easy today and contemplating wearing my trail shoes for this coming week's runs.

Stay tuned for more updates next week.

Marathon & Barefoot Training Week 1 - Heat Go Away, #marathon training #barefoot running

This week I began a 9 week marathon training program to get ready for the first inaugural Eagle Creek Trail Marathon on October 3.
