Syngenta are an agrichemical company and I was asked to illustrate all the elements that can be potentially harmful to crops. Gregg Finlay (Art Director) and I spent several months planning and executing these pictures (and others of crops) between Kuala Lumpur and London.
The fiery sun pictures are model made (Thomas Wire) and the others are of our real sun. I especially like the sand pictures.

A fine group of folk your Morris dancers!
These portraits are a small selection from a set of photographs made for Katy Ingram as reference for artworks at last years Kirtlington lamb Ale, a Morris dancing festival held in Oxfordshire. One of the ancient Whitsun Ales, the Lamb Ale can be traced back to the early 1600′s, and takes the form of a village festival and feast. It’s held on the weekend of Trinity Sunday, which is 56 days after Easter Sunday. Well worth attending if you fancy a bit of Old England. Our thanks go to the men & women of Kirtlington Morris for their generosity & hospitality. We hope to go back next year & continue the project.
