   <description>ISS offers many programmes subsided under the Skills Programme for Upgrading and Resilience (SPUR) and Critical Infocomm Technology REsource Programme (CITREP). Eligible participants can enjoy up to 90% funding (for SPUR-funded programmes) and 80% funding (for CITREP-endorsed prorgammes).
