Upon completion of 30 days without caffeine, sugar, white flour, alcohol, corn syrup, canola oil, soy oil and the use of a healthy meal plan, participants of the detox found Superb Results! Below are the numbers achieved by each person. &lt;br /&gt;
Tarah L &amp;ndash; 7% body fat&lt;br /&gt;
Manny H &amp;ndash; 2% body fat (now at 10.9%!!!)&lt;br /&gt;
Meredith M &amp;ndash; 8.6% body fat &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We've decided to kick off 2011 with a bang! With the commitment of 12 motivated warriors, a nutrient dense meal plan and strong mind/body we're now on the path to a healthier life style! All of us have decided to work together in making this possible, therefore we'll rely on each other to stick to the plan in times of weakness (temptation).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Here are the rules:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Stick to the meal/lifestyle plan!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. 0 alcohol, caffeine, sugar, white flour, vegetable oils (except for coconut and olive), corn syrup&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. 4 meals per day, 1 wake up tonic and 1 post-workout drink&lt;br /&gt;
4. Pay $5 to the communal pot for end of 30-day bash (hopefully the pot is empty)&lt;br /&gt;
5. Extreme goals and expectations&lt;br /&gt;
6. Workout 2-6 days per week (depending on current lifestyle and schedule)&lt;br /&gt;
7. Post 30 day group workout (possibly the hardest workout known)&lt;br /&gt;
8. Post 30 day party&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There is a set meal plan for both female and males. The first few days are rough and require the most mental stamina. Cold like symptoms are normal in this first week of pure awesomeness!&lt;/p&gt;

Meredith&amp;rsquo;s program consists of a structured diet, exercise routines and mental focus. Besides working out with Nick, Meredith exercises 2-3 days per week on her own at boot camp classes and/or routines from imsuperb.com.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Diet: &lt;br /&gt;
Meredith&amp;rsquo;s meal plan consists of a high fat, nutrient dense, alcohol free, thyroid stimulating and balanced meal plan. Goals for this plan are to convert fat to energy, replace missing nutrients, build strength and increase energy levels. &amp;ldquo;The main difference I&amp;rsquo;ve noticed is excessive energy levels. &amp;ldquo; &amp;ndash; Meredith.  This meal plan contains over 3,000 calories from foods like coconut oil, grass fed animal products and sprouted grains.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Routine: &lt;br /&gt;
X 2 days with free weights focusing on hip flexibility, abdominal strength, cardiovascular endurance and upper body muscularity. &lt;br /&gt;

The meal plan is high in fat burning fats and very nutrient dense. Each food is designed to replenish lost vitamin and mineral stores, release fat for energy, detoxify and stimulate the metabolism. Christina's exercise routine uses p90x for most days of the week and 1 day with Nick at the Superb Health studio where they focused mostly on isometric type exercises. They also focused on core, flexibility and overall deeper burning exercises. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Mid morning snack: energy smoothie: 6-8 oz whole plain yogurt, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of honey, &amp;frac14; scoop of raw protein, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, pinch of Celtic sea salt, 2 oz water all blended together.&lt;br /&gt;
Prep time: 2 minutes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lunch wrap: chopped apple, raw milk cheese, lettuce, mustard, (if you would like).  Use an Ezekiel wrap and spread 1 tablespoon of coconut oil on it before adding above ingredients. *Can add more veggies if you would like, in fact I encourage you to do so!&lt;br /&gt;
Prep time: 5 minutes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dinner: Low cooked meat or fish of your choice, lightly steamed veggies with pasture butter melted over them (1 tablespoon if eating red meat, use freely if eating fish). Eat a piece of fruit or some dark (70% or more) chocolate for dessert.&lt;br /&gt;
Prep time: depends on you, this is a good meal to not focus on time. Instead, focus on good conversation with someone or just relax and cook with your thoughts wondering/congratulating on the day completed thus far : )&lt;/p&gt;

30 minutes of heavy lifting = x2 muscle groups (ex. chest/back), x2 exercises per group, x4 sets per exercises. &lt;br /&gt;
30 minutes of aerobic exercises still including the main muscle groups and core workouts. Ex. Chest/back would be fast push-ups, fast assisted pull ups, bridge walks etc. &lt;br /&gt;
We have been grouping the aerobic exercises in 3's, sometimes 4's.
