										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Conversando, lendo artigos, estudos e reportagens &#8211; tenho cada vez mais convicção de que uma  das coisas mais importantes é encontrar e escolher o nosso ofício e não uma profissão.</p>
<p>Quando você encontra/descobre/escolhe seu ofício (o que não é tão simples e nem fácil) &#8211; seu objetivo é fazer as coisas da melhor maneira possível.</p>
<p>No ano passado, a Budweiser lançou uma série de 4 mini doc&#8217;s &#8211; com o título de The Hard Way &#8211; que fala justamente sobre isso, que quando você encontra seu ofício e é apaixonado pelo que faz, não existe jeito fácil existe somente o jeito certo!</p>
<p>Abaixo, deixo alguns recortes do aprendizado que tive nesses mini doc&#8217;s!</p>
<p>&#8220;Começar de baixo e, então, ir se desenvolvendo, isso cria em você um respeito no que você faz.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Eu acho, acima de tudo, que manter a identidade da marca e a integridade do que eu faço é a prioridade número um.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Dr. Woo coloca a qualidade e a competência acima de qualquer coisa.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Ele não deixa estes valores de lado. Ele os encontrou fazendo as coisas da forma como elas costumavam ser feitas.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Chelsea encontrou sua assinatura e ela se orgulha disso.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Tem sido assim há 139 anos. Porque quando você encontra sua assinatura, você precisa se orgulhar disso.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;É uma questão de não acelerar o processo. Existe eficiência para seguir melhorando no que você faz, mas nós nunca cortamos caminho.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Deixá-la perfeita leva tempo.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Mas quando você é obcecado com a qualidade do produto que você coloca o seu nome, é um tempo bem gasto.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Cada detalhe tem q estar perfeito.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Do minuto em que eu acordo ao minuto em que encerro o serviço à meia noite, é atenção aos detalhes; garantindo que os copos estejam polidos, que as flores estejam perfeitas.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Quando a perfeição é ço seu padrão, você tem que ser obcecados até mesmo com os melhores detalhes.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Nunca é demais enfatizar a importância de garantir que cada pequeno detalhe seja obcecados até o nono grau.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Somos responsáveis pela qualidade da cerveja e queremos ter a certeza de que ela é a melhor possível, então nós testamos.&#8221;</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sempre gostei muito de café, para mim as cafeteiras da Nespresso eram as melhores&#8230;</p>
<p>Em 2009, queria comprar uma boa cafeteira, foi aí que comecei a pesquisar e a conhecer um pouco sobre café.</p>
<p>Descobri que a maioria dos cafés que encontramos nos supermercados são de baixa qualidade, e que o amargor acentuado é resultado de uma torra extraforte, com os grãos muito queimados e de grãos que não foram selecionados.</p>
<p>Foi então que comecei a beber café gourmet&#8230;</p>
<p>Entendi que a Nespresso, era uma boa opção por sua praticidade, boa seleção e algumas variedades de café, mas que isso também era um grande limitador.</p>
<p>Não me recordo, quando minha mãe deixou de fazer café de coador para usar a cafeteira italiana&#8230; Nunca tinha prestado atenção&#8230;</p>
<p>Achei o mecanismo da cafeteira italiana genial, e como um bom designer fui pesquisar&#8230; A cafeteira italiana que minha mãe tinha, era uma cópia da cafeteira criada em 1933 pelo italiano Alfonso Bialetti, a famosa Moka Express!</p>

<p>Essa é a <strong>Melhor Cafeteira do Mundo</strong>&#8230; <strong>Simples e Genial</strong>&#8230;</p>
<p>Esse ano ela completa 80 anos, e a Bialetti está fazendo um concurso &#8211; Moka Express Your Self &#8211;  para que as pessoas possam se &#8220;expressar&#8221; personalizando sua Moka Express.  Uma pena que o concurso só vale para os italianos.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lendo uma reportagem, no jornal do carro a respeito dos 3 carros compactos lançados em 2012 &#8211; Hyundai HB20 / Chevrolet Onix / Toyota Etios &#8211; ficou claro para os analistas que tecnicamente o Toyota Etios é superior aos concorrentes.</p>
<p>Mas o que chama atenção na reportagem, é que em vendas o Toyota Etios  está apanhando feio do Hyundai HB20 e do Chevrolet Onix e, sabe qual motivo?</p>
<p>Falta DESIGN!!!</p>
<p>E quando falta DESIGN, a percepção que temos é de um produto mal cuidado e de baixa qualidade, mesmo que ele &#8220;tecnicamente&#8221; seja superior.</p>
<p>Lembremos da nossa amiga &#8220;Gestalt&#8221; &#8211; a percepção se dá pelo todo, não pela soma das partes.</p>
