Plytvanie potravinami je veľký problém. Viac ako polovica jedla končí v koši.  Stratili sme už úctu k tomu, čo znamená jedlo? Takýto je svet. Len súkromné domácnosti vyhodia potraviny ročne v hodnote 100 miliárd eur. V celej európskej únii sa ročne vyhodia 3 milióny ton pečiva, dosť na nasýtenie napríklad celého Španielska. Nakupujeme veci ktoré nevyhnutne nepotrebujeme.

Dcéra oslavovala meniny, dostala nádhernú tortu, koho to zaujíma obrázok torty na konci článku. No a ako to býva, zíde sa postupne v niekoľkých dňoch celá rodina. Viete o tom, že čierny ale aj zelený čaj pochádzajú z rovnakého čajovníka. Líši sa len spôsobom výroby, lepšie povedané spracovania. Tie torty sú tak dobre spracované, že sú až škaredé! Mimochodom ohorky a popol sú tiež konzumovateľné a dokonca sladké, však je to marcipán. Jediné čo nie je jedlé na hornej torte je sklenený popolník, ten slúži ako dekorácia. No čo potešili by ste sa takej torte? Každopádne takáto torta určite zaujme. :-) A treba dodať, že je to skutočne skvelá cukrárska práca!

Bol som s deťmi v lese a čo to nevidím. Celý les je posiaty kvetmi medvedieho cesnaku. Ešte sa dajú nájsť rastlinky ktoré ešte nekvitli. Ale už treba hľadať. Kto hľadá ten nájde. Hovorí sa že Medvedí cesnak treba zbierať keď ešte nekvitne a to z toho dôvodu že vtedy majú listy ešte dostatočnú silu. Ono nič sa nestane keď pozbierate aj listy keď už je kvet, len ich nebudete mať také výrazné.

Grilovacia sezóna sa nezadržateľne blíži. Takže nejaké "Recepty na gril" by sa hodili. A čo väčšinou grilujeme na záhrade? Hamburger! Hotové mäso na grilovanie si môžeme samozrejme kúpiť aj v obchode, ale nie je nad to spraviť si domáci hamburger. A keď si k tomu pripravíme "domáce hamburgerové žemle" tak to je paráda. Sem tam ich kupuje každý. Nie som výnimka. Vždy sa snažím sledovať etiketu, kde pozerám obsah mäsa. Nech je tam aspoň tak 70%. Podľa potravinárskej vyhlášky by malo byť v nich aspoň 55% mäsa. ... alebo ako pripravujem ja "Špagety Carbonara". Klasický taliansky recept poznám. A určite aj mnohí z vás. Je veľmi chutný a jednoducho sa pripravuje. Pri príprave sa používajú výraznejšie (zrejúce) syry ako napríklad Pecorino Romano alebo Parmigiano Reggiano. Viete o tom že pri príprave Carbonara môžete použiť aj fettuccine, bucatini, rigatoni ?


Recept vznikol v polovici 20. storočia.

Talianska alebo francúzska špecialita? Ťažko povedať, hlavne že vynikajúco chutí! Príprava je nenáročná a výsledok oslňujúci.

Niekto túto špecialitu má rád vychladenú s chladničky a niekto zasa teplú. Môžeme ju podávať ku grilovanému mäsu, obzvlášť je vhodná k pečenému mäsu, na topinky, k hamburgerom alebo len tak na "jednohubky". A aby som nezabudol, dokonalé k divine!

Skutočne "gurmánska záležitosť". Dnes nám pekne vykuklo slnko dostal som chuť na niečo osviežujúce. Pokiaľ ste niečo podobné ešte neskúšali, tak je najvyšší čas. Za chvíľu tu máme obdobie "májová bryndza" a to potom bude paráda. Ale späť k receptu.

Marlenka je medovo-oriešková torta pochádzajúca z Arménska. Je obľúbená na celom svete. Môžeme ju doplniť kúskami čokolády alebo karamelu. Príprava nie je až tak ťažká, ale výrobou medových plátov sa nechce každému zaťažovať. To znamená že by to chcelo nejaký "rýchlo-recept" na Marlenku. Tu je!
