<p>Precautions</p>
<p>Before we proceed to do use this exercise equipment we should keep in mind some of its guidelines for example equipment should be fully opened, we should check that all the cords should be attached carefully, also check that tension cords should traveled correctly in the pulleys on the user side of carriage, kneel bars should be installed correctly, also make sure that locking hitch pin is griped between the kneel and the main unit,  be sure that the kneel pad position should be flat and position appropriately  in the place of kneel bar.</p>
<p>Maintenance</p>
<p>There is some guideline which should keep in mind while using this exercise equipment is that you should clean and wipe down taros track after each use. You should avoid putting your exercise towel on the exercise equipment. you should keep regular check on carriage, wheels and tension cords you should not use this equipment if it is  put for repair.</p>

<p>- For crunches you have to lie on your back.<br />
- Put your feet on the floor by placing your knees together close bottom as close as possible.<br />
- By folding arm across your chest let relax neck.<br />
- While inhaling slowly raise your shoulders as high as you possible by keeping lower back on the floor.<br />
- Now hold this position till you count one and then breathe out vigorously.<br />
- Now slowly relax the stomach muscles and let the shoulders come to the floor.<br />
- Repeat this course of action for around 10 to 12 times, by resting around 10 seconds repeats the same process.</p>
<p>2 Lying leg raises:</p>
<p>- Keeping your hands and palms down under you&#8217;re buttocks lie on your back.<br />
- Raise your legs for about 30cms same as around 12&#8243; off the floor and hold them there.<br />
- By tilting your pelvis upwards (do not lift the legs with psoas) try to raise your leg by another some 15cm that is 6&#8243; with the help of lower abs.<br />
- Make this sure that knees are slightly bended.<br />
- Repeat the same process by tilting pelvis around 10 times and resting for about 60 seconds.</p>
<p>These are the two most useful and easy exercise to tight the abdomens for women. Though they will give you good results, if you add the organic diet and nutrition plan you will get the best results. Along with this they will give you long term effects of the abdominal tightening and will help you to loose the weight.</p>

<p>Sit and squeeze is an excellent work out that helps to strengthen your abdomen. Place a large exercise ball in the wall and hold it with your back. Bend your knees as if you were in a sitting position. Then squeeze another exercise ball in between your knees. Be sure that your feet touch the ground and not your toes. And also check you are sitting in 90 degree posture. Hold and squeeze the ball for some 15 seconds. Repeat the same for 10 o 12 times.</p>
<p>Ball squeeze and lift is an advanced work out and you can do this only when you get sufficient balance and stability. Lie down on floor where only one side of your body touches the ground. Hold the ball tightly between the feet. Squeeze the ball and lift. Then lower your legs. Do the same for other side of the body. Repeat the process for 10 to 15 times.</p>
<p>Chest squeeze with medicine ball is another advanced exercise. Sit on an exercise ball or chair and hold a medicine ball I your hand. Try to squeeze the ball straight towards your chest. That means contract your chest while squeezing the ball. When you squeeze the ball slowly move your hands to left side and then come to center. Again move to right side. Repeat the same for 10 to 15 times.</p>
<p>Working in an unstable environment will provide you improved stability and balance. Ball squeeze and lift can be done only after practicing the lighter exercise on the ball. You will notice that you got a correct hip shape after regular work outs of ball squeeze and lift. You will get a flat stomach and strengthened abdomens from doing this work out. But if you have any injury or illness, avoid doing this.</p>
