Sponsoren van een tent

Bij het sponsoren van een tent, krijgt deze de naam van de organisatie die sponsorgelden ter beschikking stelt. Het logo van de sponsor wordt op de website geplaatst onder de noemer “mede mogelijk gemaakt door …”. Ook tijdens het weekend zelf komt er een bord met de organisaties die de dag ondersteunen.

Programmaboekje

Wat is een HeTof zonder programmaboekje?! Het is niet alleen een gids met een volledig overzicht van het programma en de sprekers tijdens het weekend zelf, ook geldt het voor velen als een aandenken om later nog eens door te bladeren en herinneringen op te halen.

De naam (met logo) van de sponsor wordt op een prominente plaats in het boekje vermeld.

Adverteren in het programmaboekje

Er kan ook een advertentie in het programmaboekje worden geplaatst. Het boekje wordt uitgevoerd in A5 formaat.

Kraam

Je kunt op de HeTof de informatie van je organisatie verspreiden onder thuisonderwijzers door middel van het inrichten van een kraam met folders. Dit is alleen bedoeld voor organisaties en bedrijven die een meerwaarde kunnen bieden aan de HeTof, dit te bepalen door de organisatie.
Het huren van een kraam kost voor een dag € 150,-

Welcome!

HeTof 2009 is all ready to go. We have set up an interesting program, with many activities for all ages. There are talks about home ed subjects, not just in the Netherlands but in other countries as well. There are workshops for young and old and we would like your input for a brainstorm session about setting up a European-wide home ed knowledge centre.

The HeTof is a great way to get to know like-minded people from other cultures: Registrations show that the Festival is getting better known in Germany, and we’ll be welcoming our first guests from England this year as well.

Times and facilities

Those who are coming for the entire weekend are welcome from 5pm on Friday 5th June. Saturday and Sunday we start at 10.00 am and we close the Festival on Sunday around 5pm. Those who are arriving on the Saturday or the Sunday will be welcomed on the day.

There are camping facilities for tents and caravans. There are also toilets and showers, but there are no electricity points.

A vegetarian meal will be served on Friday and Saturday evening.

Welkom!

Het programma van het HeTof is zover klaar! Ook dit jaar hebben we weer een leuk en interessant programma in elkaar gezet, met tal van activiteiten en voor elk wat wils. Er zijn lezingen over zaken die met het thuisonderwijs te maken hebben, niet alleen in Nederland maar ook over de grens, workshops voor jong en oud, en we willen graag met jullie brainstormen over een landelijk/Europees kenniscentrum voor to-ers.

Uit de inschrijvingen blijkt al dat het festival ook in Duitsland bekend begint te worden. Ook verwachten we dit jaar gasten uit Engeland. Met andere woorden, het is een ideale manier voor jong en oud om internationale contacten te sluiten of te hernieuwen.

In de grote tent kun je altijd terecht voor een kop koffie of thee, een praatje met gelijkgezinden, of om gewoon lekker even te zitten. Ook voor de kinderen is hier natuurlijk wat te drinken als zij moe zijn gespeeld in de zandbak of op de trampoline of met de oud-Hollandse spelen.

Voorzieningen

Degenen die het hele weekend komen, zijn vrijdagmiddag vanaf een uur of 5 welkom. Zaterdag en zondag beginnen we om 10.00 uur, en zondag is het festival rond 5 uur weer afgelopen. De mensen die de zaterdag of zondag komen, worden op die dag welkom geheten.

Er zijn campeerfaciliteiten op het terrein, geschikt voor tenten en caravans. Er zijn toiletten en douches, maar geen elektriciteitaansluitingen.

Vrijdag- en zaterdagavond kan iedereen ’s avonds aanschuiven voor een vegetarische maaltijd.

HeTof 2009!

HeTof is a contact event for Home Ed families. It gives everyone the opportunity share ideas and experiences, to help each other, and just generally have a good time.

We’re expecting a very international group again this year, including participants from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the UK.

Following the success of the first HeTof in 2008, we’ll be organising workshops and lectures covering a wide variety of Home Ed subject matter. There will be plenty for the kids to do in the form of specially organised workshops, and ample opportunity to learn and play.

Programme

For both days of the workshop, we have put together a well-rounded, well-balanced programme. Here’s just a sample.

Workshops
Special activities for children will include a “Heroes” theatre workshop led by Trisha, “theatre sport” with Trisha, and a maths workshop with Ittay. Kids will have the chance to blow off some steam in a variety of organised games, on the trampoline or in the sand pit, or by letting their imaginations go wild with our collection of dress-up clothes.

Home Ed Expertise Centre Workshop

The idea has been put forward to consolidate all knowledge, experience, and research from home and abroad in a new Home Ed Expertise Centre that will be available to everyone. The Centre would offer Home Ed materials to anyone interested. It would be a place where people could take their questions about the various trends in Home Ed such as curriculum education, unschooling, autonomous learning, and more; a place where parents could seek support according to the teaching method they have chosen; where Home Ed parents and experts in the field register with the Centre so they can share their knowledge of a wide variety of subject matter with Home Ed children. It could even set up a database of traineeships intended for HE children. All ideas and suggestions are welcome. We want to use the HeTof Festival to give greater substance to this idea. In this way, we can start developing the expertise centre in the Autumn of 2009.

On Saturday evening we’ll turn on the sound system and take some time off to go mad, and give the floor to some of the wonderful talent amongst us all the time.

Where

The HeTof Festival will run from Saturday to Sunday, 6 and 7 June in Hedel, close to the city of ’s-Hertogenbosch.
Campers will be welcome from 5.00pm on Friday, 5 June.
You can also take part in just one of the festival days if you prefer.

Price for the entire weekend per adult, including the camping site from Friday afternoon if applicable: € 58.00.

Ages 5-17: €14.00
Ages 0-4: Free of charge
The price includes a vegetarian supper.

Special Request

We’re making a special call for volunteers:
- In the kitchen — at least one cook and a few kitchen assistants.
- Behind the bar — two or three people for both days who can help behind the bar and with washing up.
- The registration table — someone to greet people on Saturday and Sunday morning.
- Setting up and clearing up — a few people who can help out Friday afternoon and/or Monday morning.
- Interpreters — we badly need people who can act as interpreters: Dutch-English/English-Dutch, Dutch-German/German-Dutch, English-German/German-English.
