Hi, there! Yes, I'm still here... Been a bit busy lately. Thuesday the 6th was a big day. Jay-Z was playing in Trondheim. Loots of happy dancing people. Jay-Z did a good concert despite the "small" audience, just 7000 in the "walley of death". Thuesday the 13th we went to Leirfossene kraftverk, which is a powerstation, and listened to Marit Larsen. She is not excactly my favourit artist, not even in my preferred genre, but she is a good musichian. And Jonas just loves her, so I practically had to go. It was a very special experience to be on a concert several meters under ground, and everybody had to wear helmets and vests. And as usuall Marit Larsen was just too cute.

The week before the Jay-Z concert i started working out. Have been to water exercise (or aquabic as my sister calls it) and yoga so far. I like the aquabic cause I like being in water, but I whould be bored to death swimming back and forth in a pool. Yoga is just wonderful. It's is relaxing and hard at the same time. You really get to focus on your body, and use your own weight to get stronger.

Other than that I've been hanging around with friends. Torra and Ingrid made a delicious chilli con carne for us on friday, and saturday was spent around a table at Gøran and Astrid playing Trivial Persuit.

Jay-Z at UKA09

Today it was annouced, Jay-z is playing at UKA09. UKA is the studentfestival in Trondheim, which is running every second year in October. They have had lots of great artist, but non as big as Jay-Z from the hip hop univers. Closest might be Wyclef Jean which had an amazing concert at UKA05. The best concert I've been to in my lifetime. Hope Jay-Z can beat it! He is releasing his new album in just 2 days, really looking forward to it, though the lack of creativity in the album title...it's called Blueprint |||.

Langedrag nature park

The weekend was spent at a cabin in Nesbyen with Linda, Svenung, Aurora, Hilde and Erik. Jonas and me drove for six hours friday night to get there, and it was totally worth it. We arrived to a set table and had a great pork steak. Saturaday morning we got up and headed to Langedrag nature park. Langedrag was founded with a vision of letting the people get close the the animals we have in our own contry. We got REALLY close up with moose, polar foxes, reindeer, and had the chance to mess around with goats, pet horses and cows. We got to see lynx and wolfs up close at feeding time. For all those who want a different zoo experience where the animals have space to move go visit Langedrag nature park.

Starting a new job

Tomorrow I'm starting my new job at Nonstop. I am very excited and is really looking forward to work with longside other creative people and not just geeky developers : ) Hope everybody has had a great summer and is ready to start this "new" year with lots of energy in inspiration. Huston we have a problem

Yesterday morning I had to restart my computer to get some of the new updated features running on our new supersweet home server. I shut the machine down, but when I tried to start it again it whould not boot. I panicked a bit, cause you always do when your machine fails to start, but then it came into my head that I actually backed up the entire machine the night before. I had to run down to the Apple doctor to get it looked at, I assume that it is the hard drive that has failed. So it is in for treatment, and lets just hope it is something else that is wrong so I don't have to install everything again. I do hate to install software, specially when you have to install everything at once.

I think I have reached a magic 2 year limit on my machine, not long ago my battery failed, and now the hard drive. Well, well at least the weather now days is awesome so I can spend alot of time out doors instead of infront of the computer.

So boys and girls, back up, back up, back up! It CAN happen to you too!

This project was a collaboration with a company called Alfamac. Together we developed a logo for Fjellstuene. Fjellstuene is an umbrella organization for all the smaller mountain inn in the northern county of Norway. They help their clients arrange tours and works as a connection point, both for the tourists and the operators.
