NEW Primitive Centerpieces at Hearthside Collection!!

I just love pip berries or candle centerpieces for my dining room table or end tables. We have recently listed some new Primitive Centerpieces featuring our handmade daisies at Hearthside Collection. The primitive country style of our handmade daisies has been very popular. We have used them in wreaths and on samplers. Now, we are sticking them out of our barn roof pitchers and coal bins.

The pitcher also has battery operated LED light branches.

Our distressed painted flat wood boxes look great with these grungy looking timer pillar candles. These candles stay on for 6 hours and then shut off for 18hrs.

It's hard to believe Hearthside Collection has been online for four years now! We began our craft business over 2 decades ago, doing local craft and home shows, using mostly word of mouth advertising. I know, I know, the order of the months is something that we learn early on in elementary school. Many of our customers choose to give personalized gifts at Christmas time. Our stick family samplers are always popular, but even more so this time of year. Each of our samplers are hand stitched and take hours to complete. As a result, there comes a time each year when we are no longer able to promise a Christmas delivery for such orders. PLEASE take a moment to review your Christmas list. If you had plans for a giving a personalized sampler, pillow, or ornament this year, PLEASE contact us very soon!! At this point, our Christmas delivery deadline for personalized items is November 23rd. After that time we will not be able to guarantee completion in time for Christmas. Keep in mind that depending on how the next few weeks go, we have the right to move that date up if we feel we are no longer able to keep up with the demand.

Antique Mason Ball Jar Primitive Centerpieces

The pale blue/green glass of antique mason ball jars are a great starting point for many of our primitive centerpieces. I started collecting blue ball jars several years ago and have found many ways to use them in my home. I have put together some great centerpiece displays to offer in my primitive country online store Hearthside Collection.

There are a variety of centerpiece options for you to choose from. Some come with candles and some come with antique zinc lids. Have you ever heard the expression "that's the best thing since sliced bread"? Well, that was a common phrase I heard growing up. And that's what comes to mind each time I look at one of our new timer candles. They are battery operated and have a timer! They stay on for 6 hours and then shut off for 18 hours. This is perfect for those long fall and winter evenings. Just switch them on when it starts to get dark and then they will stay on for the evening and come back on the next day at the same time. How cool is that?!

Thanks to one of our faithful customers, we now have a new line of custom samplers - our Family Tree Samplers! You might know, our stick family samplers have been one of our trademark specialties. Well, a few months back we were asked to create a family tree sampler using stick people. I loved the idea and got busy drawing sketches and creating this new sampler design.
