Then add 1/2 cup of stock. Let it boil. When the sauce thickens. Add cream cheese. Mix well. Add boiled pasta and let the sauce get well coated now you can add fried onion and veggies. Mix well. Put off the flame.Serve hot a delicious whole meal pasta tomatina.

Chicken clear soup is one of my favorite. This chicken clear soup is very refreshing during the summer as I use lime juice in it.Chicken soup has long been touted as a form of folk medicine to treat symptoms of the common cold and related conditions.<br />
The most widely cited of these studies, published in the medical journal Chest in 2000, is by Dr. Stephen Rennard of the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. He conducted laboratory tests to determine why chicken soup might help colds, beginning with his wife’s homemade recipe, handed down by her Lithuanian grandmother. Using blood samples from volunteers, he showed that the soup inhibited the movement of neutrophils, the most common type of white blood cell that defends against infection. Dr. Rennard theorizes that by inhibiting the migration of these infection-fighting cells in the body, chicken soup essentially helps reduce upper respiratory cold symptoms.<br />
Another study by Mount Sinai researchers in Miami also suggests that chicken soup has more than just a placebo effect. They looked at how chicken soup affected air flow and mucus in the noses of 15 volunteers who drank cold water, hot water or chicken soup. In general, the hot fluids helped increase the movement of nasal mucus, but chicken soup did a better job than the hot water, according to the 1978 report, also published in Chest. Chicken soup also improves the function of protective cilia, the tiny hairlike projections in the nose that prevent contagions from entering the body, according to a 1998 Coping With Allergies and Asthma report.<br />
None of the research is conclusive, and it’s not known whether the changes measured in the laboratory really have a meaningful effect on people with cold symptoms. However, at the very least, chicken soup with vegetables contains lots of healthy nutrients, increases hydration and tastes good, too.<br />

Take boneless chicken, ginger, 4 garlic cloves, onion and 5 cups of water in pressure cooker with little salt and pepper and cook for 4 to 5 whistle or until the chicken is well boiled.

Heat butter in a pan and add finely chopped the rest garlic cloves. Fry till brown then add the chicken stock simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Add coconut milk, lime juice and freshly ground pepper. Mix well. Put off the flame and serve with garlic cheese bread or any bread of your choice. Enjoy a delicious healthy meal in minutes.

Mix 1/2 tsp cornstarch with egg, little salt and pepper whisk well. Marinate the chicken cube with the mixture. Heat oil. Now fry the chicken cubes and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil add garlic paste. Stir and then add tomato paste, onion and bell pepper. Stir well. Then add fried chicken . Mix well. Add 1 tsp cornstarch, soy sauce with 1 cup stock. Mix well. Let it come to boil then as the sauce thickens adjust seasoning put off the flame. Add chilly flakes and and lime juice. Mix well. Spread garlic chicken with bell pepper in a bed of vegetable fried noodles and enjoy and delicious dinner.

When coupled with other phytonutrients in green peas—including phenolic acids like ferulic and caffeic acid, and flavanols like catechin and epicatechin—the combined impact on our health may be far-reaching. For example, some researchers have now speculated that the association between green pea and legume intake and lowered risk of type 2 diabetes may be connected not only with the relatively low glycemic index of green peas (about 45-50) and their strong fiber and protein content, but also with this unusual combination of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory phytonutrients.Even though green peas are an extremely low-fat food (with approximately one-third gram of total fat per cup) the type of fat and fat-soluble nutrients they contain is impressive. Recent research has shown that green peas are a reliable source of omega-3 fats in the form of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). In one cup of green peas, you can expect to find about 30 milligrams of ALA. About 130 milligrams of the essential omega-6 fatty acid, linoleic acid, can also be found in a cup of green peas. In a large mixing bowl, add flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt.Whisk it together so that it blends well.Then add oil, vanilla extract, vinegar, buttermilk. Whisk again until blended.Add chocolate chips and stir it using a whisk.Add coffee and stir it again to combine.Slowly pour the cupcake mix in each cupcake holder half way through using a ladle or your measuring cup.Bake for 25-35 mins until the toothpick inserted comes out clean. All my friends who read my blog know that I am an avid pasta lover. Today I will share with you all a very delicious creamy pasta with roasted pumpkin topping. This dish is a blend of creamy sweetness. It may seem a little heavy as cheese and cream and milk all are added but I also use pumpkin which is an extremely nutrient dense food, meaning it is chock-full of vitamins and minerals but low on calories.<br />
Pumpkin is one of the best-known sources of beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant known to give orange vegetables and fruits their vibrant color and which is converted to vitamin A in the body. Consuming foods rich in beta-carotene may reduce the risk of developing certain types of cancer, offer protection against asthma and heart disease, and delay aging and body degeneration.Eating pumpkin is good for the heart! The fiber, potassium and vitamin C content in pumpkin all support heart health. Consuming adequate potassium is almost as important as decreasing sodium intake for treatment of hypertension (high-blood pressure). Other foods that are high in potassium include cantaloupe, pineapple, tomatoes, oranges, spinach and bananas.<br />
Increased potassium intakes are also associated with a reduced risk of stroke, protection against loss of muscle mass, preservation of bone mineral density and reduction in the formation of kidney stones.<br />
For women of child-bearing age, consuming more iron from plant sources such as spinach, beans, pumpkin, tomatoes, and beets appear to promote fertility, according Harvard Medical School's Harvard Health Publications. Boil water in a steamer and steam the pumpkin cubes till little tender. Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic. Place steamed pumpkin cubes ( with it I added few cubes of green bell pepper and red onion to add more color n crunch . You may or may not use it ) in an even layer across the bottom of the skillet and allow to pan-fry until lightly browned on the underside.Sprinkle salt and freshly crushed pepper. Put off the flame. Meanwhile cook the pasta.</li>

Heat 1/2 tsp butter on another pan. Add chopped garlic. Then add flour. Fry a bit util you get a mild frying flavor then add milk. Let it come to boil. Then add cheese, salt pepper and mixed Italian herb if using.Let the cheese melt and as the gravy thickens add cooked pasta and cream. Mix well. Put off the flame.Spread the creamy pasta top it with roasted pumpkin. Sprinkle grated cheese and lemon juice ( a dash of lemon juice act as a palate cleanser in this dish) skip if you want to. Marinate the fish steaks with pasta sauce, olive oil, salt, crushed pepper. Now take a foil a little big than the fish steaks.
