In an undercover visit to South Africa last week, Tony Hawk was seen riding the Vert at the Wave House at Gateway. Hitting some big airs, 540’s and a few 720’s we paused him in mid air over our sticker and found ourselves wondering once again, “Where have all the ‘Local’ vert skaters gone?” Fortunately we do know a few from around the country. If you spot one send us a pic.. We are keen to track the whereabouts and sessions of any vert riders out there. Spread the word and we will be stoked to put some of your best pics up on our site.
