Problem in 3D games (incoplete graphics)

Hello, In forward, sorry for bad english language.
My problem is that the graphics in games are displayed incorrectly, here is screen:

That graphic miss don't relates only to Skyrim but also for Morrowind, Titan Quest, Lord of The Rings Battle for Middle Earth, GTA SA.

And here is some specifications on my dell inspiron 1545 notebook:

Whats the matter?

New to Nvidia drivers. Is the fps limiting in the drivers now?

I heard a little while ago that Nvidia were going to put frame limiting into the drivers. Are we still waiting for that or is it already in there somewhere? I can't seem to find it! :)

Is their a way to do this in game via a .cfg or console command? I would like to max out the game with every option and run the game at say 30fps.

gtx 680 issue

I just got my PoV Gtx 680 EXO edition today but after installing it im getting aweful performance in all my games (worse than my gtx 460).
It seems that the coreclock remains on 324 no matter if i go into a game or not.

Anyone have a idea what this could be?

No display - Asus Sabertooth z77 & 3770K CPU

I have just built two almost equal builds. First build is working fine.

I the following parts:

Asus Sabertooth z77
Intel 3770K CPU
Corsair 16gb 2133mhz memory sticks

The first computer went up straight away not issues. The second computer wont display anything. Have tried with onboard gfx and ATI 7970 gfx card. Also tested with an old 5970 gfx card still no image.

Other then the gfx card, there is also a diffrent PSU. The first computer got a 1000W, and the seconds has a 750W PSU.

So what can it be? Shouldent 750W be enough to drive the equipment?
Or mabye the MOBO is DOA?

Hope someone has any suggestion?

Can GPU Transcoding be used with RAGE on SLI setups?

RAGE with one GTX 680 card can be set to use GPU Transcoding and it works great, making the texture virtually unnoticeable.

However, RAGE's game profile in the driver has SLI disabled, which is fine as the game still manages 60 fps anyway on one card. The only snag is that, for some reason, GPU Transcoding is greyed out and can no longer be selected despite the fact it is running effectively on one GTX 680.

I've no idea why it was done that way but it's annoying as without GPU Transcoding the texture pop is much more noticeable. The benchmark returns 94 on my system (with GPU Transcoding disabled) vs. 352+ with GPU Transcoding enabled (when I had a single GTX 580).

Is there any way to enable or force GPU Transcoding for SLI setups?
