In our ongoing effort to improve the Xerox printers on campus, IT&S will be reconfiguring the printer fleet on campus over the next 2 weeks.  Software and network changes will be made.  These changes have proved successful in testing to reduce swipe and reboot incidents.   The downtime per machine will be approximately 1.5 hours.  The schedule by building is posted below for your convenience.

As part of on going network improvements, IT&S will be making changes to the underlying network structure the week of 12/17.  We have rescheduled the changes to 6-9 PM Monday – Thursday.  During this time wired network access might be unavailable, this does not affect phone, cable TV or wireless service.  Please restart your computer before next use.  Please ask your department heads about which day changes will be made in your building.
