 I've also started experimenting with weaving.

These are all made from banana.

This one is made from Lomandra hystrax. I picked the leaves, stripped them and immediately started weaving....... no drying or soaking.

 There's so much to document, the bits of tinkerings are piling up and I've been neglecting taking photos and documenting them. This is a small start.

The Entropy Collection and other works have been sold. I'm feeling a little sad to let them go.

I installed the exhibition yesterday with the help of my dear friend Julia. We worked all day hammering in about 600 entomological pins. It looks great with wonderful shadows. I'll post photos of the installation soon.

She's healthy and happy and I love her so much.

I raked a big pile of leaves together yesterday and she loves dozing on top of the pile, as do I. Very comfortable.

Her head is as big as my torso. Two and half years ago I could carry her in my arms.

 I've been busy with life here in Northern NSW, the real world can be so all consuming. Moving to the country has been better than I thought possible. Friends in Sydney thought I would get bored here...... Ha! No chance. I've made many, many friends and been involved in lots of activities in the local community. The studio has worked out well and has turned into a little creative hub where people meet, connect and chat. Some work gets done too!

I recently learnt that the Tweed Shire has the highest concentration of "creatives" in Australia. Woohoo!! 

The flurry of activity means the "gooseflesh" blog has been neglected and I need to do some work here. Thanks to everyone who keeps visiting and leaving comments...... it means so much to me.
