Ausiello: So big that I hear Cuddy will be sharing her bed with two different people by the end of the hour.

Question: I feel an urge to poison my liver with a bottle of 150-buck Russian vodka after the rumor I just heard regarding episode 14 of House. Cuddy and Lucas are going to have sex? Seriously? What does your mole say about it? Can I head to the liquor store? Should I buy some Valium just in case? —Andie
Ausiello: I hope you’re sitting down Andie because I have some earth-shattering news for you. Cuddy and Lucas have already had sex. Lots of it. That’s what boys and girls do when they’re in a romantic relationship. Now, as far as the Feb. 8 episode goes, all I’ll say is that Cuddy does, in fact, have a sexual encounter.

Question: I need some House scoop! —Raymond
Ausiello: House is going to pull some strings to get someone a job at Princeton Plainsboro in early ‘10. And someone else (a current employee) is not going to be happy about it.

Question: Any new bits on Chloe’s love interest on Smallville? —Rich
Ausiello: Three bits. The character’s name is Steven Swift, his alias is Warrior Angel, and he’s being played by Carlo Marks. Does that actor sound familiar? He should. He also played Chloe’s “what if” fiancé in the season 7 episode “Apocalypse.” I’m thinking this Marks dude is either really good friends with the Smallville casting director, or the show’s writers are screwing with us.

Question: There’s buzz that the whole Criminal Minds team will attend a funeral in an upcoming episode. What do you know? —Rita
Ausiello: I’m just spitballing here, but I bet it has something to do with the two deaths in next Wednesday’s 100th episode.

Question: How do I be a member? —Jacob
Ausiello: I just checked my records and you already are. Speaking of which, it’s annual dues time! If you haven’t paid, please do so before the end of the month to avoid that pesky late charge.

Question: I know you only answer questions you find funny, but I’m going to ask one anyway: Got anything you can share about Criminal Minds? —Stephanie
Ausiello: ROFLOLZOMG! You are too funny, Steph. Well done. Now about your request, next week’s gruesome eppy also boasts a finger-cutting and a head-bashing! Just in time for Thanksgiving!

Question: I loved last week’s episode of Ugly Betty. Justin’s storyline was heartbreaking and triumphant at the same time. When will he finally come out? —HH
Ausiello: I’m guessing by the end of the season, but Betty boss Silvio Horta would only say that Justin will continue “struggling with his identity and his journey is going to be funny, heartbreaking, moving and powerful.”

Question: I heard that Ugly Betty is on the verge of being canceled. Can you give me any inside information on that? —Michelle
Ausiello: I really don’t think Betty is in any immediate danger of getting pulled off the schedule. I mean, the ratings are bad but they’re not Dollhouse bad. Do I think ABC will renew it for a fifth season? Conventional wisdom says it’s probably a long-shot. For his part, Silvio Horta is preparing for either scenario. “Obviously, we all want the show to continue, but I don’t want to get caught off guard and have them tell me it’s the last season and have to wrap everything up in one episode,” he says. “So I have two season-ending arcs planned — one where it’s the last season and one where we continue for another one.”

Question: I need some Supernatural scoop. —D. Stephens
Ausiello: The show’s 100th episode (slated to air in March or April) will be a big one for Jensen Ackles. To find out why, pick up the new issue of Entertainment Weekly, on sale Friday.

Question: What’s the big family secret that gets revealed about Addison’s mother (JoBeth Williams) on Private Practice? —Jonathan
Ausiello: Hmm… How can I put this in a way that is both tasteful and gets my point across, yet doesn’t completely ruin the twist… Oh, I got it: She recently hung a Sue Sylvester poster on her wall!

Question: I have been waiting for more than two seasons for that amazing Addison-Sam kiss on Private Practice! Kate Walsh and Taye Diggs are too hot for words! Please tell me that there is more on the romance horizon for the pair! —Amy
Ausiello: Actually, Saddison will get back-burnered in the next batch of episodes as Addison deals with drama both family-related (see above) and ex-related (crossover event).

Question: Any chance for The Good Wife scoop. There are like no spoilers available when it comes to this new show. Care to change that? —Lisa
Ausiello: As you saw in the teaser for next week’s episode, Alicia comes face-to-face with her hubby’s mistress, Amber, for the first time. Alicia refuses to engage the crazy beyotch, so the confrontation is a little one-sided. In other Good news, producers are casting what appears to be a potential love interest for Kalinda. His name’s Ryan, he’s a hot-headed police investigator, and he ends up owing her a, ahem, favor. She’ll have time to, ahem, collect on said favor since it looks like the role will be recurring. If you haven’t figured it out yet, I’m intimating that they’re going to eventually engage in, ahem, sexual intercourse.

Question: Will the NCIS team be a part of solving Abby’s abduction next week, or just the NCIS: LA team? —Mary
Ausiello: This case is one the LA team will have to solve all by themselves. Speaking of which, I’ll be posting an exclusive clip from this special crossover eppy next Monday.

Question: Got any Glee scoop? —Amanda
Ausiello: I do after running into Lea Michele at Monday’s New Moon premiere in Hollywood. Rachel’s portrayer told us that many of the baby-centric plots that have been building up will start to unravel as we head toward the mid-season finale on Dec. 9. Mr. Schuester’s pregnancy-faking wife will be found out, and Finn will discover he’s not the father of Quinn’s baby. And what up in Rachel-land? Look for a little tension between the spotlight-hugger and Mercedes. “They have been setting up a competitive thing between those two, and we deal with it,” said Michele. “Rachel can’t always get the best part.”

Question: I know it’s not happening in the immediate future, but is there any chance for Puck-Rachel at all on Glee? Give us some hope! –Alex
Ausiello: Sorry, my little Puckleberry, but it doesn’t look good. Puck himself, Mark Salling, told us at the New Moon premiere that “there’s no indication that Puck will give it another try with Rachel. Puck is pretty interested in taking responsibility for his child with Quinn.” Lea Michelle is clearly hoping the two make another go of it. “I pushed and fought for a Puck-Rachel storyline because I love Mark so much and I wanted to work with him more,” she revealed. “And I thought Rachel should get some action. She has needs. She can’t be waiting all season for Finn. I thought it could be really different and not a pairing that people would expect. It was great how many people turned out to like them hooking up. I don’t know of it coming up in the near future, but fingers crossed.”

Question: Got any scoop on the Madonna-themed episode of Glee? —Jacob
Ausiello: Look for Rachel to sing five tunes by her Madgesty. And could a flesh-and-blood cameo be in the works? Maybe, since ”nothing has been filmed yet,” Michele said. “I am keeping my fingers crossed.” Um, exactly how many fingers does this girl have?

Question: Is there any chance that the Numb3rs wedding you hinted at in the last AA is between Diane Farr’s character, Megan, and Larry? —Sydney
Ausiello: Probably not since, as I understand it, there are no plans for Diane Farr to return.

Question: How I Met Your Mother is currently filming its 100th episode so I’m guessing you have some new news for us. Right? —Jack
Ausiello: Right! Exec producer Carter Bays says the climactic musical number will feature “a big chorus, a kick line, the whole thing. It’s a big celebratory episode.” Everyone in the cast gets a chance to sing, and that includes reluctant crooner Alyson Hannigan. “She didn’t want to sing,” says Carter of Hannigan, who expressed similar reservations prior to shooting Buffy’s musical episode. “But we gave her a little something. She’s got a nice, lilting little voice.” Musical extravaganza aside, Carter says, at its core, the 100th installment is “just a great episode of Mother. That’s what I’m proud of more than anything else. It’s another good episode like the 99 before it.”

Question: Will Barney and Robin get back together on How I Met Your Mother? Their break-up felt rushed when you consider Barney pined after her for an entire season. —Robin
Ausiello: My crystal ball makes no mention of reconciliation in the near or distant future.

Question: Who’s this Don dude on How I Met Your Mother? Is he going to be a serious love interest for Robin? —Necle
Ausiello: This “Don dude” has a name: Benjamin Koldyke. And yes, it sounds like he’ll be around for a bit. “We’re hoping so,” says Carter Bays. “I don’t want to oversell anything. Yes, it’s very soon after her and Barney [split up], but it’s been a while since there’s been a real, serious… We’ve had characters that Ted has dated many times, but we haven’t brought in somebody for Robin. We’re seeing where it goes. We’re taking it gingerly.”

Question: Thanks for the Leverage scoops last week. But don’t stop there, keep ‘em coming! —Audrey
Ausiello: Secrets from Nate’s childhood will be uncovered during a con that unfolds entirely in a local pub. BTW, Leverage is tentatively scheduled to return on Jan. 13.

Question: Got any Big Love scoop? —Mari
Ausiello: It’s going to take a big man to replace Roman Grant as the show’s main villain, so guess what exec producers Mark V. Olsen and Will Scheffer did? They replaced him with three (actually, two men and a lady). According to Scheffer, Matt Ross’ Alby, Zeljko Ivanek’s JJ, and the new lobbyist character played by Oscar-winner Sissy Spacek will share the bad guy spotlight in season 4. Regarding JJ, Scheffer says there’s much we don’t know about Nikki’s creepy ex. “He has secrets and a dangerous past that comes to bear in his actions this season.” Adds Olsen: “What you learned last year about him is just the tip of the iceberg.”

Question: Man, you were right: J.D. has turned into a real jerk on Friday Night Lights. What happened to him? —Joe
Ausiello: We’ll find out later in the season, says exec producer Jason Katims. “You’ll come to see that there are a lot of things underneath his bravado,” he says. “It sort of stems back to what we saw last season with the relationship between his parents and the abuse from his father.”

Question: I miss Olivia’s sister and niece on Fringe. Will they be back this year? They showed Olivia’s softer side, something this season is lacking. —Sebastian
Ausiello: The niece is back in this week’s fantastic Observer-themed eppy (the first three minutes of which you can watch here), but Olivia’s sis is MIA. Ari Graynor’s busy movie career keeps getting in the way of a return engagement, but producers aren’t giving up. If the scheduling can be worked out, we will probably see Rachel by season’s end.

America's Next Top Model: Where would we be without Miss J's ridiculous puffy sleeves at the ANTM judging table? Well, according to the New York Daily News, we are about to find out. Word is, Tyra's longtime frenemy Kimora Lee Simmons is set to return to the series to claim a judging spot next season. So is Vogue editor at large André Leon Talley. According to the report, Miss J will stay on as a runway coach.

Wipeout: Sad news. According to TheWrap, a contestant died last week after suffering a stroke while performing a stunt on ABC's Wipeout. He was only 33.

Scrubs: Tomorrow is Zach Braff's last day on set, from what we hear. New Scrubs cast photos are here.

Eastwick: The show's boss, Maggie Friedman, is "furious, too," and none too thrilled that ABC pulled the plug so abruptly, leaving no time for closure, according to an EW interview.

Morales in Denver: I'm confused after seeing last night's Glee. What was it that was upsetting to the disabled community? I thought the episode was amazing and empowering in every way.

To the show's credit, I'm told that the actress with Down syndrome who plays the new cheerleader Becky (Lauren Potter) will definitely be back in the Dec. 2 episode. And I'm sure we'll see Sue's sister again at some point. (How touching was that scene, by the way?)

Question: Is Izzie really pregnant on Grey’s Anatomy? —Elle
Ausiello: I’ll say this: ABC’s promo gurus are very sneaky! While we’re on the subject of Katherine Heigl, sources confirm to me exclusively that she’s taking another leave of absence from Grey’s — but this time her reasons are personal not professional. Heigl will be going on a belated maternity leave to spend some QT with new daughter Naleigh. As a result, Izzie will be MIA for another string of episodes (most likely in early 2010.)

Question: Please tell me something will happen soon on Grey’s Anatomy that will make me stop hating the Chief! —Ann
Ausiello: Would the sight of him falling off the wagon do the trick? ‘Cause that’s what happens at the end of this week’s episode.

Question: I need a Puck-centric Glee scoop! —Tammy
Ausiello: Next week, he spills his guts to someone that he’s the father of Quinn’s baby. And she doesn’t respond the way he expected.

Question: It’s been a while since you’ve given us any Private Practice scoop! Is it just me or are Sam and Addison developing some romantic chemistry? Is there any possibility the writers might go there? —Jackie
Ausiello: If they were to go there, I have a feeling it would be during the final minutes of this week’s episode.

Question: This week’s episode of Lie to Me was awesome! Any word as to whether FOX is going to order a full season? —Rachel
Ausiello: Still no word on a back-nine pick-up, but I have a hunch we’ll be hearing some news on that front soon. Meanwhile, next week’s episode finds Lightman and Foster trying to track down the biological parents of a teenager who realizes he was abducted as a baby. But it’s Lightman’s parenting that comes into question when he has to bend the truth to his own daughter.

Question: Do you realize that you haven’t mentioned The Big Bang Theory in Ask Ausiello since August? Is it because of residual anger over Jim Parsons getting flipping robbed at the Emmys? Any scoop on our scientists? —Bethany
Ausiello: If I had an assistant I would totally make him/her/it fact-check the hell out of that August accusation. That can’t be right. Anyway, the hitcom’s Dec. 7 episode will be chock full of what Kaley Cuoco affectionately refers to as “Shenny moments.” In the episode, Penny asks Sheldon to teach her “a little physics” in order to get closer to Leonard. And believe it or not, he agrees! Sheldon deems it “Project Gorilla,” as he figures if someone could teach sign language to Koko the gorilla, then surely he could teach rudimentary physics to Penny.

Question: I know you don’t usually write about Leverage, but maybe you could give me some scoop on the second half of season 2 for my birthday. —Bree
Ausiello: Didn’t you use that birthday line on me two weeks ago? Eh, whatever. Look for Nate to be thrown together with his ex-wife Maggie on a case in an episode that also marks the return of his nemesis Sterling. Also, Luke Perry will play an unscrupulous psychic in a guest turn my mole describes as “chilling.” Lastly, Eliot will finally put a baseball bat to its proper use.

Question: The last episode of House was painful to watch for us ‘Huddy’ fans. Please tell me Cuddy will drop the stupid PI and give House a chance? —Heather
Ausiello: Looks like we’re stuck with Lucas at least through early February. If it makes you feel any better, rumors that House’s mental institution lay, Lydia, will be paying a visit to Princeton-Plainsboro are apparently not true. An insider says there are no immediate plans for Franka Potente to return.

Question: What do you know about Numb3rs’ likely series finale? —Alana
Ausiello: I know that the episode will feature a wedding, but not the one Charlie and Amita are currently planning.

Question: Please tell me you have some Chuck scoop. —Jake
Ausiello: I have some Chuck scoop. In episode 10, Casey does something bad. REALLY bad. Could-cost-him-his-job bad. And it’s connected to this.

Question: Is it too soon for Big Love scoop? — Caroline
Ausiello: Too soon? ROFLOLRULOCO? It’s never too soon for scoop on TV’s second best drama (after Mad Men, natch). About midway through the show’s fourth season (debuting Jan. 10), the taboo-shattering drama will finally go there with Ben and Margene. “We have flirted for three years with [that] relationship,” says series co-creator Mark V. Olsen. “And this year we finally decided to pay it off.”

Question: Is there anything you can give us to hold us over until Scrubs’ Dec. 1 premiere? —Jillian
Ausiello: I can give you the 411 on the first two episodes, both of which I have seen and (for the most part) enjoyed. The med-school revamp was a bit jarring, I’ll admit, but it helped having so many familiar faces on hand (including J.D, Turk, Elliot, Kelso, Janitor and The Todd). Among the new faces, the breakout character is, without question, Dave Franco’s entitled douchebag, Cole. But as for whether Kerry Bishe’s Lucy has a strong enough voice, as it were, to inherit the narrator baton from Zach Braff’s J.D… well, the jury’s still out. And now for the spoilers: The first two episodes contain news of a death, Dr. Cox takes a page from Dr. House’s playbook and refers to his students as numbers (although he adds his own special twist), and J.D. and Turk’s hit single “Guy Love” makes a comeback.

Question: According to IMDB, Alexis Bledel will appear in an episode of Lost this season. Is that true? –Anita
Ausiello: No it sure ain’t!

Question: A rumor started recently that Rudy Reyes from Generation Kill (with Alex Skarsgard!) was cast as Alcide on True Blood! Please tell me this is true! —Becks
Ausiello: No it sure ain’t!

Question: What’s the latest word on Ugly Betty moving to Wednesdays? —Alec
Ausiello: All signs point to… it not happening. ABC insiders tell me Betty is staying put on Fridays for now. The most likely candidate to inherit Eastwick’s Wednesdays at 10 p.m. timeslot early next year is Lost. Speaking of Betty, is it just me or is the show kind of on fire right now? Every episode this season has been a winner. I’m even staying awake during the Daniel scenes!

Question: Ugly Betty seems to be fighting hard to win back viewers and fans this season. These episodes are way stronger than anything in season three. Got scoop? —J
Ausiello: Is there an echo in here? I better check the acoustics. In the meantime, look for Matt Newton (Becki Newton’s real-life bro) to debut in the upcoming Bahamas episode as Mark’s new boyfriend. But that’s old news. Here’s some new news: His stint has been expanded. He’ll now appear in roughly four episodes. Additionally, Nadia Dajani (Emily’s Reasons Why Not) has been cast as Mode’s new creative director for a couple episodes. Cal Hartley imports her from the movie business to try to makeover the magazine.

Question: Any details on what brings Zatanna back to Smallville? —Jeffrey
Ausiello: I hear she’s going to stir up some love-triangle drama between Lois and Clark. The episode’s called “Warrior” and, as I scooped in the latest episode of Ausiello TV, it’s the one set at San Diego Comic-Con Metropolis Wonder-Con. In other Smallville news, Tom Welling’s practically naked — and he’s making out with Lois!

Question: Any hints about the new love interest for Chloe on Smallville? —Sandra
Ausiello: She meets him at San Diego Comic-Con Metropolis Wonder-Con.

Question: What’s this about Connie Britton being involved in a scandalous storyline on Friday Night Lights? Details, please! At the very least an asterisk quiz! —Karl
Ausiello: I hear it involves a student and a possible *******n.

Question: I would very much appreciate a scoop on NCIS. Preferably relationship-wise, but anything will do. —Alyssa
Ausiello: I can probably spin this as a relationship-based scoop. McGee’s love affair/obsession with jet-pack technology will resurface in an upcoming episode when he tackles a murder case involving, you guessed it, jet-pack technology! Chris Bruno (a.k.a. The Dead Zone’s Sheriff Bannerman) guest stars.

MICKEY: "We have another flashback episode scheduled," says executive producer Kevin Williamson. "We're going to learn more about the night [Stefan and Damon] died." ADAM: Big? Try explosive! In the Dec. 3 episode, Dell's house will go up in meth cooking-related flames with his girlfriend and daughter inside. Sadly, one of the two will be making a visit to the burn ward.

Any hints about songs coming up on Glee? — Mason
MICKEY: My personal favorite is a rather soulful rendition of a scream-tastic Billy Idol hit. (Yes, I said soulful.) But you'll also hear songs by the Rolling Stones and Van Halen, according to Mark Salling, who plays Puck. Plus, one source tells me that after the Madonna-centric episode in early 2010, the show will do the same with the music of Michael Jackson. Hee-hee!

What's this I hear about Katee Sackhoff in a bubble bath on Big Bang Theory? — Aaron
ADAM: Cool your frakkin' jets, Aaron. Sackhoff appears in a fantasy sequence as Wolowitz's conscience to help him through a rough patch with his new ladyfriend Bernadette. Starbuck must give him the right advice because by Episode 10, the two will be ready to get BIZ-AY — if only Wolowitz's mom would stop yelling from the next room.

I'm dying for information about the Bolens' secret on Desperate Housewives. I have no idea. — Rachel T. Rex
MICKEY: First off, you'll soon discover that the Bolens have been on the run for a long time. Second, I think they're having a lot of fun right now making poor Nick (Jeffrey Nordling) seem as creepy as possible, but in the end, I think it's just misdirection: The Bolens' secret is about what Angie did, and she'll pay the price.

ADAM: Ever topical, Monday's episode sees the team investigating a deadly stampede outside a department store on Black Friday. Foster and Lightman, meanwhile, try to reunite a 16-year-old boy with his biological parents. Before the hour is up, somebody will come thisclose to being fired, and they won't even know it. And it all comes down to money. Like we said: topical!

Do we know for sure that Eastwick is canceled? — Karen
MICKEY: Well, no, but this can't be a good sign: Roxie's long-presumed dead husband, Danny, who everybody thinks she killed, will return to Eastwick on an upcoming episode, five years after his "death." Sounds to me like someone is tying up loose ends.

What's going to happen on Dexter now that Dexter has killed an innocent man? — Justin
ADAM: Confession is good for the soul, Justin. That's the lesson Dexter learns when he takes a road trip to Tampa with Trinity. The bigger surprise, however, is the confession that Trinity makes.

Will we see more of Mitch and Cam's parenting on Modern Family? — Janie
MICKEY: In an upcoming episode, Mitch and Cam will attempt to "Ferberize" Lily, which has nothing to do with this guy (thank God, shudder) but rather this guy. We'll also meet Jay's buddies in an upcoming episode that explores the oft-misunderstood concept of gaydar.

Is there a new season of The Closer starting soon? — Teri
ADAM: The winter season of The Closer kicks off Dec.7 with Brenda & Co. investigating the death of a 12-year-old boy whose father and brother are both gang members. Plus, Fritz has a big surprise for Brenda, and Provenza will have more than a little trouble in romantic paradise.

Adam's Mega Rave: Mad Men's third-season finale was an achievement on all levels. It wrapped up nearly all the dangling plot threads while remaining true to its characters. Its caperlike tone proved that the show still has new tricks in its arsenal. And most importantly, the episode left us wanting to see the beginning of Season 4 the moment it ended. It's going to be a long, cold winter.

Glee episode irks advocates for disabled

The glee club members twirl their wheelchairs to the tune of "Proud Mary" and in joyful solidarity with Artie, the fellow performer who must use his chair even when the music stops.

The scene in Wednesday's episode of the hit Fox series "Glee," which regularly celebrates diversity and the underdog, is yet another uplifting moment -- except to those in the entertainment industry with disabilities and their advocates.

For them, the casting of a nondisabled actor to play the paraplegic high school student is another blown chance to hire a performer who truly fits the role.

"I think there's a fear of litigation, that a person with disabilities might slow a production down, fear that viewers might be uncomfortable," said Robert David Hall, longtime cast member of CBS' "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation."

All of that is nonsense, said Hall: "I've made my living as an actor for 30 years and I walk on two artificial legs."

Hall, 61, chair of a multi-union committee for performers with disabilities, is part of a small band of such steadily working actors on TV that includes Daryl "Chill" Mitchell, star of Fox's "Brothers"; teenager RJ Mitte of AMC's "Breaking Bad"; and ABC's "Private Practice" newcomer Michael Patrick Thornton.

Veteran actress Geri Jewell, who has cerebral palsy, appeared on HBO's now-departed "Deadwood."

Mitchell, 44, whose credits included "Veronica's Closet" and the film "Galaxy Quest" before he was injured in a motorcycle accident and "Ed" after he began using a wheelchair, is also a producer on the Sunday sitcom that's in need of higher ratings if it is to survive.

For Mitchell, "Brothers" represents more than just another show: He calls it "a movement" that deserves support from the wider disabled community as well as the industry.

"This is what my life is. This is what I want the world to see," he said. "I want to hold the networks accountable. If I can come out and do what I'm doing, they can come to the table."

It's not just TV that falls short of what Mitchell and others seek, including auditioning those with disabilities for roles that echo their situation and for roles in which it is irrelevant. (Then it's up to them to prove they deserve the job, Hall said.)

In the theater world, advocacy groups for the disabled recently objected to the casting of Abigail Breslin ("Little Miss Sunshine") as young Helen Keller in a Broadway revival of "The Miracle Worker," and a hearing actor's selection for a deaf role in the off-Broadway "The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter."

In films, Daniel Day-Lewis received an Academy Award for his portrayal of a man with severe cerebral palsy in "My Left Foot" and Tom Cruise was nominated for an Oscar for playing a paralyzed Vietnam veteran in "Born on the Fourth of July."

Television, however, has a unique place in the country's cultural and social fiber. It deals in volume, is entrenched in most lives as it consumes hours of leisure time and has the daily power to reinforce attitudes or reshape them. Increasingly, it's been expected to reflect America in whole and not just the so-called mainstream.

That was the intent in assembling the cast of "Glee," said executive producer Brad Falchuk, along with getting the best performers possible.

"We brought in anyone: white, black, Asian, in a wheelchair," he said. "It was very hard to find people who could really sing, really act, and have that charisma you need on TV."

He understands the concern and frustration expressed by the disabled community, he said. But Kevin McHale, 21, who plays Artie, excels as an actor and singer and "it's hard to say no to someone that talented," Falchuk said.

"Glee" isn't alone in using an able-bodied actor for a wheelchair role: "Curb Your Enthusiasm" did it twice in a recent episode.

While TV has grown more inclusive of ethnic and gay characters, those with disabilities represent a sizable minority that hasn't fared as well -- whether with genuine or fake portrayals.
