While a test now would not cure them it would be interesting to know we made the right decision not to have more. And maybe assist others to come to a decision of weather to have children at all. Not for genesis reasons but lifestyle choices. While having a family is no guarantee of a lifestyle, having family members with a disability changes options in so many areas of your daily life, right down to your friends and even family and partner options. It can be like moving to a new country, language not being the only barrier to overcome. I have two grown children with different Disabilities.
