Rising indie pro wrestler Jordan Saint dead at 23

Pro wrestler Jordan Saint died over the weekend in a car crash, according to an independent pro wrestling promotion. He was 23.

Saint, whose real name is Jordan Nasir, competed in multiple pro wrestling promotions including Pandemonium Pro Wrestling and Naptown All-Pro Wrestling among others.

"Jordan was a very talented wrestler but those that knew him, know that he was truly an unbelievable human," Pandemonium Pro Wrestling said. "He was the finest example of what truly loving pro wrestling looked like. Nobody I’ve ever come across has loved pro wrestling more than Jordan Saint. He touched so many people with his kindness, his passionate, his personality and his charm. Jordan never folded & never changed for anyone if it meant it sacrificed who he was. He wore his heart on his sleeve at all times and we loved him for it.

"Jordan was a friend to everyone at Pandemonium and after an unbelievable performance in Las Vegas, was someone we planned to be involved with everything we had moving forward.

A gracious Ukrainian President Volodmyr Zelenskyy spoke with President Donald Trump on the eve of the G7 Summit, he announced Sunday on X, congratulating Trump on turning 80 and vowing further peace talks in the coming days.

"I have just had a great conversation with @POTUS," Zelenskyy wrote Sunday on X. "I congratulated President Trump on his birthday, and we have had quite a detailed discussion about many key things – peace, surely, was among them. "I wished President Trump every success, above all in his work to end Russia’s war against Ukraine."

"I also thanked him for all the support America has been providing to Ukraine, and it does matter that we remember with gratitude every step of that support – from Javelins to Patriots," Zelenskyy continued. "We discussed things that could help bring about peace now, and I informed the President about the latest developments on the battlefield and how our position has strengthened."

Trump will participate in a working session Tuesday morning with Zelenskyy at the summit, though not necessarily a formal bilateral meeting, according to a senior administration official.

The outreach also comes as European leaders seek to keep Trump engaged on Ukraine policy and push for renewed diplomatic efforts involving Kyiv, Moscow and Europe. European officials are expected to use the G7 gathering to press Trump on a plan to restart negotiations with Russia while also preparing additional pressure on Moscow.

Trump has hoped to have secured an Iranian peace treaty before the G7 and has long hoped his global peacemaking efforts would ultimately "end the death" in southern and eastern Ukraine, where Russia's Vladimir Putin has sought to stake claim to large swaths of land during the ongoing war.

MS Now's Jonathan Capehart and columnist David Brooks mocked President Donald Trump's plan to host a UFC fight on the White House South Lawn, telling "PBS NewsHour" on Friday that the Sunday event was "degrading" and contrasted with the artists former President John F. Kennedy once brought into the executive mansion.

Asked by PBS co-anchor Geoff Bennett what he made of the White House event, Brooks cited Kennedy's guest list before landing on the comparison to mixed martial arts.

"Well, I first thought of, like, who are the artists John F. Kennedy brought to the White House? It was like W.H. Auden, Robert Frost, Jerome Robbins, Leonard Bernstein. And now we have got cage fighting. Don't anybody say America's in cultural decline," Brooks said.

Capehart said the event carried added meaning because it was not simply a private sports production but one being elevated by the president at the White House.

Bennett framed the discussion around what he called Trump's "alternative cultural establishment" of combat sports, podcasts, influencers and social media personalities, while noting the South Lawn structure known as "The Claw."

"Whenever a president invites someone from the culture into the White House, it's giving the imprimatur of the president," Capehart said. "President Obama brought in Lin-Manuel to do what then became 'Hamilton.'"

Capehart also argued that the setting and visible sponsorship inside the ring changed the nature of the event.

"This is degrading the White House, degrading the people's house, and it's just unconscionable that this has happened."

UFC Freedom 250 is scheduled for Sunday night, with a custom-built Octagon, large video screens and "The Claw" on the South Lawn. The event is expected to draw more than 4,000 invited guests.

A federal judge declined Friday to block the event after a legal challenge. The White House defended it in response to the lawsuit, calling it "no different than the various other White House-hosted events on the South Lawn and properly permitted events on the Ellipse and National Mall throughout the year."

Fox News Digital reached out to the White House for comment, but did not immediately hear back.

DeSantis similarly welcomed Freddy to Florida after the soccer fan posted footage from the Gulf Coast. The governor playfully corrected Freddy's description of the water as "the sea" before encouraging him to enjoy what he called some of the best beaches in the world.

FBI says Russian hackers hijacked old Wi-Fi routers

Your Wi-Fi router may be the least glamorous gadget in your home. It sits on a shelf, blinks in the corner and only gets attention when Netflix freezes. However, that little box controls a lot more than you may think.

The FBI and Justice Department say a Russian military intelligence hacking group abused vulnerable small office and home office routers to help run an espionage operation. The group is known as APT28, Fancy Bear and Forest Blizzard. It has been linked to Russia's GRU military intelligence agency.

The hackers changed router settings so internet requests could flow through servers they controlled. That gave them a way to watch for valuable targets, redirect traffic and steal sensitive login information. The Justice Department and FBI say they disrupted the U.S. portion of the network in April. That is good news. Still, law enforcement cannot walk into your house, update your router or change the password printed on an old sticker. That part is on you.

FBI WARNS OF HACKERS EXPLOITING OUTDATED ROUTERS. CHECK YOURS NOW

This attack focused on SOHO routers. That stands for small office and home office routers. In other words, these are the kinds of devices used by small businesses, remote workers and some homes. The Justice Department says the hackers used weaknesses in older routers to change DNS settings.

DNS is like the address book for the internet. When you type a website name, DNS helps your device find the right online destination. If hackers control that address book, they can send certain requests through their own servers. That can let them spot valuable targets and try to steal passwords, authentication tokens, emails or browsing data.

That to me is scary because the victim may not see anything obvious. Your laptop may still connect. Your phone may still browse. Your router may still look normal. Meanwhile, the traffic can be quietly routed through a bad path.

Routers age like any other device. The problem is that many people keep them for years after the manufacturer stops supporting them. That can leave known security holes sitting open.

Many people also never change the router's admin username and password. That admin login is different from your Wi-Fi password. It controls the router itself. If that login still uses a default password, a hacker has a much easier path inside.

Think of it this way. You may have strong passwords on your bank account, email and phone. But if your router is outdated and poorly protected, your network still has a soft spot.

DON'T USE YOUR HOME WI-FI BEFORE FIXING CERTAIN SECURITY RISKS

The FBI specifically referred to the TP-Link WR841N in its warning. The UK National Cyber Security Centre also listed other TP-Link models targeted by APT28. The agency says the list may not be complete.

Here are the routers named in the advisory:

If you see your model on this list, take it seriously. Many of these routers are older. Some may no longer get normal security support. We reached out to TP-Link for comments, but did not hear back before our deadline.

A spokesperson from TP-Link Systems Inc. told CyberGuy the company is aware of recent public reporting involving legacy consumer routers, including TP-Link models listed in those reports. The company said the referenced legacy router models reached End of Service and Life status several years ago.

"While these products are outside our standard maintenance lifecycle, TP-Link has developed security updates for select legacy models where technically feasible," the spokesperson said.

The spokesperson also urged customers using legacy or end-of-service devices to upgrade to currently supported hardware that receives regular security updates.

"As immediate precautions, users should update to the latest available firmware, disable remote management, and restrict device access to trusted internal networks only," the spokesperson said.

TP-Link added that the security of its customers is its highest priority and said detailed mitigation guidance, along with a list of identified affected legacy products, is available on its official security advisory page.

Most people do not think about their router until the Wi-Fi drops. But your router sits between your devices and the internet. That gives it a powerful position in your home or small business. If a hacker changes the router's settings, every connected device can feel the impact. That includes your laptop, smartphone, tablet, smart TV and work computer.

This is especially important if you work from home. A weak router can create a risk for your personal accounts and your workplace accounts. The good news is that you do not need to be a cybersecurity expert to lower the risk. You just need to stop treating your router like a forgotten appliance.

The good news is that a few simple router checks can reduce your risk and help keep hackers from quietly changing how your internet traffic moves.

Look at the label on your router. You can usually find the model number on the bottom or back of the device. If it matches one of the listed models, check the manufacturer's support page for firmware updates. If the device is no longer supported, replace it. Do not keep an end-of-life router because it "still works." A router can still provide Wi-Fi while leaving your network exposed.

Firmware is the software that runs your router. Updates often fix security problems. Open your router's app or log in to its admin page. Look for a firmware update section. Turn on automatic updates if your router offers that option. If it does not, set a reminder to check for updates regularly.

Your router has an admin login. This is separate from your Wi-Fi network password. Change the default admin username and password. Use a long, unique password that you do not use anywhere else. Most people do not need to manage a home router from outside the house. Remote management can give attackers another way to reach your router. Log in to your router settings and turn it off unless you truly need it. The wording may vary by brand. Look for "remote management," "remote access" or "WAN access."

A reboot will not fix every router problem. However, security agencies often recommend restarting routers as part of basic home network hygiene. Unplug your router, wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in. This can help clear some temporary malicious activity. Still, it does not replace updates, stronger passwords or replacing an outdated device.

Do not click through browser warnings that say a site certificate is invalid or unsafe. Those warnings can appear when something is interfering with a secure connection. In this kind of attack, that warning could be a major red flag. Close the page instead. Then check the site by typing the address yourself on a trusted network.

If you handle work files or sensitive accounts from home, use your company-approved VPN. A VPN can help protect traffic when you connect to workplace systems. If your router no longer receives security updates, replace it. That may feel annoying. I get it. Nobody gets excited about buying a router the way they might get excited about a new phone. But your router protects everything connected to it. Spending money on a supported device can be cheaper than cleaning up stolen passwords later.

This router warning should make every home and small business owner pause for a minute. The scariest part is how ordinary the target is. We are talking about routers that may be sitting in homes, home offices and small businesses right now. The FBI and its partners disrupted part of the Russian operation. However, that does not magically secure old routers still sitting on shelves. So check your model. Update the firmware. Change the admin password. Turn off remote management. Replace the router if it no longer gets updates. Your router may be boring. But if it gets hijacked, it can become one of the most important security problems in your home.

Gabbard says declassified biolab records validate concerns previously dismissed as misinformation

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released a trove of declassified records detailing U.S. funding of more than 120 biological laboratories across more than 30 countries, arguing the documents validate concerns that were previously dismissed as misinformation.

The release comes years after Gabbard drew criticism for raising concerns about U.S.-funded biolabs in Ukraine following Russia's 2022 invasion. Critics accused her of echoing Russian narratives, while supporters argued legitimate questions about the labs' activities and oversight were being unfairly dismissed.

The newly released records include ODNI briefing slides detailing the scope of U.S. involvement in Ukraine's laboratory network.

One document states that more than 40 laboratories in Ukraine received U.S. funding and housed collections of dangerous bacteria and viruses, some dating back to the Soviet era. The records also show Ukrainian scientists received U.S.-funded training to work with hazardous pathogens and participated in a program focused on handling especially dangerous diseases.

The documents list pathogens studied or stored within the laboratory network, including anthrax, tuberculosis, plague, Ebola virus, Marburg virus, MERS and SARS.

Additional records detail U.S.-funded construction and upgrades at laboratories across Ukraine, including facilities in Kherson, Odesa and western Ukraine. The documents identify engineering firm Black & Veatch as a major contractor and show U.S. taxpayers spent between roughly $1.7 million and $3.5 million on individual laboratory projects.

LAWMAKERS DEMAND ANSWERS AFTER SUSPECTED BIOLAB DISCOVERED IN CHINESE NATIONAL'S LAS VEGAS HOME

One declassified assessment focuses on a veterinary research laboratory in Kharkiv that received Pentagon funding through the Defense Department's Biological Threat Reduction Program.

According to the assessment, the facility housed hundreds of samples of dangerous pathogens, including Brucella bacteria, which can cause a disease known as brucellosis. The document warned the lab could become a target of Russian propaganda efforts or be damaged, captured or otherwise compromised during the war.

Another ODNI slide outlines what it describes as a "web of connections" linking Ukrainian laboratories with U.S. government agencies, universities, research organizations and private contractors. The document says U.S. funding supported research on bird flu and other highly infectious viruses in high-security laboratories.

Gabbard said the documents demonstrate that the public was not given a full picture of U.S.-backed biological research programs overseas. Critics, however, maintain the facilities were part of long-running public health and threat-reduction efforts designed to secure dangerous pathogens and prevent biological proliferation rather than operate as biological weapons programs.

The declassification is likely to reignite debate over government transparency, gain-of-function research and the scope of U.S.-funded biological research overseas.

Tyra Banks sues Netflix, claims documentary edited interview to imply 'America's Next Top Model' cover-up

Nearly four months after Netflix released an explosive documentary chronicling the legacy and controversies of "America's Next Top Model," the show's creator, Tyra Banks, is suing the streaming giant for false light, defamation by implication, breach of contract and false endorsement.

According to the lawsuit filed on June 13 and obtained by Fox News Digital, Banks — who participated in the docuseries "Reality Check: Inside America's Next Top Model" — accused Netflix and the docs producers of deliberately editing her 3.5-hour interview down to 16 minutes to create the false impression that she knowingly concealed what a former contestant has since characterized as a sexual assault that occurred during the filming of "ANTM."

"Tyra Banks participated in the Netflix documentary series 'America's Next Top Model' because she believed viewers deserved a candid conversation about the show's legacy—its successes and its shortcomings," the lawsuit states. "There are aspects of the show for which Ms. Banks takes accountability and she wanted 'ANTM' viewers to hear that from her directly."

"Going into her interview, Ms. Banks did not limit the 'ANTM' topics the interviewer could ask," the lawsuit continues. "During a three-and-a-half-hour interview, Ms. Banks answered questions about the show's groundbreaking history, including criticism of decisions she would approach differently today."

"Worse, the false narrative the producers constructed—through selective editing, deliberate omission, and surgical manipulation of continuous footage—included that Ms. Banks knowingly allowed a contestant to be sexually assaulted on her show, exploited that contestant’s trauma for ratings, and then could not even remember it when asked," the suit stated. "That narrative about Ms. Banks is a complete fabrication—one that Netflix streamed to a global audience of millions."

The suit highlights one "egregious example of the producers’ manipulation to create a false narrative," involving former contestant Shandi Sullivan.

"On the Netflix Series, Ms. Sullivan is shown describing the event as an assault—something Ms. Banks had never heard before and was not told during her interview. Having withheld that information, Ms. Loushy asks Ms. Banks: ‘You remember the story with Shandi?’ The episode shows Ms. Banks glance upward, say ‘um,’ and then the screen cuts to black. The implication is devastating and deliberate: that Tyra Banks cannot even remember the story of the woman who was assaulted on her show."

Bank’s lawyers claim the "implication is false."

"Ms. Banks remembers Ms. Sullivan well. She stood out as a remarkable young woman and talented aspiring model. Ms. Banks also remembers the encounter in Milan as a matter of regret over infidelity. As far as she knew at the time, that was how everyone involved understood it—not as a sexual assault. Before it aired, no one involved in making or clearing the episode—not the producers, the network executives that oversaw the show, or the network’s standards-and-practices reviewers—told her that anyone regarded it as a sexual assault."

"Second, Ms. Banks goes on to say: 'I do remember her story.' That response was cut off from the end."

Banks' attorneys claim that producers "deprived viewers of truth by withholding from Ms. Banks the information about what others had said in their Netflix interviews and not providing her with an opportunity to respond."

"There are numerous other examples," the lawsuit states.

Representatives for Netflix did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Banks, who is requesting a jury trial, is asking for an "appropriate" amount of punitive damages.

Most people moved out of the way as if he had some sort of invisible force field around him, but he did have a few Knicks fans take him up on the offer. Surprisingly, he fared pretty well against the crowd.

He trades punches, keeps moving forward and nobody seems to have enough to slow him down. There are several altercations that take place before he receives a police escort outside.

Once outside, the Spurs fan went a couple more rounds with willing Knicks fans. His head was on a swivel, and he was pulling off one of those completely fake-looking movie fight scenes where the good guy takes out several bad guys at the same time. It's unbelievable to watch.

The force field was still in effect for those who wanted nothing to do with fighting him. A police officer outside eventually steps in and the Spurs fan disappears into the night with some celebrating Knicks fans following and taunting him.

After battling through injury during Saturday's third round at the RBC Canadian Open, Brooks Koepka opted not to give it a go in the final round, ultimately withdrawing from the PGA Tour event on Sunday morning.

The Tour announced that the five-time major champion had withdrawn due to a hand injury shortly before his final-round tee time. Koepka was six under and seven shots off the lead heading into the final round at TPC Toronto before calling it quits.

While speaking with the media on Saturday afternoon following his third-round 72, Koepka shared details of the injury that was causing him discomfort.

"I don't know what it is. I'm struggling to grip the club with my ring finger and pinkie finger, so can't grip it," Koepka explained. "So the club is kind of just, my fingers would come loose, it was kind of numb. I don't know what the deal was, but hopefully we'll figure it out."

Koepka also said that he had never dealt with this type of injury before it flared up in Canada.

Orthodox Jew asks Supreme Court to hear case after city allegedly targeted his home prayer group

An Orthodox Jewish homeowner in Ohio is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to revive his lawsuit after he says city officials targeted him for trying to host a prayer gathering in his home.

Daniel Grand said he invited about a dozen friends to join him for prayer at his home in University Heights in January 2021. After a neighbor learned of the planned gathering and complained to city officials, Grand received a cease-and-desist letter, and then-Mayor Michael Dylan Brennan told him he would need a special-use permit to comply with local zoning rules governing religious assemblies.

Grand initially applied for the permit in an effort to comply before he fully understood what the city was requiring. He later learned that the permit was designed for his property to operate as a house of worship and carried requirements including three acres of land, parking accommodations and other conditions. According to Grand, obtaining the permit would have converted his home into a nonresidential property, meaning he could no longer live there.

He told Fox News Digital that city officials never explained those requirements.

"Basically, the city knew what they were doing," Grand said. "They tricked me. I felt like they lied to me, actually. And I simply tried to comply. So the next day, trying to be a good Samaritan, if you will, I went ahead, and I followed their advice that they gave me in that cease and desist letter, thinking I would just be able to have this permit. And it opened up into a very large scale negative event."

After realizing what the permit would require, Grand withdrew his application. He alleges Brennan encouraged neighbors to report activity at his home and that police conducted frequent drive-bys. Grand also alleges city services stopped collecting his trash for several weeks and that officials threatened him with "bogus" property violations in an effort to build a case against him.

Grand argues the city discriminated against him based on religion, saying officials would not have objected to a secular social gathering at his home.

"It's just absurd," Grand said. "I live here. It's my house. It's still my house… whether they're reading Oprah Book Club of the month or a Bible, the Oprah Book Club is fine, but the Bible is a problem, according to that mayor of University Heights," he said.

FEDERAL JUDGE ORDERS OAKLAND SCHOOLS TO ALLOW AFTER-SCHOOL CHRISTIAN CLUBS EQUAL ACCESS

Grand filed a federal lawsuit in 2022. However, a federal district court and a subsequent appeals court dismissed key portions of the case as unripe, ruling that he had not completed the city's permitting process or obtained a final zoning decision before suing.

Grand's attorneys, including lawyers with Alliance Defending Freedom, argue he should not have needed a permit to host a small prayer gathering in his home.

The city, now under the leadership of Mayor Michele Weiss, argued that Grand abandoned the local permit process before officials could issue a final decision and that he was later informed he could host the prayer gathering without a permit.

"Mr. Grand presented to the City Planning Commission during the previous administration," the city said in a statement to Fox News Digital. "After a public hearing and comment, the Commission tabled the matter for further proceedings. During this time, Mr. Grand withdrew his application. Soon thereafter, he then filed a lawsuit."

"Subsequently, the City sent Mr. Grand legal correspondence which stated that he was able to pray with a small group (a minyan) in his home WITHOUT going through the Planning Commission process," the statement continued.

Mayor Weiss's office also told Fox News Digital that she is Orthodox Jewish, as are many others in University Heights, and that there currently are houses of worship in homes in the city.

Grand’s legal counsel pushed back on the city's defense, in comments to Fox News Digital, calling the city's current stance a "significant about-face" that only occurred after litigation was filed.

"We appreciate Mayor Weiss and the current administration’s sensitivity to the Orthodox Jewish community, and we recognize that this matter arose under the prior administration," Grand's legal counsel said. "But this case is about the harms already done and there is plenty of evidence to suggest what happened was wrong and unconstitutional."

"The issue was not merely a misunderstanding," the attorney continued. "The complaint details a broader course of conduct, including due-process defects in the Planning Commission proceedings, alleged ex parte communications, refusal to allow requested submissions, ongoing harassment and discriminatory enforcement, bogus violations, withholding of a certificate of occupancy, failure to grant a tax abatement like everyone else, attempted criminal prosecution, interference with City services, police surveillance-related conduct, and pressure on the surrounding community to monitor and report on Mr. Grand’s home."

Grand has now petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court, which is expected to decide by the end of June whether to hear the case. His legal team is asking the court to clarify whether local governments can issue credible threats that chill religious exercise, force homeowners to a public land-use approval process for private prayer and avoid judicial review by later changing their positions.

"The Supreme Court hearing this case would be able to open up the federal judiciary to people like me who have been harmed constitutionally by local governments through the use of permit schemes and variances and all sorts of property zoning-related ideas that have been weaponized against people who want to pray," Grand told Fox News Digital.

Jonathan Gross, one of Grand's co-counsels, added that the case presents a vital opportunity to close a legal loophole.

"We expect that the Supreme Court, hopefully, will do the right thing and will resolve this in the right way that doesn't allow local governments to use a legal loophole to just run roughshod over people's constitutional rights," he told Fox News Digital.

Several faith groups, including Jewish, Christian and Muslim organizations, have filed amicus briefs in support of Grand's petition.

Human remains discovered in a remote section of a Washington state national park more than two decades ago have finally been identified, bringing long-awaited answers about the person's identity.

National Park Service (NPS) officials announced that the remains found in Olympic National Park belong to Joseph Louis Serrao Jr., a Hawaii native whose family last had contact with him in 1998.

"This case remained unresolved for nearly 30 years, but investigators never lost sight of the goal of identifying this individual and finding answers for his family," Debra Flowers, deputy chief of the National Park Service Investigative Services Branch, said in a statement.

Investigators also recovered several personal belongings from the campsite, including binoculars, a backpack, a shoulder bag, a folding saw, a blanket and winter clothing, according to reports.

A medical examiner determined the remains likely belonged to a man between the ages of 30 and 50, but authorities were unable to determine his identity.

Evidence collected from the scene was processed by the Washington State Patrol Crime Laboratory, but investigators were unable to obtain usable fingerprints, according to the park service.

Despite years of investigative work, the case remained unsolved.

The breakthrough came decades later when investigators used advanced DNA testing to search for possible relatives.

That effort eventually led authorities to Serrao's family, who confirmed they had not heard from him since 1998.

Investigators later matched DNA samples from family members to the remains, according to NPS.

Family members told investigators that Serrao was originally from Hawaii and had been living in Washington before he disappeared.

Newly released government UFO files describe a baffling 2023 incident in which witnesses reported that a larger "mother orb" in the sky appeared to release smaller objects, a phenomenon Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb says remains unexplained despite an official review of the event.

Loeb said the unsealed documents included a letter from the director of the Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) that described a two-day period in October 2023 when law enforcement officials observed orbs in the sky behaving in ways that investigators could not fully explain.

Loeb framed the situation as both a national security concern and, if human-made explanations are ruled out, a possible scientific breakthrough.

"Now, there are two possibilities. If you are down to earth, and you say, 'I'm a realist...' you must admit that there are objects that are potentially produced by adversarial nations that we are not aware of," Loeb said during "Fox & Friends Weekend."

"And they are near sensitive sites, strategic assets. So that's a major national security concern," he added.

Loeb called for more research and funding dedicated to studying these occurrences and whether they could be tied to foreign espionage.

"Are there drones with very special technologies that we're not aware of?" he asked, describing the lack of intelligence on the subject as a "hole in our defense system."

If investigations fail to turn up an earthly explanation, however, other possibilities may need to be considered, Loeb said.

"But, of course, the icing on the cake is, after looking into that, if we end up concluding it's not human-made — from some extraterrestrial origin — that will be the biggest discovery ever made by humanity."

Former NFL pass rusher Aldon Smith spent time on what would be the final day of his life donating food to a charity that feeds the homeless.

The San Francisco 49ers announced on Saturday that Smith, who played in 50 games during his six-year career, died at the age of 36. Just hours before he was found unresponsive, Smith unexpectedly dropped off 10 pizzas to CHAM Deliverance Ministry, a San Jose, Calif., charity that feeds the homeless.

Amir Shirazi, a friend of Smith's who picked up on Saturday to make the surprise delivery, spoke to the San Francisco Chronicle about the charitable donation before sharing the details of finding him unresponsive in his car.

"He was a very sweet, caring, loving giant," Shirazi said. "That if you really knew him, you’d know who he truly is."

After dropping off the pizzas, Shirazi drove them to a grocery store and then back to his home. He explained to the outlet that he quickly ran inside to turn on some lights, and when he returned to the car, Smith was slumped over in his seat.

"I came out and he was basically dead in my front seat," Shirazi said. "I’m just in shock."

While Smith has a history of substance abuse, Shirazi said that he had not seen the former NFL player use drugs on Saturday and had only seen him smoke marijuana occasionally over the years. He said he believed that Smith's death was a "natural death."

"My impression was that this is a young man that wanted to help the homeless, which was great," Scott Wagers, the co-founder of CHAM Deliverance Ministry, told the outlet. "When the 49ers and people like that want to help the community, that’s everything."

Smith was drafted seventh overall in the 2011 NFL Draft out of Missouri, and made an immediate impact as a rookie, picking up 14.0 sacks and forcing two fumbles in 16 games. The next year he set a 49ers' franchise record with 19.5 sacks and was named a First-Team All-Pro while leading the team to Super Bowl XLVII.

Smith reached 30 career sacks in just 27 games, making him the fastest player in NFL history to do so, breaking a record previously held by Hall of Famer Reggie White.

In 2013, Smith voluntarily entered rehab and missed five games. In 2014, he served a nine-game suspension for violations of the NFL's substance abuse and personal conduct policies.

In 2015, the 49ers released Smith in August following his third DUI arrest before he was signed weeks later by the Oakland Raiders.

Smith remained indefinitely suspended from the NFL for four full seasons while dealing with legal and personal troubles. He made a return in 2020 and played a full season with the Dallas Cowboys, starting in all 16 games.

John Stamos wanted advice from the King of Cool — and got an answer he never forgot.

The "Full House" alum got his big break on television as Blackie Parrish on "General Hospital" from 1982 to 1984. But by the end of his run, Stamos was determined to leave the soap opera world behind and prove he was capable of much more.

"When I was leaving ‘General Hospital,’ Gloria Monty, who was the producer, she didn’t want me to go, and I wanted to be funny," the actor recalled in an archival clip from Joseph Sibilia’s "Friars Club Podcast," which was recently re-broadcast on "Nostalgia Tonight with Joe Sibilia."

"I wanted to be on a sitcom, like a Garry Marshall show," said Stamos, now 62. "And she took me out to [famed restaurant] Le Dome here in Hollywood to try to convince me to stay on the show."

"She was like, ‘Well, why do you want to leave my show, dear?’" Stamos recalled. "And I said, ‘Well, Gloria, I want to be funny.’ She’s like, ‘You want to be funny.’"

During their conversation, Monty spotted Dean Martin eating alone. She brought Stamos over and introduced him to Martin.

"He was pretty old by this time, and he was sitting by himself," said Stamos. "That was a trick of his. He would have a table set for two, but nobody was coming [for] the other [seat]. He just liked to be alone."

Stamos ended up moving on to the CBS sitcom "Dreams" in 1984. Then, from 1986 to 1987, he starred in the NBC sitcom "You Again?" before landing on "Full House" later that year. He played Jesse Katsopolis in the series until 1995 and then reprised the role on "Fuller House" from 2016 to 2020.

Back in 2019, Martin's daughter, Deana Martin, told Fox News Digital that in his later years, her father preferred enjoying his own company while out in Hollywood.

"He would go out to dinner every night, and he had two restaurants," Deana recalled at the time. "He would go to La Familia every night, but on Sunday nights he would go to The Hamburger Hamlet. But wherever he went, everybody wanted to talk to him."

"My husband and I would call him and say, 'Dad, do you want us to come have dinner with you tonight?'" she said. "And he'd say, 'Well, sure, just no chit-chat.' He'd say, 'I don't mind the chit, it's the chat.' He just wanted it to be quiet, but he was perfectly happy being alone at a restaurant, sitting at his table."

Martin died on Christmas Day 1995. He was 78.

We're going to get Screencaps started on this fine Sunday morning with Italian soccer reporter Giusy Meloni. She is not in America covering the World Cup, but that doesn’t mean she's not providing coverage for an important event. She is.

I’ve said this many times before, and I’ll say it again, I’m not a fan of the on-field action in the sport of soccer. I’m not going to fake it every four years for the World Cup either. I’m not interested at all.

The scandals off the field, the viral moments in the stands with fans (both real and fake) and the elite talent covering the sport are a different story. That’s entertainment and that’s some of the best around.

The New York Knicks and Timothee Chalamet are NBA champions. They ended their franchise's 53-year championship drought on Saturday night in San Antonio with a 94-90 Game 5 win.

Real Knicks fans like Chalamet made the trip to Texas to watch the Spurs blow another game and watch Jalen Brunson drop 45 points to make sure there wasn’t a Game 6 in person.

There was no Taylor Swift in a corny T-shirt sighting. Just Wemby and company losing yet another game that they had jumped out to a lead in. They've perfected that as a team.

These are great, as they always are. It's a much bigger pain in the ass uploading images since OutKick was integrated into FOX News, but these were well worth the trouble. There's meat, a ton of meat, and some of the best scenery around. Montana Tim, you nailed it once again.

California gardens are a different beast than most anywhere else. Not much rain, but plenty of sunshine, and rarely a frost advisory to fear.

So we can start planting whenever, harvest throughout the year, tear out and start over at will.

When we bought this place 17 years ago, the back yard was plain dirt. We rototilled and laid down a sprinkler system, and grew a gorgeous lawn. Then the drought hit, water was rationed (and very expensive), and we turned the irrigation off and it went back to plain dirt.

Over the last year, my wife has been building the back yard into a garden - and we were able to host the graduation party of our youngest there this week.

It's not where we want it to be just yet, but it's getting closer.

Also: good lighting is cheaper than good landscaping - hiding the blemishes.

It looks great, Jim. I had a similar situation in my backyard with the grass and a lack of rain nearly wiping it all out. We tried sod, which eventually failed, and now I'm doing my best to get the Bermuda grass from the front to migrate to the back. It's a process, a slow one, but it has been making some progress. We added some seed to the mix this year, and again, slow, but progress is being made.

From Wasserman Schultz to Goldman, Democratic incumbents are fighting for survival

As Democrats seek to reclaim power in November's midterm elections, some of the party's long-standing progressives are in danger of losing their seats.

The warning signs are flashing red in hotly contested primaries across the country, from a longtime ally of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., who is facing a challenger four decades younger, to a senior New York lawmaker seeking to fend off a Mamdani-backed opponent.

Not every race has a clear ideological divide, but every challenger is running on an anti-establishment message. Some are also advocating for generational change.

NY DEM WOULDN’T BACK MAMDANI FOR MAYOR — NOW MAMDANI IS BACKING HIS CHALLENGER

Though sitting lawmakers are historically difficult to defeat, a wave of anti-incumbent fever appears to be taking hold among voters. Four incumbents — including Reps. Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas, and Thomas Massie, R-Ky. — have already lost their re-election bids to primary challengers this cycle.

The following are the progressive lawmakers who could be next.

Rep. Dan Goldman, D-N.Y., 50, a prominent Trump foe who served as Democrats' lead counsel during President Donald Trump's first impeachment trial, is running as an endangered incumbent in a Democratic-heavy district spanning Lower Manhattan and deep-blue pockets of Brooklyn.

Former New York City Comptroller Brad Lander, 56, who has the backing of Mamdani and leading progressives in Congress, is mounting an insurgent campaign from Goldman’s left. Leading progressive Sens. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., and the left-wing Working Families Party are also supporting his candidacy.

Goldman's endorsements from House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., and Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-N.Y., may not be enough to secure a third House term. Recent polling of the race shows Lander carving out a significant lead despite Goldman, who is one of the wealthiest members of Congress, outspending the progressive challenger.

Though Goldman has faced attacks from the left, he is a member of the Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC). He has also supported a bevy of far-left proposals, including the abolition of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Green New Deal legislation and Medicare-for-all. If Democrats retake power in November, he’s vowing to help lead a third impeachment of Trump.

But Israel has become a key fault line in the contest. Lander has sharply criticized the incumbent's ties to the pro-Israel lobby AIPAC and his votes to supply Israel with military aid.

Lander has also labeled Israel's war in Gaza a "genocide" — a term Goldman has distanced himself from. Both men are Jewish.

Mamdani is also seeking to flex his political muscle in another hotly contested New York City primary that could end the career of a senior progressive lawmaker.

Rep. Adriano Espaillat, D-N.Y., the chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, is facing a serious challenge from upstart candidate Darializa Avila Chevalier, a socialist and activist who joined Columbia University's pro-Palestinian demonstrations.

MAMDANI STANDS BY FELLOW SOCIALIST CANDIDATE DESPITE RESURFACED FAR-LEFT, ANTI-AMERICAN POSTS

Mamdani threw a wrench into Espaillat's re-election bid when he made the surprise decision to endorse Avila Chevalier, 32, just weeks before the primary. The move has led to fierce backlash from some of the party’s establishment, who alleged that Mamdani privately pledged to Espaillat that he would support his bid for a sixth House term, multiple outlets reported.

Espaillat, 71, is seeking to fend off a challenge from his left flank despite membership in the Congressional Progressive Caucus and his support for ICE's dismantlement. He has also touted his background as the first former illegal immigrant elected to Congress.

Avila Chevalier has sparked controversy over since-deleted social media posts in which she voiced support for open borders, abolishing the police and called former President Joe Biden a "rapist," according to CNN.

The deep-blue district covering parts of Upper Manhattan and the West Bronx is a progressive stronghold that swung hard for Mamdani's mayoral campaign last year. Espaillat notably did not endorse Mamdani's campaign until after his primary win over former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-N.Y.

Jeffries, who represents a neighboring Brooklyn district, has vowed to help give Espaillat a sixth House term.

"Adriano Espaillat has been a tremendous leader," Jeffries told CNN on Tuesday. "He's leading in terms of battling Donald Trump."

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., a junior member of House Democratic leadership, is gearing up for a tough re-election fight after Republicans carved up her deep-blue seat during redistricting earlier this year.

The 11-term incumbent sparked controversy after filing to run in a plurality-Black district that has been represented by a Black lawmaker for more than three decades.

She is expected to face four Black opponents ahead of the August primary, including former Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick, D-Fla., who is making a long-shot run for the seat after resigning amid an expulsion threat earlier this year. Cherfilus-McCormick is also facing a pending federal criminal indictment over alleged financial crimes that could result in more than 50 years in prison if convicted.

BIG LOSS FOR DEMOCRAT WHO WANTED ‘ZIONISTS’ IN CAMPS MAY STILL SIGNAL BIG TROUBLE ON HORIZON

Local Black leaders publicly urged Wasserman Schultz to run for a different seat, but she moved forward with seeking the Democratic nomination in Florida’s 20th Congressional District.

While the four Black candidates have reportedly met to discuss unifying behind one individual to take on Wasserman Schultz, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., has thus far declined to bail her out.

The leading Democrat has repeatedly stopped short of offering his endorsement when asked by reporters, despite his long track record of backing incumbents. Jeffries has issued effusive praise for Wasserman Schultz’s record in Congress but signaled his concern that the incumbent’s victory could potentially decrease Black representation in Congress.

"I think we all recognize the sensitivities of the moment in terms of an unprecedented Jim Crow-like assault on Black political representation that has been unleashed by the Supreme Court's outrageous decision to gut the Voting Rights Act," Jeffries said during a news conference earlier in June when asked about Wasserman Schultz’s candidacy. "And it's an environment that all of us need to be sensitive to as we move forward."

HOUSE DEMOCRATS' CAMPAIGN ARM DRAWS PROGRESSIVE FURY FOR TRYING TO 'TIP THE SCALES' IN KEY HOUSE PRIMARY

Rep. Doris Matsui, D-Calif., advanced to November’s general election after surviving California’s top-two primary system last week, but her leftist challenger received a higher share of the vote.

Mai Vang, 41, a progressive Sacramento city councilmember campaigning on generational change, is seeking to unseat Matsui, 81, who is twice her age. As of Thursday, Vang outperformed Matsui by one percentage point in the primary contest.

The Democratic candidates will face off for the Democratic-leaning district in November after shutting out the single Republican in the race.

Matsui has represented the Sacramento-anchored district for more than two decades and has never faced a serious primary challenger prior to Vang. Her husband, Robert Matsui, previously represented the seat for roughly 25 years prior to his death in 2005.

Matsui has long allied herself with Pelosi, who endorsed her reelection campaign for a 12th House term. She has also donated to her campaign.

Vang is endorsed by the progressive, anti-incumbent organization Justice Democrats and Our Revolution, a group formed by Sanders staffers after his failed 2016 presidential campaign.

She faced scrutiny during the primary contest after videos surfaced of her refusing to face the American flag and say the Pledge of Allegiance during city council meetings.

Rep. Al Green, D-Texas, one of Trump's most vocal critics in Congress, lost his bid for a 12th House term in May.

Green, 78, came up short in a Democratic primary runoff election for a Houston-area district against Rep. Christian Menefee, D-Texas, 38. The two incumbents faced off for a Democratic-heavy district after Republicans' redistricting efforts effectively forced both men to compete for the same seat.

Menefee, who was first elected to Congress in February, is seen as a rising star in the Democratic Party and ran on a message of new leadership.

Green faced widespread backlash over disrupting Trump's addresses to Congress two years in a row. After his outburst toward the president during a 2025 speech, Green was formally censured by Congress in a bipartisan vote.

Green has also repeatedly tried to impeach Trump. His most recent impeachment attempts since Trump retook office in 2025 were scuttled in part by Democratic opposition.

Trump mocked Green after his primary loss in a post on Truth Social.

"Congratulations to the Dumocrat Party!" Trump wrote. "Al Green, one of the most mentally deficient Congressmen in the history of our Country, has lost, in a landslide, his seat in Congress — but I will miss that lunatic not screaming and violently waving his cane at me during my next State of the Union Speech."

Cruise tipping charges are 'out of control,' say passengers as companies tout 'exceptional service'

Cruise passengers are getting hit with a familiar vacation surprise: the bill that keeps growing after they book.

Daily gratuities, drink-package service charges, specialty dining fees and other automatic add-ons have become a flashpoint for travelers who say cruise vacations are being advertised one way, yet priced another.

Frustration is said to be mounting as several cruise lines have raised their gratuity or service charges in 2026.

Holland America Line is the latest cruise line to change its gratuity structure.

As of June 1, guests onboard Holland America ships will pay daily "crew appreciation" charges of $18 per day for non-suite stateroom guests and $20 per day for suites.

"Crew Appreciation is a meaningful way for guests to recognize the exceptional service and hard work our crew provides every day," a Holland America spokesperson told Fox News Digital.

The company says the gratuity is automatically added to each guest’s onboard account.

Guests who want to change the daily amount may adjust it at their discretion while onboard, the cruise line notes.

In addition, an 18% service charge is automatically applied to select purchases, including beverage items, bar retail items, specialty restaurant cover charges, for-purchase à la carte menu items, and spa and salon services.

The charges are subject to change without notice, the company says, and guests are told to contact customer service for up-to-date details before sailing.

Regarding the "crew appreciation" fees, the Holland America spokesperson said that "100% goes directly to our shipboard team" and that the charge is "in line with the cruise industry competitive standards."

MSC Cruises also recently updated its daily service charge.

"We can confirm that MSC Cruises updated its daily hotel service charge for new bookings made on or after May 11, 2026," an MSC Cruises spokesperson told Fox News Digital.

CHAIR-HOGGING WARS HEAT UP AS CRUISE TRAVELERS USE SNEAKY TACTICS AMID CRACKDOWNS

The change raises the charge by $1 per person per night for standard staterooms on Caribbean and Alaska sailings, bringing the rate to $17. Guests at the MSC Yacht Club will see a higher increase, with $23 per person per night, the company said.

"This update supports our dedicated crew members who deliver the exceptional onboard experience our guests expect," the spokesperson said.

Carnival Cruise Line also raised its gratuities earlier this spring.

That brought Carnival’s daily gratuities to $17 for standard staterooms and $19 for suites.

A 20% service charge applies, according to the company's website.

"Our shipboard team members work hard to provide exceptional service," a spokesperson said. "We believe our guests will agree this slight increase is well-deserved."

Carnival said guests still have some control over the charge.

While gratuities are automatically added to guests’ shipboard accounts, the amount can be adjusted on board at the guest’s request, the spokesperson said.

Cruise lines have long relied on automatic gratuities. But in recent years, tipping fatigue has crept in across restaurants, coffee shops and other venues, especially those that use self-checkout screens.

On Reddit’s cruise forums earlier this year, travelers complained about extra gratuities.

"I honestly feel the gratuity thing is going out of control," one poster wrote.

Another user responded, "Gratuity everywhere is out of control. At self-checkouts, the machine asks for a tip. For who, exactly? The only correct answer is to tap ‘0%.'"

A third said, "I just wish they'd pay the staff decently and include that in the fare. I hate tipping culture."

The debate spilled onto Facebook as well.

In one Facebook group, a cruiser argued that companies should be more upfront about the full cost of a trip.

"I think they don't include [specific item charges] to keep advertised prices looking lower," the user wrote.

NASHVILLE- Since being crowned winner on "American Idol" in 2006, Taylor Hicks has cemented his status as a beloved entertainer. From sold-out shows and a successful Las Vegas residency to television hosting and Broadway appearances, the Birmingham, Alabama-native has remained steadfastly grounded. He credits his humbleness to two things: his blue-collar roots and faith.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, the 49-year-old — who was dubbed the "Soul Patrol" leader during his run on the singing competition show 20 years ago — spoke about how his hometown has helped him navigate Hollywood's ups and downs and shared what makes him happiest these days.

"[Birmingham] is a blue-collar town. You know, I think it would be kind of like growing up in Pittsburgh or something," said Hicks. "So, you know, Boston, which I love to go there and perform because I got a pretty big constituency in blue-collar towns. I think it's a testament to the people that live there, the hard work, my family ... I had a really, really good, hardworking base of Birmingham folks that I love, and I still get to see."

"My faith [makes me the happiest]," he said. "I'm really happy that you know I can be in the business that I will always love to be in. Over the years, the arc of my career, I am going on 20-something years in show business plus, and I am very, very fortunate to be able to be in the business I love, and I don't go to work every day. I love what I do and am just very blessed."

Before his "Idol" run, Hicks — who released his latest single "The Mirror" last month — often performed at local bars and clubs throughout the Southeast. When he auditioned for the show at 29 years old, however, the musician had no idea what was in store for him.

"It's been a whirlwind since my win in show business," he recently told People. "I mean, I'm coming up on almost 23 or 24 years in show business, and I wouldn't trade it for the world."

"I mean, ['American Idol'] was the greatest platform," he continued. "The dream that I had when I was a little boy, in making it and being an entertainer, was realized on 'American Idol' and [with] that win," he says. "And I'm very nostalgic about going back on the show and seeing everybody."

"I went from playing to 50 people in my little bar called the Oasis in Birmingham to touring Southeast Asia in seven months," he added. "So that's the kind of impact that 'Idol' made for me at that time."

Looking back on his season, Hicks admits he had it easier than the contestants today.

"Luckily for me, 'American Idol' was the only game in town," Hicks told Fox News Digital. "I think the last talent show that was on television was 'Star Search.' And once 'Idol' became so successful, I think 'America's Got Talent,' 'So You Think You Can Dance.' There's all these entities that kind of popped up that you really have to compete for now. So I think it is tougher for contestants on shows like that, because they're kind of spreading the love."

Regardless, Hicks could not be more grateful for where his time on the show led him.

"The first thing that I would tell myself right when I won 'American Idol' is enjoy the wave as much as you can because in this business, sooner or later, it's going to crash, and you've got to catch another one."

Knicks star Jalen Brunson's sister dunks on critics as New York wins NBA championship

It’s safe to say that Jalen Brunson’s sister kept the receipts.

Erica Brunson sounded off against the critics of her brother after he led the New York Knicks with a 45-point performance in Game 5 to help the team secure their first NBA championship since 1973. She first dunked on Las Vegas Aces head coach Becky Hammon, a former Spurs assistant coach, who didn’t believe Brunson was going to be the top guy because of his size.

"Now what?" she wrote on X after Hammon’s comments resurfaced on social media.

She added in a separate post, "Unfortunately I’m petty and idc. WHAT. NOW!!! Where will the goal post move now?"

Jalen Brunson proved all of the naysayers and critics wrong. He led the Knicks to the No. 3 seed in the playoffs after a 53-29 regular season. New York moved through the Atlanta Hawks, Philadelphia 76ers and Cleveland Cavaliers to get a shot at the title against the Spurs.

The basketball world likely thought it was going to be a Victor Wembanyama moment. The 7-foot-6 player is only 22 and a title would have strapped a rocket to his back in terms of stardom. Instead, he was left with his tail between his legs and claimed that the Spurs actually dominated the series despite blowing leads in all four of their losses.

Regardless, Brunson was named NBA Finals MVP and has been dubbed one of the greatest Knicks players of all time.

President Donald Trump said it himself.

Lawsuit alleges soccer coach benched teen who was injured by teammate for alleged racial slur

FIRST ON FOX: A New York family has filed a lawsuit against a Christian school, the Archdiocese of New York and a former soccer coach, alleging that their teenage son was injured after school officials failed to supervise students before a high school athletic event.

The lawsuit also included allegations that the student who was injured was the one who was punished, for allegedly using a racial slur.

The complaint, filed in New York Supreme Court in Dutchess County, was brought by S.O. on behalf of his minor child, L.O., a student and soccer player at Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Poughkeepsie. The suit names the school, the Archdiocese of New York and a former coach as defendants.

According to the complaint, the case stems from a Sept. 19, 2025, alleged. incident involving L.O. and another member of the school’s soccer team. The complaint alleges the teammate grabbed L.O. and slammed him onto a patch of concrete, causing abrasions to his arm, back and hip, and the coach was not present during the incident.

After the incident, the coach allegedly questioned the team but did not speak with L.O. outside the presence of the other player, according to the complaint. The filing says the coach focused on L.O.’s statement that, if he was a "camel," the other player was an "ape," which the coach allegedly interpreted as a racial slur. The coach then allegedly ordered L.O. to turn his jersey inside out and benched him for the rest of warmups and the game.

The complaint alleges that the coach did not assess L.O. for injuries or ask whether he was okay, despite being told that he had been hurt.

The coach was later terminated by the school, according to multiple reports.

The filing says L.O. and his parents did not request Cancro’s termination and alleges that the decision was made solely by the school and/or the Archdiocese.

The lawsuit further alleges that, after Cancro’s termination, L.O. and his parents became the target of hostility from team members, parents and coaches.

The lawsuit asserts one cause of action: negligent supervision. It alleges that the school, Archdiocese and Cancro had a duty to supervise students during the athletic event and breached that duty by failing to ensure an adult was present before and during the altercation.

The family seeks damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, humiliation, property damage and other monetary losses, along with costs and other relief deemed appropriate by the court.

The allegations have not been proven in court.

The attorney representing the plaintiffs, Kimberly Lau of the firm Offit Kurman, has provided a statement to Fox News Digital.

"Context matters. A child was hurt on school grounds during a time when supervision was required. We hope that the school can work with the family to restore a positive school environment for him and ensure all students are protected in the future," Lau said.

Fox News Digital reached out to Our Lady of Lourdes High School and the Archdiocese of New York.

Victor Wembanyama boldly claims Spurs 'dominated' Knicks after losing NBA Finals in five games

Victor Wembanyama may want one of his postgame comments back after his San Antonio Spurs squandered yet another lead in Game 5 of the NBA Finals, as the New York Knicks won their first NBA title since 1973.

During his postgame press conference following the Knicks' 94-90 win in San Antonio on Saturday, Wembanyama was asked what he learned during his team's 4-1 series loss, specifically how difficult it is to win an NBA title.

While Wembanyama's answer started just fine, with him addressing the margin of error being extremely small, he went on to make a claim about the Spurs dominating that he probably could have kept to himself.

"One of the many things I learned was that the margin of error is very, very thin," Wembanyama explained. "Our domination stints are absolute. We absolutely dominated for most of the series, but our errors, our mistakes, are punished so hard that we can't have ups and downs like this so much."

Wembanyama may not be wrong with his claim about the Spurs dominating much of the series, but saying it after your team loses said series 4-1 after losing all three games on its home floor is never going to come across well. It certainly isn't going to lead you to receiving the benefit of the doubt.

The Spurs held at least a 12-point lead in each of the five games of the series, with Game 3 being the lone contest they were able to take against New York.

While the Knicks clinched the series in Game 5, it was Game 4 that the NBA world will remember forever, and the one you can't help but circle as the moment New York grabbed a complete stranglehold of the series.

The Spurs jumped out to a 29-point lead in Game 4 at Madison Square Garden before turning into a shell of themselves, somehow managing to give up the massive lead and hand the Knicks the largest comeback in NBA Finals history.

Following the Game 4 collapse from San Antonio, many guaranteed that the series was already over, and those people were proven right on Saturday night with the Knicks ending a 53-year drought and hoisting the Larry O'Brien Trophy.

Betting Stanley Cup Finals Game 6: Hurricanes look to close out Golden Knights with 3-2 series lead

We had one final completed last night. Will we get another?

The New York Knicks are still celebrating and the East Coast could see another celebration here if they get their team to close out the Stanley Cup Final. The NBA and NHL have both put on great shows and I am not ready for them to be over. Let's see if we can get some cash in the NHL before it closes out.

The Carolina Hurricanes are knocking on the door. They have it cracked open, and maybe even slightly pushed down. The question is if they can push it all the way down. In a zig-zag series, the Hurricanes zagged when it was due to zig, and they won Game 5 at home, giving themselves a 3-2 lead heading into Game 6. No one wants to play a Game 7, but at least they get another shot at this if they are to fail.

The team switched up their goalie, and it seems to have made the difference. Brandon Bussi came in during Game 4 and has allowed five goals over two games. It is a bit sad for Frederik Andersen who led them here, but you're trying to win games, not salvage feelings. In Game 5, the Hurricanes were clearly better and they used a two-goal second period in order to comfortably win the game.

The Vegas Golden Knights have their backs against the wall. This is the first time all playoffs that they've faced elimination as they were able to win their first two series in six games. Then, when they played the Avalanche, they swept Colorado out of the playoffs. It is hard to know how a team will respond to adversity when they haven't faced it in the playoffs, but Vegas is certainly equipped with enough talent to get the job done.

I am most curious about what they do at goalie. Carter Hart hasn't been terrible by any means, but the Hurricanes aren't struggling against him, either. Hart allowed four goals in the last game, and that puts him at four goals or more allowed in all five games. That's not going to get the job done. Personally, I think they need to take a shot at changing just to give Carolina something different to look at or consider.

It isn't easy to go away from your goalie, and often the team that makes the changes is the one that gets rewarded. In this series, the Hurricanes are the ones that made the change and they have been rewarded. Good for them. Vegas might be too late, because I'm not sure they want to change goalies in an elimination game.

Tonight, we go back to the well. We've cashed a ton of tickets on the over in this series and we are going to play it again, but this time we are playing under 6.5. I think this is one that is going to be a bit more conservative from Vegas. Carolina should still be aggressive, but I think Vegas will give more help on defense and try to pick spots on offense. Give me the under 6.5.
