雞蛋仔是一種香港獨有的傳統街頭小食，一底一底的呈金黃色的蜂巢狀，有濃厚蛋糕的香味。雞蛋仔中間是半空的，咬下時會感覺特別，可以說得上是外脆內軟。&lt;br&gt;
