Here are the beginnings of that endeavor. I still have a lot of work to do, a lot of changes to make, a lot of content to write. Please bear with me. I also returned to school today, and will be there for the rest of the week getting ready for students next Tuesday, so this will be a particularly slow process, one that I should have started two months ago, but didn’t, saying that I was too busy then.
