Simple strategy who ever performing they have to stay . the others has to go home . There should be some hard steps need to be taken. The first step is looking for alternative for MS Dhoni . He should not feel like he is one and only best captain we are having . The upcoming players like , Valtati, Rahane, Rayudu, Shoulf get a chance to play . Our reserve bench should have proper experience to play international cricket . they should have the capabilities to handle the pressure . Giving some chances are the one and only way to get that . Adding them in 15 members squad is not sufficient . Treat every game as important and treat every players is important . dont wait for the un important game to give the chances for new players . that is not correct . Do you think i am correct . After spending almost 12 years as civil engineer in industry , finally i decided to start my own business. I had enough experience to stay away from programs like this. Initially this type of programs will give the best result.
