আমি যমুনা সিলিং ফ্যান কিনে খুবই হতাশ এবং বিরক্ত। যমুনা ফ্যানের নাম শুনে সাধারণত সবাই মনে করে যে এটি একটি ভালো ব্র্যান্ড, তবে আমি এই ফ্যান কিনে বুঝতে পারলাম, আসলে এটি কি ধরনের পণ্য! যারা এই ফ্যান কিনতে ভাবছেন, তাদের জন্য সতর্কবার্তা হলো: সাবধান হোন!

প্রথমেই বলি, ফ্যানটি এত স্লো ঘোরে যে, গরমে এটি কোন কাজে আসে না। যদি আপনি গরমের দিনে ঘরটাকে একটু ঠাণ্ডা করতে চান, তাহলে আপনি হতাশ হবেন। আমি একাধিকবার ফ্যানটির স্পিড বাড়ানোর চেষ্টা করেছি, কিন্তু স্পিডের কোনও পরিবর্তন ছিল না। ফ্যানের শীতলতা এতই কম, যে, আপনি যদি একটুখানি স্নিগ্ধতার আশায় বসেন, তবে সেটি যেন একটি প্রহসন।

ফ্যানটির গুণগত মানও খুবই খারাপ। অনেক সময় দেখি যে, ফ্যানটি নিজে থেকেই বন্ধ হয়ে যায়, আর ঘরের মধ্যে গরম হতে থাকে। যখনই আমি একে চালু করার চেষ্টা করি, তখনই আবার একটা অদ্ভুত শব্দ হয়, এবং এটি আবার চলতে থাকে। এমনকি কিছু সময় পরে, ফ্যানটির মোটরও অদ্ভুতভাবে কাজ করা বন্ধ করে দেয়।

এছাড়া, ফ্যানের দামও খুব বেশি। যদি কোনো পণ্য এতটা খারাপ মানের হয়, তবে দাম সঙ্গতভাবে কম হওয়া উচিত, কিন্তু যমুনা ফ্যানের দাম অনেক বেশি এবং সেগুলোর কার্যকারিতা মোটেও এই দামের সঙ্গে মেলে না। এটি আসলে পুরোপুরি একটি প্রভাবশালী কোম্পানি হতে গিয়ে একদম নিম্নমানের পণ্য বিক্রি করছে, এবং আমি মনে করি এটি ভোক্তাদের জন্য খুবই অসন্তোষজনক।
