ZTE has announced their new phone the ZTE Geek.The 5″ android phablet is powered by Intel Clover Trail + Processor.The device runs Android Jelly Bean 4.2 out of the box.The device has a display resolution of 1280×720 and has a 1 GB of RAM.

The ZTE Geek sports 8 GB of Internal Memory and has a Micro SD Card slot which can be used for expansion upto 32GB of memory.Other features include 8 Megapixel Rear Camera along with a 1 Megapixel  front facing camera to go with it.The device has host of connectivity features like WiFi,3G,Bluetooth 2.1,WiFi Direct,DLNA,Wireless Charging support etc.

Windows Phone 8 was released last year with the launch of devices from Nokia Lumia series and from other manufacturers like HTC and Samsung.

Though the initial Windows Phone 8 launch devices were dual cores,according to recent reports by the year end we might very well see Quad Core processors running Windows Phone 8 based devices along with the 1080 P Display support.Currently the maximum resolution supported for Windows Phone is 1280×768.
