It has been a long winter this year, and as Summer 2010 finally looks like it might be within reach, the UK’s t shirt printers are getting ready for a bumper summer season.

The rumour is that it’s going to be the hottest summer on record for years, and consequently orders are already coming in thick and fast to t shirt printers nationwide.

As the economy seems to be picking up too, people are undoubtedly getting out and about more – with membership of pubs, clubs and societies going up again, along with increased demand for personalised club clothing.
And of course the sporting season brightens up now as well. With formula one, golf, cricket, tennis and of course world cup football coming up, fans from almost every sporting arena will be looking for printed t shirts and memorabilia. Those t shirt printers that specialise in this kind of sporting clothing are geared up for their busiest year yet!

The t shirt printers who will do best out of the increase in economic (and indeed meteorological optimism!) are those who have consistently proved themselves to be capable of delivering first class products with first class customer service, companies such as Fanela in Leicestershire.

Fanela have now won numerous t shirt printers awards – awards such as Supplier of The Year, Sales Administrator of The Year, Outstanding Performance of The Year, and even an Investing in Leicestershire Award.

With its top quality garments and state of the art printing and embroidery, this is one company that is certainly set for success in the Summer of 2010.

For further information about Fanela, please Click Here or contact Fanela on 01530 517 777

The Leicestershire-based T shirt printing company Fanela are about to complete one of their biggest orders ever!

14,000 t shirts have been printed, not just once, but twice – on front and back – in a complex multi stage t shirt printing method.

The t shirt printing order, for a national next day delivery courier company, has been competed in a record ten days and is delivered to the client later today!

All 14,000 multi-sized t shirts have been printed with a lithographic transfer. In this process, the image for both the front and back of the t shirt is first printed (with specially created inks) onto transfer paper - essentially creating a traditional fabric transfer.

A strong and long-lasting fabric adhesive is then screen printed on to this transfer image, so that the transfer itself (with adhesive on) can then be heat pressed to the t shirt.

All in all, some four or five t shirt printing processes are used to apply the front and back designs to 14,000 t shirts. That’s an incredible 28,000 impressions in just 10 days!

Artie Pallari, Managing Director of Fanela said:
“We love orders like this as they really require us to work together, across all departments to ensure that the product is delivered perfectly, and on time. And of course we are delighted to be working on such a complex t shirt printing order with a big corporate client too.”

For further information about Fanela and how they can fulfill your t shirt printing requirements, whatever they may be, please Click Here or contact Fanela on +44 (0)1530 517 777.

And with this years FIFA Word Cup looming, orders are set to take off even more.

T shirt printers nationwide are ordering in huge numbers of garment stock in anticipation for the event and the World Cup fever we very much hope comes with it! Fanela’s experience of big sporting events like this is that in the build up to, and of course during the competition, orders skyrocket as clubs, schools, businesses and just about everyone who knows there is a World Cup taking place gets on the football bandwagon!

Of course if England manage to progress to the later stages (and, dare we say it, to the final in Johannesburg on July 11th), then the UKs T shirt printers will be even busier, as sales will of course increase even more. In fact, there is no doubt that Fabio Capello’s tactics and his team could hugely influence T shirt printing business over the Summer months of this year.

With printed and personalised t shirts; flag-inspired corporate, promotional and souvenir wear articles; with your own designs and rear names and numbers; with a special group booking service for multiple sizes; and with world cup hats, bags, umbrellas, and just about everything else in between, you cant fail to support your country in Fanela wear.
Good luck England, and good luck to the UKs T shirt printers too - Here we go!

For further information, Click Here to Contact Fanela or Phone Us on 01530 517 777.

Fanela is one of the most technologically advanced garment and corporate apparel printers in the UK. With superb facilities, an award winning team of 100, and unrivalled capabilities for all aspects of clothing embellishment, the Leicester-based company is setting new standards for embroidered shirt production.

For 10 years now Fanela have been producing quality embroidered shirts, and the company has focused on consistently developing their embroidery services and products to accommodate changing trends and give maximum impact.

From the choice of embroidered shirt – rugby, polo, sweat or T, through to the embroidery design itself, Fanela produces the most stunning items with the highest quality finish.

Fanela also enjoys a reputation for superb customer service – the company understands that their clients’ needs are different and varied. The company’s investment over the years in the latest embroidery machines has enabled them to perfect every type of embroidery, on every item, from the most basic, to more complex, 3D effect & appliqué embroidery, and ‘on pocket’ embroidery too.

With superb colour quality and exceptional finish, with excellent customer service and unbeatable lead times, Fanela undoubtedly has the answer.

"We require 8000 t-shirts to 500 addresses in 5 days", was the request we got last week! A major mobile telecommunications company wanted to send 8000 t-shirts with split deliveries to 500 branches nationwide, so each retail outlet would receive a small quantity of t-shirts for staff to wear for a forthcoming launch.

For Fanela this was not only 8000 t/shirts, but also collectively 24,000 individual t-shirt prints, as the long sleeve tshirt had 3 different positional prints, including front, back and sleeve.

Stock was in place on Monday 5th Oct, artwork received on the same morning and the t/shirts printed, packed and finished for UPS collection today 9th Oct, all ready for the staff to wear their new long sleeve t-shirts on Monday 12th Oct.

Another impossible deadline for most printers, but not Fanela ;-)

If you have a tight deadline, Contact Us Now

We have kept a very close eye on this form of printing since it was introduced to us over 4 years ago. Whilst we are of the opinion that this will never take the place of screen printing we strongly believe that there is a place for it in the market. Our investment has been made in the Brother 540 which after extensive test on all machines gave the strongest print quality. At present the Brother only prints on white garments, however the launch date of the colour shirt printer is eminent in the Europe.
