Making your own coffee grounds can be an enjoyable and rewarding experience for a number of reasons including the fact that you are using your own resources and effort to make something that you really enjoy, you are saving a little money, and you’re creating the opportunity to make great tasting coffee. There are a few important tips for preparing your own coffee grounds that will help to keep your ground making experience joyful and rewarding.

One of the most important tips is to always keep enough coffee beans on hand to be able to make the grounds which will be used in making your coffee. If you don’t have any beans, then you can’t make any coffee, which is exactly what you are trying to avoid.

Second, you want to make sure you are storing your coffee beans properly so as to avoid any decrease in quality or freshness of the coffee beans being ground. One great way to keep your coffee beans fresh and stored properly is to use sealed containers like Tupperware, or an even better solution than this would be to use a vacuum sealable container. This would ensure that all of the air is removed from the storage device and no freshness is taken away from your coffee beans. Your coffee is going to taste much better if it is fresh so it is highly recommended that you do not store your beans in a container where air can get in.

Finally, when grinding your coffee beans, always make sure that they are completely ground to the max. This will guarantee that you will get the most grounds and the most flavor during the coffee making process. This the flavor depends so much on the quality of the grounds, it is important to make sure that you have done the best possible job of grinding the beans. You can make sure this happens by allowing your grinder to run a little bit longer than the recommend time.

If you would like to prepare the best possible coffee grounds that you can, but you’re just not sure what the right plan of attack would be, just keep these few tips in mind and you’ll be well on your way to being successful at it.

The dream of everyone – make money fast, legitimately and without any significant outlay. It is easy enough to do. Let me lead you to one of the easiest ways of making money legitimately. Invest in a vending machine . The overheads are low and the returns are fast.

Business is no longer done the way it was done in the previous century. One has to take cognizance of the social changes that have taken place. These have resulted in a mind-set which demands instant gratification of needs – be it food or drink or what-have-you. So, take stock of where are you located or where do you propose to set up your vending machine and then decide whether you need a drinks vending machine or a snacks vending machine or both.

There are two factors which should guide you in your choice of location. The first and foremost factor is that it should not be in an isolated spot for 2 reasons. One is that there would be few takers and the second is the very real risk of anti-social activities like vandalism or plain loot. The second factor which should guide your choice is how frequented is the location and why. Is it in a commercial complex where people would be coming often for purchasing various kinds of items and services? Or is it an office complex where the employees don’t have access to an office vending machine ? Or is it a complex where the office-goers have access to only a drinks vending machine but not to a snacks vending machine ? In fact, that is the consideration which should guide you in your choice of vending machine.

You should also take stock of whether you are going to tend the vending machine yourself or is someone else going to do it? Tending here would imply replenishing stock inside the vending machine . From where you purchase your machine and from where you source the relevant goods would significantly impact your profitability. Always buy the vending machine – be it a drinks vending machine or a snacks vending machine – from a reputed manufacturer. The same applies to the products inside the machine. Direct purchase would significantly reduce costs and ensure quality.

The wisest way to start is start small and expand with demand. That would ensure that your profits are maximized. So starting vending and reeling in the moolah.

If you want a Starbucks quality espresso, it would only make sense to purchase a Starbucks endorsed espresso maker, right? The Starbucks Sirena Espresso maker is a pump driven 15 bar machine made from stainless steel and comes in a sleek sophisticated design. It has dual brewing spout, a steam want with a pannarello adapter, user programmable settings and can do a one touch pre-measured single or double single shots. The Sirena can accommodate both ground espresso coffee beans as well as E.S.E pods. It features a rapid steam boiler which allows for quick switching from the brewing to the frothing, and finally – it has a fifty seven ounce removable water tank and adjustable drip tray which is removable as well. In short, this espresso maker has all the bells and whistles that one would come to expect for a Starbucks backed product.

So thats what Saeco, the manufacturer wants us to know – now the real question is, what is the review of consumers? Most consumers are generally happy with the Sirena, however I should also note that this maker isn’t the best for the first time user with very little patience. Consumers who are familiar and comfortable with espresso machines in general should have no problem with Sirena. They report that it is easy to use and like the fact that you can use both pods and grinds. The Starbucks Sirena also seems to be pretty durable according so consumers, with reports of six to ten pulls per day for months. The froth is very fluffy and the contemporary design of the machine is also a big plus for many users.

Now the negatives to the Sirena may be mostly end user error and should not totally discourage you from purchasing the machine if you know what you’re doing. One complaint that many have is with the water tank. The Sirena includes a sensor that alerts you to low levels, but apparently – the sensor has a mind of its own at times. Although the levels are good, the sensor still indicates otherwise. This is something relatively minor for most, but a major annoyance for others. There also seems to be confusion on who covers the warranty. When users needed to replace parts or the machine all together, there were misunderstandings between Saeco and Starbucks, it may be frustrating – so its best to clarify this upfront when you purchase.

All in all the Starbucks Sirena by Saeco is a pretty solid espresso maker. If you are a newbie to making espresso shots, the machine can grow with you – but you have to be patient. If you are a veteran in the game you’ll be more than satisfied with all the features, taste and abilities.

These coffee machines work by heating the water and then forcing the heated water through the ground coffee. As the heated water moves through the grinds, the water extracts the flavor. The coffee used is ground finer than for regular coffee. Steam is also used to froth milk for cappuccino or lattes.

Types of Cappuccino Makers

There are two basic types of machines for brewing specialty coffee drinks: steam and pump models. Pump machines are the best rated for heating water to the optimal level quickly. The most expensive models all work with an electric pump. They make a great cup of espresso with good crema. Crema is the foamy layer on top of a cup of espresso and is considered an important feature that coffee lovers look for.

Steam models are less expensive and are capable of brewing a good cup of espresso. Steam models have less pressure and less power. They are more affordable and make a good first machine. These products are definitely a step up from standard drip coffee makers.

A variety of coffee types are available for making espresso at home. The grinds are finer than standard coffee. Individual pods are available to fit most models. Pods are pre filled filter packets with the ground coffee measured and sealed inside. Some people love the convenience of pods and swear by them. Other people feel the quality of the drink is much lower when pods are used. The finished drink can be weak or bitter, depending on the brand of coffee and how it is prepared.

Super automatics are the top of the line in home cappuccino making. Super automatics can make all specialty coffees including espresso, cappuccino, lattes and mochas. An automatic milk frothing system prepares the milk according to your taste.

Super automatics are grind and brew devices that do everything for you. They grind the beans, tamp the grinds, measure the water, brew the coffee and froth the milk. Used grinds are dumped into a waste box, which you empty to dispose of the used beans. You program it according to the strength, quantity, and temperature desired in the finished drink. You can brew two mugs at once with super automatics.

Burr grinders are used in most super automatics. You can set the grinder for the consistency you want in the ground beans. Super automatics measure the beans for you, depending on the number of cups you will be brewing.

Cleaning a Cappuccino Machine

Proper cleaning is important to keep your machine working well and making great tasting drinks. Follow the manufacturer’s directions for proper cleaning. The components vary from product to product, so following the directions is important.

The machine should be cleaned inside and out to keep it working well. How you will clean it depends in part on the material used in construction. Stainless steel is the easiest to clean and maintain. Follow the directions included to keep it working well.

You will need to descale and decalcify the machine regularly. This is necessary to remove build up caused by particles in your drinking water. Over time, these particles can clog the machine and interfere with the operation. How often you will need to do this depends on the quality of your water and how often you use the coffee maker. One way to avoid this build up is to use distilled water.

The brew group will need to be cleaned about once each weak. A removable brew group is easier in terms of cleaning. You slide the brew group out through the service door and rinse it regularly. This removes coffee residue and grinds and results in a better tasting drink.
Look at this website, there are thousands of Articles on almost all subjects, plus more links for your help. http://www.toparticlereviews.com

As a small business owner you have probably come to realize one important fact about your employees, many of them just can’t function properly without their morning cup of caffeine! You’ve probably also realized that you are dealing with a Starbucks generation of coffee drinkers. They don’t want the standard cup of joe with the standard coffee beans made from the good ole fashion coffee pot. No, Generation Y is different, we like gourmet coffee, fancy lattes and shots of espresso made from finely ground coffee beans! Being the great boss that you are, you’ve decided to invest in an espresso machine for your small business!

You may not understand the big fuss behind espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos — so you are likely confused over all the various options of machines available. One of the first things you will need to decide on is whether you want an automatic espresso maker or a manual espresso maker.

Typically when a person is going to purchase an espresso machine, they are looking for one to buy for their home – but because you are looking for an espresso maker for the office, the best option for you is a fully automatic espresso maker. Automatic espresso makers take all the guess work out of the process of brewing a shot. What this means is that you won’t have to deal with teaching employees how to use it, nor will you have to worry about someone damaging it because they couldn’t figure out where to put the coffee grinds!

Fully automatic machines are perfect for commercial use because they are able to produce multiple cups in a relatively quick amount of time. This will allow more productivity for your employees, which satisfies you; and your employees are satisfied because they’ll have their shot of caffeine to start their day!

If you’re spending hundreds of dollars every month on espresso, gourmet coffee and cappuccino then it may be high time that you invest in an espresso machine for your home! With the average cup costing roughly five dollars for a grande made by your favorite barista, just think of how much money you would save by making your own cup!

With the increase in popularity of gourmet coffee houses and Starbucks, manufacturers have begun making espresso machines for the home. Not only do these machines look great, but they are also capable of making espresso that is equally good if not even better than your favorite coffee shop!

There are several different types of espresso machines, I will go over them in detail for you:

Automatic espresso maker: If you want all the espresso but without all the fuss, then an automatic machine is for you. You don’t have to bother with grinding your beans or tamping them down because it does the work for you. Solis, Gaggia and Saeco are some of the top brands, they are usually easy to clean and have larger water tanks as well. These are really top of the line, so be prepared to spend money on them. If you’re looking for a budget model, then the automatic espresso maker is not the one for you.

Steam Driven Espresso Makers: Steam driven machines are on the cheaper end of the spectrum, and believe me – it’s for a reason. The general consensus on this style of home espresso maker is that they aren’t really powerful enough to make a decent shot of espresso. Most consumers report a bitter, burned taste. If you are an espresso enthusiast, then you know that a bitter tasting shot is a huge no-no.

Piston Driven Makers: If you can get you can get your hands on an original piston driven espresso machine, hold on to it! The original espresso maker invented by Gaggia in the late 1930’s was driven by a piston. They are considered antiques today, and while they are not used often -they make the best foamy tops.

Pump Driven Espresso Makers: The pump driven maker is like the modern day relative of the piston driven models. If you really enjoy the process of making espresso at home, from the grinding of the beans to the tamping down – then pump driven models are best for you. They are more powerful than steam driven machines and hit pressure up to five times greater than their steam counter parts.
