Hatraco is working hard to set up a total quality management system. We are currently also pilot user for Shop Floor Control. We work with AutoDesk Inventor drawings and are looking for some kind of integration/linking of the production proces and its related product drawings.
There is no connection between Inventor and Globe at this moment and we are willing to assisting with new developments.
Also very interested in the new E-kwaliteitsmanagement module.

Arno, we are currently working on account search. It will be a big step forward and give you the opportunity to search in all/my accounts, showing suggestions of accounts when you type. Search is based on accountcode and accountname

Hi Shawn, we had internal discussion about installation of SOI. Currently update of SOI requires you to fill in username and password and the URL is already filled in. Is this the part users has difficulties with?

Ofcourse it would be great when it is silent update. We will look into the options we have and decide what to do with it based on that.

For now, group policy can help you to further simplify the installation of SOI. I believe we have documentation about that. Your Exact supporter can further support you with that.

Hi Syliva,

Though it’s not mandatory to update SOI every release, we don’t cover backwards compatibility. Meaning I can’t guarantee you that the 251 SOI release will work on 250.

We’re working with inventor and vault as well and with our engineering dept. i’ve had quite a lot of discussions over the last years about possible (impossible) integration of inventor with exact / synergy.

So very interested to receive more info about this topic.

A project has been started up which will monitor the use of pages in Synergy. We are definetely working on these kinds of tools.

I have a little comment from our salespeople. They can’t search for accountnumber in a request.

So they open a request to fill out en they have to search by name. We have a lot of same names. It should be designed as the normal account search, with number and other info like city.

That would be great.
