VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(May 20, 2009) - Amador Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AGX) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that a spring prospecting and sampling program has located additional gold showings on the Horwood Gold Property situated 75 km southeast of Timmins, Ontario.

The new gold showings were found about 2 km northwest of the previously discovered Bend and Gabbro Zones during the recent prospecting and sampling program. Grab samples from quartz veins within gabbros returned values of 17.30 g/t (grams per tonne) gold, 22.72 g/t gold and 19.68 g/t gold. The style of mineralization is similar to known deposits in the Timmins gold camp, which have collectively produced more than 60 million ounces of gold during the past century.

Management is encouraged by these discoveries additional to the Bend and Gabbro Zones found in late 2006. The highlight of previous testing of these zones was a 2008 drill-hole from the Bend Zone that returned 12.35 g/t gold over 2.4 meters. A 2007 trenching and sampling program returned 28.1 g/t gold over 0.5 meter from this target. Previous trenching results from the Gabbro Zone were: 13.03 g/t gold over 0.5 meters; 5.69 g/t gold over 4.0 meters; and 7.8 g/t gold over 1.5 meters. The 2007 trenching program focused on these zones revealed that gold occurs as high-grade and low-grade disseminated mineralization over large areas.

"These new results are extremely encouraging as they confirm the potential for widespread gold mineralization within the Horwood Peninsula," quotes John Keating, V.P. of Exploration for Amador Gold Corp.

More than 90% of the property is covered by overburden. The Company plans to continue exploration on strike of the gold and massive sulphide zones to identify areas where the gold may be concentrated into high-grade shoots or wide low-grade zones amenable to open pit mining (as occurs in the Timmins Camp).

VTEM airborne geophysics combined with surficial prospecting suggests that structures influencing gold mineralization may be traced for more than 6 km along strike on the Horwood Property. The considerable width of the anomalous gold zones combined with their strike potential makes the Horwood Project a favourable new gold exploration play close to the world-class Timmins Mining Camp.

The VTEM anomalies and excellent geology combined with ground geophysical surveys also indicate areas favourable for massive sulphide deposits. Ground and airborne VTEM surveys will be used to help guide drilling to test stratigraphy and structural and geological traps where gold and base metals deposits may occur.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(May 19, 2009) - Amador Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AGX) (the "Company") is pleased to provide an update on its wholly owned Maskooch Lake Property situated in the Confederation Greenstone Belt, 95 km east of Red Lake, Ontario.

The Maskooch Lake Property comprises a geological environment prospective for hosting volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) and precious metal mineralization. The project is accessible by well-maintained logging roads and lies 12 km southeast of the past-producing South Bay Mine, a copper-zinc-silver massive sulphide deposit that produced 1.6 million tons of ore averaging 1.8% copper, 11.06% zinc and 2.12 oz. silver per ton.

In October of 2008, field work and sampling was conducted at the 4,242-hectare property by Dr. George Hudak, Associate Professor of Geology, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and an established researcher of Pre-Cambrian VMS deposits. Results from this work have recently been received.

Dr. Hudak evaluated the Maskooch Gold Showing, a 9-to-10-meter wide shear zone associated with chlorite and ankerite that historically produced assays up to 16 g/t (grams per tonne) gold. Preliminary mapping suggests that the shear zone can be followed for several kilometres across the property. The main targets for follow-up exploration are areas where the shear zone intersects with iron formations on the property as iron formations may provide chemical traps for gold mineralization.

Preliminary rock chemistry studies by Dr. Hudak have revealed chemical trends consistent with alkali depletion and/or silicification consistent with alteration associated with ancient hydrothermal systems related to VMS (copper-zinc-lead) mineralization. The felsic volcanic rocks present on the Maskooch Property are similar to those associated with gold-rich VMS mineralization in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt of north-eastern Ontario and north-western Quebec, as well as those hosting the Scuddles VMS deposit (10.5 million tonnes) in Australia.

The field work conducted in 2008 has enhanced the Company's understanding of the gold and base metal potential. The information collected from this work along with proposed follow-up mapping and sampling will be used to select the best VTEM anomalies and other targets for trenching and drill-testing during 2009. (VTEM surveys are capable of detecting anomalies under thicker overburden and at greater depths than conventional geophysical surveys.)

Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, December 08, 2008 /FSC/ - Amador Gold Corp. (AGX - TSX Venture, ADRGF - OTCBB_Pink_Sheets), (the "Company") is pleased to announce additional results from an exploration program designed to advance historic nickel-copper zones and further define newly discovered gold targets at its Loveland Project in Loveland Township, about 35 kilometers northwest of Timmins, Ontario.

Recent drilling at the Loveland Project has focused on the Cominco Zone, one of two nickel-copper zones with historic resources on the property.

* Drill hole LL08-22 intersected 1.41% copper and 0.98% nickel, or 2.39% combined copper-nickel, over a drilled width of 4.0 metres from 488.0 to 492.0 metres. This intersection occurred at about 400 metres vertically below surface and is the deepest intersection to date at Loveland. The combined copper-nickel grades of 2.39% are higher than the previously seen average of approximately 1.41% combined copper-nickel.

* Another drill hole, LL08-18, collared about 235 metres southwest of drill hole LL08-22, intersected 0.40% copper and 0.80% nickel over a drilled width of 7.0 metres from 66.80 to 73.80 metres. This intercept occurs at about 50 metres vertically below surface and indicates that mineralization may extend to surface.

Exploration and drilling programs at the Loveland Property are continuing to enhance the potential of the historic Cominco Zone, situated 1.5 kilometers from the historic Hollinger Zone.

* The Cominco Zone*, drilled in the 1970s by Cominco (now Teck), contains a historic resource of 130,000 tons grading 0.73% nickel and 0.68% copper that is non-compliant with NI 43-101 disclosure standards.

* The Hollinger Zone*, drilled by Hollinger Mines prior to 1975, hosts a historic resource of 442,000 tons grading 0.71% nickel and 0.42% copper that is also non-compliant with NI 43-101 disclosure standards.

*A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources; therefore the Company is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources and the historical estimate should not be relied upon.

The complete results of recent drilling at Loveland are listed in the table (Figure 1) below.

PROSPECTING CONFIRMS GOLD TARGETS

The first gold discovery at the Loveland Property was found below the Cominco Zone earlier this year, when Hole LL08-13 returned 6.37 g/t (grams per tonne) gold over a drilled width of 8.55 metres from 383.25 to 391.80 metres, along with additional intercepts.

Prospecting south of the newly discovered Loveland Zone has located gold mineralization similar to that intersected by Hole LL08-13, within granodiorite with quartz stringers and disseminated sulphide mineralization. Two separate grab samples from this area have returned values of 8.98 g\t gold and 11.48 g\t gold.

More drilling is required to determine if the surface discovery represents a new separate zone of mineralization unrelated to the gold mineralization intersected by Hole LL08-13, or is part of a series of en echelon mineralized zones within the granodiorite. (See Figure 2 below.)
Amador's winter drilling program is designed to further test these gold targets while also advancing the historic nickel-copper zones at the Loveland Property. The project is easily accessible and near existing mining and metallurgical infrastructure in the Timmins Camp.

Charles Hartley, P.Geo and Peter Caldbick, P.Geo. are the qualified persons for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101 for Amador's Loveland Project. Project supervision is by Charles Hartley and the contents of this news release has been reviewed and approved by Peter Caldbick.

Prospecting Reveals Second Gold Discovery at Loveland: Winter Drilling to Test Both Gold and Nickel-Copper Targets

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwire - November 26, 2008) - Amador Gold Corp. ("Amador") (TSX-V: AGX) is pleased to announce that a recent prospecting program has generated a second gold discovery on the Loveland Property situated 35 km northwest of Timmins, Ontario.

The first gold discovery was found below the Cominco nickel-copper zone, one of two historic nickel-copper zones on the property, in the early fall of 2008. (See Sept. 24, 2008 news release.) The gold mineralization occurs within silicified granodiorite with quartz stringers associated with finely disseminated pyrite and arsenopyrite.

Previously released results from initial drilling of the first gold discovery include:

* Hole LL08-13 intersected gold mineralization near the bottom of the hole and returned 6.37 g/t (grams per tonne) gold over a drilled width of 8.55 meters from 383.25 to 391.80 meters.

* Additional intercepts from Hole LL08-13 include: 6.17 g/t gold over 3.0 meters from 403.0 to 406.0 meters; and 10.39 g/t gold over 3.1 meters from 410.30 to 413.40 meters drilled width.

Follow-up prospecting has led to a second gold discovery south of the Cominco Zone and about 400 meters southeast of the mineralized intercepts in drill hole LL08-13 (see Figure 1).

* Two separate grab samples taken from an outcrop of granodiorite in this area have returned values of 8.98 g/t gold and 11.48 g/t gold.

"Until now we've been working with a gold zone approximately 300 meters vertically below surface," comments John Keating, Amador's V.P. of Exploration. "We are very excited at the new potential with the discovery of the same gold-bearing, rock-type at surface over 400 meters away. Extensive follow-up work is now underway to determine whether or not we are dealing with the same zone, or possibly multiple zones."

Core from previous drilling is being checked for possible other zones of silicified mineralized granodiorite that may not have been sampled. It is not yet known if the zone exposed on surface is associated with the initial gold discovery at Loveland.

As well, all historical work on the property is being compiled to identify any potential trends for gold mineralization. For example, in 1975, Cominco intersected significant gold mineralization over narrow widths in a drill hole located approximately one km southeast of hole LL08-13 (see Figure 1). This and other historical information may provide a guide for future exploration initiatives on the Loveland gold zones.

More drilling is required to determine if the recent surface gold discovery is a new mineralized zone or part of a series of mineralized zones within the granodiorite. kAmador's geological team is re-evaluating a recent IP geophysical survey conducted on the property to determine if the gold discoveries correspond to any chargeability or resistivity signatures.

Amador is continuing to advance two historic nickel-copper zones that are now the most advanced exploration targets on the wholly owned Loveland Property.

* The Cominco Zone, drilled in the 1970s by Cominco (now Teck), contains a historic resource of 130,000 tons grading 0.73% nickel and 0.68% copper that is non-compliant with NI 43-101 disclosure standards.

* The Hollinger Zone, drilled by Hollinger Mines prior to 1975, hosts a historic resource of 442,000 tons grading 0.71% nickel and 0.42% copper that is also non-compliant with NI 43-101 disclosure standards.

Recent exploration and drilling programs have significantly enhanced the potential of these historic targets, situated 1.5 km apart. The Cominco Zone has been extended on strike to about 175 meters and also to depth. Amador is planning a winter drilling program to further test the nickel-copper zones and new gold discoveries, as well as newly generated VTEM geophysical targets at the Loveland Property. The VTEM system is a leading-edge geophysical system that can penetrate several hundred metres of overburden and rock, revealing for the very first time possible base metal mineralization at depth.

Data from the 2008 VTEM survey completed over the Byers and Loveland Township portions of the Loveland Property show the system clearly outlining the two historical mineralized zones as well as additional clusters of conductors in areas where the underlying rock types are unknown due to lack of outcrop and overburden cover.

The Loveland property consists of 1,421 claim units covering 22,736 hectares in parts of eight townships. The road-accessible land package is near extensive mining infrastructure in Timmins, one of the largest gold camps in the world with total combined production exceeding 68 million ounces since 1910. The Timmins camp also hosts the world-class Kidd Creek volcanogenic massive sulphide copper-zinc deposit, 25 km east of Loveland. The Montcalm nickel-copper deposit currently being mined by nickel giant Xstrata is located immediately to the west of the Loveland Property.

Vancouver BC – November 25, 2008 – The Smartstox Online TV Talk Show is alerting its subscribers and other resource stock investors to the exploration progress made by Amador Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE: AGX.V) at their projects in northern Ontario.

Amador Gold announced yesterday that they are planning a winter drilling program at their Loveland Project, to further advance the discoveries made on the holding earlier in the year.

The Loveland property, located 35 km northwest of Timmins, Ontario, holds an historic nickel-copper resource drilled in the 1970s by Cominco. Last March Amador announced they had drilled a 45 meter intersection of 1.45% combined copper and nickel lying below that known resource. And they subsequently found a new gold zone, including 6.37 gpt gold over 8.55 meters, just a bit deeper yet!

A recent airborne VTEM geophysics program has identified additional clusters of conductors in areas where overburden covers the underlying rock; the winter drill program will be testing those newly revealed conductors.

Over the past year, Amador has had exploration success on other holdings as well, including drilling 2401 grams (84.7 ounces) per tonne silver over 1.73 meters at their Kell property, and 12.35 gpt gold over 2.4 meters on newly identified zones on their Horwood Project.

Our Smartstox interview profile of Amador Gold is found at http://www.smartstox.com/interviews/agx.

Meanwhile, in our recent interview with technical analyst, author, and fund manager David Bensimon, he maintains, “We are in a larger era of prosperity and growth.” His past predictions have been noted for their accuracy, and now he forecasts that gold and silver and other metals are working towards a strong prosperity cycle in 2009/10. Bensimon believes the liquidity crisis will soon work itself out and, with the injection of liquidity into the world’s money supply, the price of gold, and that of other commodities too, will soon be on the upswing.

So is it a good time to buy junior resource stocks? In the interview Mr. Bensimon comments that those companies with strong holdings and who can survive for the next few months are exceptionally good opportunities now. Mr. Bensimon’s Smartstox commentary is found at http://www.smartstox.com/analyst/dav... .

RECENT VTEM SURVEY GENERATES NEW EXPLORATION TARGETS
ASSAYS AWAITED FROM HISTORIC NICKEL-COPPER ZONE
WINTER DRILLING PROGRAM IN PLANNING STAGES
GOLD DISCOVERY ADDS NEW DIMENSION TO LOVELAND

VANCOUVER – Amador Gold Corp. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it is planning a winter drilling program to test newly generated VTEM geophysical targets at its Loveland
Project, 35 km northwest of Timmins, Ontario. The property also hosts two previously drilled nickel-copper zones that will be further tested in the proposed winter program, as well as a recently discovered gold prospect at depth.

“We’re pleased by the quality and geological diversity of exploration targets at the Loveland Property,” said John Keating, Vice-President of Exploration. “The presence of significant goldmineralization at depth below known nickel-copper mineralization confirms the property’s potential for hosting both base and precious metals.”

The most advanced exploration targets at the Company’s wholly owned Loveland Property are the historic Cominco and Hollinger Zones, situated 1.5 km apart.

• The Cominco Zone, drilled in the 1970s by Cominco (now Teck), contains a historic resource of 130,000 tons grading 0.73% nickel and 0.68% copper that is non-compliant with NI 43-101 disclosure standards.

• The Hollinger Zone, drilled by Hollinger Mines prior to 1975, hosts a historic resource of 442,000 tons grading 0.71% nickel and 0.42% copper that is also non-compliant with NI 43-101 disclosure standards.

Amador has received data from its 2008 VTEM survey completed over the Byers and Loveland Township portions of the Loveland Property. Initial analysis of the data shows the system
clearly outlining the two historical mineralized zones as well as additional clusters of conductors in areas where the underlying rock types are unknown due to lack of outcrop. The area around
and between the two occurrences is relatively flat, poorly drained and covered by overburden.

The VTEM system is a powerful, cutting-edge geophysical system that can penetrate several hundred metres of overburden and rock, revealing possible base metal mineralization at depth.

In November of 2007, Amador drilled three holes spanning a strike length of 100 metres below
the Cominco Zone to test the down-plunge extension of the known mineralization. (See news
release of March 13, 2008, for complete results.)

• All three holes intersected significant copper and nickel mineralization, with the third hole (AMDG-03) intersecting three higher grade intersections within a 45.0-meter wide zone averaging 0.70% nickel and 0.75% copper from 120.6 to 165.6 metres.

• The higher grade intersections from Hole AMDG-3 are: 1.48% nickel and 0.9% copper over 9.4 meters; 1.15% nickel and 1.11% copper over 3.9 meters; and 0.70% nickel and 1.06% copper over 13.6 meters, which includes a 4.6-meter interval grading
1.24% nickel and 1.72% copper.

Assay results for the first twelve holes drilled at the Loveland Property confirmed the presence of mineralization to 400 meters vertically below surface, open at depth, along a strike extent of about 175 meters. (See news release of September 4, 2008.) The style of mineralization comprises disseminated to semi-massive patchy and interstitial pyrrhotite-chalcopyritepentlandite within gabbros extending to surface.

• Highlights from this drilling include: 0.53% nickel and 0.88% copper over a drilled width of 22.80 meters, including 0.65% nickel and 1.0% copper over 11.2 meters; and 1.0% nickel and 1.92% copper over 2.70 meters. Additional results from this drilling as well as assay results from the sampling of the drill core
are pending.

Once the remaining drill results are received and analyzed, the data will be compiled and incorporated with all previous drilling and exploration results. The results of the data compilation initiative and data from the recent VTEM survey will be used to guide a winter drilling program designed to advance the Cominco and Hollinger Zones and test the newly revealed conductors.

The known zones at Loveland have excellent potential for expansion as historic drilling was relatively shallow. As an example, Cominco’s tightly spaced drilling traced mineralization for
about 50 meters below surface at the Cominco Zone. During the 2008 exploration program, Amador drilled several deeper holes below the known mineralization at the Cominco Zone, resulting in a new gold discovery. (See press release dated September 24, 2008.)

• Hole LL08-13 intersected gold mineralization near the bottom of the hole and returned 6.37 g/t (grams per tonne) gold over a drilled width of 8.55 meters from 383.25 to 391.80 meters.
• Additional intercepts from Hole LL08-13 include: 6.17 g/t gold over 3.0 meters from 403.0 to 406.0 meters; and 10.39 g/t gold over 3.1 meters from 410.30 to 413.40 meters drilled width.

The presence of significant gold mineralization below the nickel-copper mineralization has enhanced the stature of the Loveland Property as an exploration target. The gold mineralization occurs within a sheared and silicified granodiorite as a stockwork of low-angle quartz stringers associated with disseminated pyrite and arsenopyrite.

Ongoing programs, including additional geophysical surveys, have potential to generate other new gold and base metal targets as much of the Loveland Property remains unexplored using advanced exploration methods and technologies.

The Loveland property consists of 1,421 claim units covering 22,736 hectares in parts of seven townships. The land package is easily accessible and near extensive mining infrastructure in Timmins, one of the largest gold camps in the world with total combined production exceeding 68 million ounces since 1910.

The Timmins district also hosts the world-class Kidd Creek volcanogenic massive sulphide copper-zinc deposit, situated just 25 km east of the Loveland Property. The Montcalm nickelcopper
deposit currently being mined by nickel giant Xstrata is located 35 km to the west of the Loveland Property. The Company has completed an evaluation of the Savard Sharpe, Anderson Lake and Mennin Lake properties and decided to terminate these option agreements in order to concentrate its efforts on current properties of greater merit.

About Amador Gold
Amador has assembled a portfolio of more than 20 properties of exceptional merit in established mining camps and emerging mineral districts of Canada.

Amador Gold Corp. is pleased to announce assay results on the Kell Mine property exploration drill program. The Kell Mine property is located in Corkill Township, approximately 18 km southeast of Gowganda, Ontario, and hosts silver-cobalt-nickel mineralization in a series of en-echelon quartz-calcite veins in a deformation zone averaging three to eight metres wide. The Company conducted magnetic and electromagnetic surveys across the vein, and drilled 17 holes totalling 2270m, testing the Kell vein along strike and at shallow depths.

The exploration program successfully identified areas of silver enrichment along the Kell Mine deformation zone, with drill hole AGKL07-08 returning 2,401 g/t silver over 1.73m, from 36.72m to 38.45m down hole. The silver is hosted in a quartz-calcite-chlorite vein zone in altered diabase, where silver is found in both veining and wall rock. The intersection returned a higher-grade sample of 4,580.4 g/t silver over 0.53m, from 36.72 to 37.25 as well as 3.574.5 g/t silver over 0.40m from 37.25m to 37.65m.

Drilling also intersected 262 g/t silver, over 8.63m in drill hole AGKL07-04, from 57.54m to 66.17m down hole. The silver mineralization is found in pervasively calcite altered diabase with chlorite in which veinlets and stringers of calcite-quartz +/- magnetite +/- chlorite up to 36cm in width host silver-cobalt-nickel mineralization. Native silver grains run to 0.5mm in size, with minor grains of argentite noted as well. This interval also returned a higher-grade value of 2,410.6 g/t silver over 0.92m from 62.34m to 63.26m down hole. All the silver was within the envelope of alteration hosted within the envelope of deformation.

“Finding good grade silver in quartz-calcite veins, in the deformation zone, and in Nipissing diabase wall rock is very encouraging”, said Amador Gold Corp CEO Richard Hughes, “and we look forward to further detailed exploration.”

Area History

The Kell Mine deformation zone was discovered in 1909. The deformation zone is hosted in Nipissing diabase, consistent with mineralization at mines in the Gowganda silver camp, where approximately 60 million ounces of silver were mined in the early part of the 1900s. In 1920-21, a shaft was driven to 104 feet, with two exploration levels at the 54-foot and 100-foot levels. Some 700 feet north of the shaft, a pit was dug, as well as prospecting pits to the south of the shaft. A small shipment of 1,558 lbs of rock gave 1,620.9 ounces of silver.
