HP LaserJet Pro 100 is a multifunction color laser printer, which might appear initially less expensive and has great output. It serves up professional quality color docs with cloud printing and 3-way network connectivity. It offers low price, Wi-Fi and wired connectivity options and HP ePrint and Apple AirPrint support for both cloud based and Wi-Fi wireless printing. Create professional quality color and easily print, scan and copy, using the company’s smallest color laser MFP. Print from mobile devices using HP ePrint or Wi-Fi Direct printing and get quick and easy setup so you can start printing faster.

You can print, copy and scan exceptional color documents with the HP LaserJet Pro 100, a low-priced color laser multifunction printer. You can also easily enhance quality of your copied text, graphics and images with automatic copy optimization. The HP ImageREt 2400 offers consistent color and crisp detail and allows you to use Original HP cartridges with HP ColorSphere toner for maximizing impact of business and marketing documents. Print black text affordably at same cost per page as black and white HP LaserJet printer. The LaserJet Pro 100 is an excellent color laser printer for personal use, however the high cost of consumables missing features and slow print speeds limit its productivity for small offices.

The HP LaserJet Pro 100 is available for the price of $350 and bears near-exact resemblance to LaserJet Pro M1212nf, however this step up model cuts out fax functionality in favor of color printing, which uses company’s pioneering new carousel style cartridge bay. The Pro 100 maintains small footprint by leaving out autoduplexer, while the rotating toner carousel helps with size. Bigger offices will surely appreciate the heavy duty printer called Dell 1355cnw multifunction device, nevertheless, the LaserJet Pro 100 earns recommendation for small officers, where users can take advantage of its distinctive features, including Smart Install and ePrint and 35-page autodocument feeder.

The HP LaserJet Pro 100 is outstandingly small for multifunction laser printer and its multiple color cartridges inside increase the weight to 35 pounds with all accessories attached to it. It is quite narrow measuring 16 by 17 inches and integrates wide cutouts at the bottom of all sides to use as handles, while transporting the device. Sadly, the Pro 100 lacks Ethernet or USB port, which is essential for making hardwired connection. Once you get the cable, the Smart Install of HP makes it easy to establish the connection and begin printing without the hassle of driver disc.

Setting up the HP LaserJet Pro 100 is really very simple like setting up direct connection. And with USB installation, you can use Smart Install or CD included. It comes standard with version 1.0 of operating software; however you will require to download and install the firmware upgrade for enabling ePrint. The ePrint system allows you to print e-mail message attachments in form of document files, images, photos and PDFs, and it will send separate job for any text, which appears in the body of e-mail. The ePrint also works with plenty of Web clients; including Yahoo Mail, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook and Hotmail, and you can e-mail articles directly from RSS feed such as Google Reader. The LCD screen console is quite small, but well-equipped with all the necessary buttons for operating the device. The number pad sits is situated underneath the dual-line display with two buttons down under to stop and start the job along with plethora of setup buttons to adjust darkness of prints or to start copy job.

The HP LaserJet Pro 100’s 150-sheet paper input tray folds out of bottom of the device and stays in place with separate plastic tray, which connects sloppily to the bottom and 35-sheet ADF (autodocument feeder) takes care of handsfree scanning of docs. Standard features on Pro 100 include Functions: Print, copy, scan; Multitasking supported; Print speed black (normal, A4) up to 16ppm; Print speed color (normal, A4) Up to 4ppm; Print quality black (best) Up to 600 x 600 dpi; Print quality color (best) Up to 600 x 600 dpi; Print languages: HP PCL 6, HP PCL 5c, HP postscript level 3 emulation, PDF (v1.7), HP PCL 6, HP PCL 5c, HP postscript level 3 emulation, PDF (v1.7), AirPrint compatible.

Rumors have annoyingly drowned out air waves, and it is expected we will witness the revealing of Microsoft Xbox 720 console sometime in 2012. Plenty of rumors have stated that it will be equipped with AMD 6000 series graphics processor, which is around six times more powerful as compared to present Xbox 360’s GPU. It will also integrate support for DirectX 11, high definition 3D content and multi display functionality. One of the most influential and largest features found on this console is the implementation of distinctive security features, which prevents playback of used game titles. Microsoft will also be adding impressive features like using retail code redemption system, removing disc drive support and adding incorporated security features on discs.

Motorola Droid Razr Maxx is a high-end smartphone that offers larger battery life and dual core processor, which keeps phone running smoothly. Despite beefed-up battery life, it is crafted in attractive and slim design, which is designed for withstanding occasional drop, liquid spill and scratch. It features gorgeous 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Advanced screen, fast Verizon LTE/4G data and dual core 1.2GHz processor like its predecessor while retaining tight security features and powerful multimedia chops. At 8.99mm, it is sleeker as compared to other handsets in the market and packs more battery, too. Seriously sleek, the Droid Razr Maxx is exact opposite of frail. It is made strong with DuPont KEVLAR fiber, while Corning Gorilla Glass defends the display against scrapes and scratches. A force field of water-repellent nanoparticles shields the handset against water attacks and even the electrical boards inside.

The free MotoCast application from the company allows Motorola Droid Razr Maxx to stream your documents, apicultures and music (including Windows Media Player and iTunes playlists) from your home and work computers, virtually anytime, anywhere. No uploading to third party means no wasted time, and everything stays protected, right on your computer. The 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Advanced screen found on this smartphone dishes cutting edge visuals and broader range of hyper vibrant colors as compared to LCD high definition televisions. Providing higher resolution as compared to Super AMOLED Plus screens, you get incredible detail in your pictures, applications and videos.

The Motorola Droid Razr Maxx proves that a powerful Android smartphone can remain sleek and still provide marathon worthy battery life. The company ups the Android ante with this smartphone. Not only does this handset come equipped with exceptional features, which graced original Droid Razr, the company has thrown in energy dense 2200mAh battery. It measures 5.14 inches high, 0.35 inch thick and 2.75 inches wide and weighs 5.1 ounces, making it a heavier and slightly thicker as compared to previous model. Like original Droid Razr, the Maxx features Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread operating system with Motoblur interface. You will find 5 customizable home screen to select from with more shortcuts to phone dialer, main menu, messaging and camera running along the bottom.

The Motorola Droid Razr Maxx’s lock screen shows usual digital clock, battery info and date. It allows you to toggle ringer/vibrate function and jump straight to camera application. Those who like the virtual keyboard of original Razr will find the same responsiveness, well spaced keys and light haptic feedback here. The Droid Razr Maxx offers plenty of Android capabilities, which include GPS, mobile hotspot capability, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi. Some of the Google services and applications include Gmail, YouTube, Google Talk, Latitude, Google Search with Voice, Places, Google Maps with Navigation and Google Books. Organizer and phone functions include calendar, speakerphone, alarm, voice command support, clock, task list, calculator and file manager.

Other apps preinstalled on Motorola Droid Razr Maxx include healthy helping of paid and free services and software, including Blockbuster, Amazon’s Kindle app, Madden NFL 12, Let’s Golf 2, Slacker Radio, Netflix, VideoSurf and MotoPrint,. Of course Verizon added some of its own applications such as Verizon Instant Messenger, Device Setup, NFL Mobile, My Verizon Mobile, Verizon Video, V Cast Tones, Visual Voicemail and VZ Navigator. Honestly the most helpful of the lot is My Verizon Data widget that lives by default on home screen and estimates your data usage for avoiding being slammed or throttled with additional fees.

The Motorola Droid Razr Maxx gets Quickoffice application that allows you to edit and create office documents; portable PC experience, which Webtop offers and GoToMeeting video conference application of Citrix. Plenty of Motorola Android phones feature its Webtop app, and Droid Razr Maxx continues the tradition. Just attach it to compatible accessories such as Lapdock 500 Pro (14-inch screen), HD Station or Lapdock 100 (10-inch screen), and Webtop platform fires up automatically. The Lapdocks come with touchpad and keyboard, but you will have to contribute your own input devices if using something like HD Station.

Apart from third-party applications including Slacker Radio, the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx has same robust Music application, which is much more capable as compared to stock Android software. Identical to Droid Bionic, the application has Music Store courtesy of Verizon Wireless, support for podcast subscription and playback and Internet radio functions. You can also use this application for streaming music from your home server through MotoCast. The Droid Razr Maxx gets 16GB of internal storage space along with preloaded 16GB microSD card. It can support cards up to 32GB and can handle files such as AAC+ AAC+ enhanced, AAC, AMR WB, AMR NB, MP3, MIDI, WMA v10, WMA v9 and WAV formats.

Standard features on Motorola Droid Razr Maxx include 2G Network: CDMA 800 / 1900; 3G Network: CDMA2000 1xEV-DO; 4G Network: LTE 700 MHz Class 13; 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Advanced capacitive touchscreen with 16 million colors, 540 x 960 pixels and 256ppi pixel density; Corning Gorilla Glass; microSD, up to 32GB, 16GB card included; 16 GB storage, 1GB RAM; Rev. A, up to 3.1 Mbps, LTE; Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, Wi-Fi hotspot; 8.0-megapixel camera with 3264 x 2448 pixels, autofocus, LED flash, Touch-focus, geotagging, face detection and image stabilization; Android OS, v2.3.5 (Gingerbread), upgradeable to v4.0.

The Motorola Droid Razr Maxx is also equipped with Dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9; GPU: PowerVR SGX540; GPS with A-GPS support and GLONASS; Active noise cancellation with dedicated microphone; Splash resistant; HDMI port; SNS integration; Google Search, Maps, Gmail, YouTube, Google Talk and Picasa integration; MP3/AAC+/WAV/WMA player; MP4/H.263/H.264/WMV player; Document viewer/editor; Voice memo/dial/commands; Predictive text input (Swype); Phonebook: Unlimited entries, Caller groups, Multiple numbers per contact, Search by both first and last name, Picture ID and Ring ID; Organizer: Calendar (calendar entries), Alarm (alarm entries), To-Do (to-do entries), Document viewer and Calculator; Messaging: SMS, MMS, Threaded view, Predictive text input; E-mail: IMAP, POP3, SMTP, Microsoft Exchange; USB: USB 2.0, Connector: microUSB and Features: Mass storage device, USB charging.

The Motorola Droid Razr Maxx adds Notifications: Music ringtones (MP3), Polyphonic ringtones, Vibration, Flight mode, Silent mode, Speakerphone; Sensors: Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Compass, Barometer, Voice dialing, Voice commands and Voice recording; Bluetooth 4.0 Profiles: Audio/Visual Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP), Basic Printing (BPP), Basic Imaging (BIP), File Transfer (FTP), Dial-up networking (DUN), Generic Audio/Video Distribution (GAVDP), Generic Access (GAP), Handsfree (HFP), Generic Object Exchange (GOEP), Human Interface Device (HID), Headset (HSP), Personal Area Networking Profile (PAN), Object Push (OPP), Serial Port (SPP) and Phone Book Access (PBAP). The rated battery life of Droid Razr Maxx is 21.5 hours in talktime mode and 16 days in standby mode. In plenty of ways, the Droid Razr Maxx is a smartphone the Droid Razr should have been.

PCD Wrangler is a rugged and tough cellphones, which plays and works as hard as you do. Its rugged chassis isn’t fazed by dirt, drops, rain or water. The company clamshell design has been tested for withstanding rain, sand, dust, high humidity or extreme temperatures. Its lack of trendy smartphone features and poor call quality give this tough flip handset a glass jaw. PCD designed the Wrangler, an IP67-certified handset for withstanding litany of harsh treatment. It’s been ages since we have seen the cellphone with clamshell design, probably not since Motorola Razr and many copycats it spawned. The macho name of Wrangler isn’t the only clue to the rugged construction; its chassis with black rubberized exterior is crisscrossed by oversize screws, mean looking ridges and tire-tread patterns.

The PCD Wrangler measures 3.8 inch tall, 0.6 inch deep and 1.9 inches wide, and its substantial exterior doesn’t result in overly bloated size. One of the extensive features found in this model is the 2.2 inch QVGA display that boasts 240 x 320 pixel resolution. Some of the phone controls include buttons for camera, end, cancel and send along with software keys. The Easyedge and volume keys are situated on the left hand side of the device, while the speakerphone and voice command functions on the right. At the back, you will find a 1.3 megapixel camera, which offers same sharpness like usual front facing camera of smartphones. The 3.5mm headphone jack with microUSB port sit behind thick rubber flap reinforced with watertight stoppers.

Standard features on PCD Wrangler include Numeric keypad, Soft keys; Water (Splash), Dust, Shock, Temperature proof; 2.2 inch Color OLED display with Scratch-resistant glass; Messaging: SMS, MMS, Predictive text input; Bluetooth; Notifications: Speakerphone and Voice recording and Accessories: Standard Battery, USB/Wall Charger, USB Cable, Headset, User Manual. The rated battery life of Wrangler is 8.3 days in standby mode and 4 hours in talktime mode.
