Ieri am iesit la un antrenament prin padure impreuna cu colegii mei de echipa. Ne era dor de sa pedalam prin zapada si sa renuntam la rulou, gantere, adidasi de alergare sau schiuri. Si daca tot am iesit, am dat cateva ture pe traseul propus pentru fan race-ul din acest weekend (Clujul Pedaleaza pe Zapada) la care va invit si cu aceasta ocazie.<br />
Traseul este ciclabil, potecile sunt batute bine, zapada e aspra si aderenta zone de depasire nu vor fi multe si fie care iesire de pe urmele batute ne va opri. Va fi distractiv si solicitant, nu ai vrea sa renunti la aceasta experienta. Maine impreuna cu Levi vom marca traseul si ramane sa hotaram daca vom scurta anumite portiuni sau nu, voi in schimb nu uitati sa va inscrieti online pe <a href="http://www.clujulpedaleaza.ro">www.clujulpedaleaza.ro</a> fiindca doar o zi mai aveti la dispozitie!</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Pentru a profita din plin de iarna, cluburile Clujul Pedaleaza si Maros va invita la un Fun Race intitulat &#8220;Clujul Pedaleaza pe Zapada&#8221;.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Competitia e programata sa aiba loc in <strong>Padurea Faget, zona Pater</strong> (acelasi loc de start-sosire cu Maros Bike XCO Cup), sambata<del> <strong>18 februarie 2012 </strong></del><strong>25 februarie 2012</strong>, cu startul programat la ora 11. Pentru ca e un concurs de fun, aceasta va dura maxim o 1h:30 min iar categoriile sunt limitate la FUN masculin / feminin si Expert  masculin / feminin. Traseul are o lungime de 4,4 km cu aproximativ 128 m diferenta de nivel. Se vor parcurge 2 ture la Fun Feminin, 3 ture la Fun Masculin si Expert feminin si 4 ture la Expert Masculin. Inscrierile se pot face doar online si doar pana in <del>17 februarie</del>  <strong>24 februarie</strong> pe noul site <a href="http://clujulpedaleaza.ro/stage/displayChampionships/2/28" target="_blank">www.clujulpedaleaza.ro</a> contra unei taxe modice de 10 lei care va fi platita in momentul ridicarii numerelor de concurs, inaintea startului.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Nu uitati acasa buna dispozitie fiindca va fi la fel de obligatorie precum casca si bicicleta. Si daca tot am ajuns sa va dau sfaturi, nu va imbracati prea gros fiindca dupa prima urcare va veti incalzi foarte tare iar coborarile nu sunt lungi. Sa aveti insa hainde de schimb, atat  tricou de corp cat si ceva pufos si calduros care sa le luati pe voi imediat dupa ce ati terminat cursa, astfel incat sa puteti savura ceaiul si mancarea calda oferita de organizatori.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>IMPORTANT</strong>: Organizarea competitiei depinde de starea vremii si a zapezii. In weekend-ul trecut cararile batatorite din Faget erau numai bune de pedalat. Luni a nins si azi (15 feb) traseul e inaccesibil pentru biciclete dar daca nu va mai ninge, cu siguranta in weekend se va putea pedala pe traseu. Organizatorii isi rezerva dreptul de a aduce modificari traseului si numarului de ture anuntat. Vineri seara voi scrie un update la finalul acestei postari  daca competitia va putea fi organizata sau va fi amanata pentru urmatoarea saptamana.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Accesul</strong> la traseul de concurs se poate face pe marcajul turistic banda rosie daca veniti pe jos sau daca veniti cu masina urmati ruta Str. Campului &#8211; Str. Dimitrie Gustie &#8211; ALeea Negoiu &#8211; Str. Basarabiei (pe unele harti nu apare aceasta strada). Daca veniti cu masina, va avertizez ca nu e tocmai usor de urcat spre padure dupa ultimul bloc. Personal va recomand sa puneti lanturile pe roti fiindca eu nu le-am pus si am alunecat in sant <img src='http://eliseimiron.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

Si chiar daca afara e ger, noi ciclistii trebuie sa ne antrenam, pe bicicleta, in sala, in bazin sau cum stim noi fiindca e perioada in care pregatirea fizica generala e la &#8216;moda&#8217; iar eu incerc sa nu fac exceptie.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Astfel ca printre antrenamentele pe bike, printre orele de alergare sau excercitiile fizice mi-am gasit o noua indeletnicire care-mi alunga monotonia iernii, imi da o noua motivatie si ma scoate din rutina, din casa si de pe rulou, care fie vorba intre noi nu prea imi place. E vorba despre Schi Fond sau Cross Country Ski, o disciplina sportiva asemanatoare ca tip de efort cu ciclismul (mtb) care presupune multa tehnica, mai ales pentru un incepator, iar eu personal sunt foarte incepator.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Povestea a inceput la trocathlon cand uitandu-ma dupa schiuri de tura second hand am zarit doua perechi de schiuri de fond (second hand). Desi imi place sa urmaresc la Eurosport cursele de fond, nu stiam prea multe despre echipamente dar pretul de 22 lei m-a determinat sa le cumpar. Ajuns acasa am inceput sa ma documentez, sa dau telefoane pentru a vedea ce ghete trebuie sa imi iau, ce bete, etc. In final am am vorbit cu Robike care mi-a adus mai multe modele de echipamente (schiuri, ghete, bete) cu ocazia Cluj Winter Race. Am ales niste schiuri cu solzi, de &#8220;touringcross&#8221; adica schi de fond pentru agrement, putin mai late decat cele de competitie, ideale zic eu pentru antrenament in stilul clasic.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">In ianuarie a venit zapada mult asteptata de mine, asa ca nu am stat prea mult pe ganduri pana sa-mi incalt noile jucarii. M-am dat cu ele pe zapada mica, mare, uda, inghetata, batatorita sau pulver, incercand sa prind tehnicile de baza pentru stilul clasic, tehnica de coborare, franare sau de abordare a virajelor. Cum spuneam, sunt foarte incepator, nu am experimantat pana acum nici macar schiatul pe partie dar mi-am dorit de mult sa imi iau schiuri de tura si/sau de fond. In acest sens m-au ajutat cateva tutoriale care le puteti vedea si voi in <a href="http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLE838142B456AEEEF" target="_blank">playlist-ul de pe YouTube</a>, in cazul in care v-am starnit interesul.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">La inceput am iesit singur prin padure pentru a-mi insusi tehnicile de baza insa zilele trecute am iesit cu doi orientaristi, unul dintre ei fiindu-mi coleg la sectia de orientare pe mtb a clubului Vointa &#8211; Bagya Tamas, campion national de orientare. Experienta lui facea sa para un sport extrem de usor si elegant, inainta de doua ori mai repede decat mine dar am incercat sa invat de la el stilul liber (skate) care este mai rapid decat stilul clasic dar mai tehnic. Desigur schiurile mele nu sunt facute pentru stilul patinaj dar si asa pentru inceput pot exersa aceasta tehnica iar urmatoare schiuri probabil mi le voi alege in asa fel incat sa pot patina cu ele.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Desigur ca lucrurile ar fi mai usoare daca am avea in zona trasee special amenajate dar nici asa nu e rau pentru un antrenament de iarna complementar ciclismului, acesta fiind scopul meu principal. Cel mai bine ma simt cu ele pe zapada fresh de maxim 10 cm, eventual avand la baza o zapada mai veche si batatorita pentru a fi sigur ca nu mai dau de pietre si radacini.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Chiar daca pentru timpul rece exista si huse termoizolante pentru pantofii de vara, acestea nu sunt cea mai buna varianta cand ai de mers si pe jos, fapt des intalnit iarna, pe zapada, prin padure. De ce? Pentru ca de-obicei intra zapada pe sub husa sau daca talpa nu este foarte mult decupata, se va uza destul de repede pana cand va ceda de tot.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cu pantofii astia insa nu am avut nici o retinere de a ma da jos de pe bicicleta cand a fost nevoie sa imping putin la deal. Sunt practic niste ghete cu talpa rigida realizata din material plastic combinat cu particule de carbon si evident placuta pentru pedale automate. Cea mai importanta caracteristica a acestor ghete este ca au membrana GoreTex care le fac impermeabile si respirabile in acelasi timp. Limba de sub siret este dintr-o bucata cu gheata, deci sunt bine inchise, astfel ca daca nu trece zapada sau apa peste glezna, piciorul va ramane uscat, ceea ce e foarte important pe timp rece. Inchiderea ghetei se face rapid, cu un sistem de sireturi cu blocator, acoperit de doua strap-uri cu scai.</p>

Desigur in miscare, mai ales la coborare, temperatura pe care un ciclist o simte scade mult, dar incerc sa evit coborarile lungi iarna, pentru ca nu doar picioarele ar resimti frigul ci si mainile, fata, etc.</span></div>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Cat despre disponibilitatea acestor pantofi in magazinele din Romania, nu va pot garanta nimic, dar Google e cel mai bun prieten al cibernaut-ului, asa Google it! BTW&#8230; exista si o versiune mai noua: Northwave Celsius Artic, ganditi pentru temperaturi de pana la -35 grade Celsius. Exista metode de intretinere a membranelor GoreTex, dar eu inca nu le-am testat<strong>. </strong></p>

La finalul sezonului, bicicleta a fost pusa la vanzare in magazinul din Cluj si pe internet la pretul de 3999 Lei (pretul pentru acest bike nou era de 8200 lei daca imi amintesc bine). Acum Maros Bike face o super oferta de pret, valabila doar pana la finalul lunii Ianuarie 2012: <strong>PRETUL ESTE DE 3500 LEI</strong>.</p>
<p>Pe blogul meu gasiti <a href="http://eliseimiron.com/2011/03/primii-kilometri-cu-noul-focus-black-forest.html" target="_blank">primele impresii</a> despre bicicleta aceasta iar mai multe poze gasiti in <a href="http://eliseimiron.com/gallery?album=Foto2011">galeria Foto</a>. Detalii si <a href="http://marosbike.ro/images/specprod/focus/FocusBlackForest.jpg" target="_blank">poze </a>despre configuratie gasiti pe site-ul <a href="http://www.marosbike.ro/preturi_BICICLETE_-_Biciclete_folosite/Bicicleta_Focus_Black_Forest_1.0-5512.html" target="_blank">MarosBike.RO</a>  iar mai jos va zic si eu cateva detalii de culise:</p>
<p>- Bicicleta a fost folosita aproximativ 8 luni (sfarsitul lui martie-noiembrie 2011)<br />
- Am schimbat lantul periodic, actualul ar trebui sa mai duca cateva sute km<br />
- Placile prezinta uzura, cel mai probabil in doua-trei luni vor trebui schimbate<br />
- Cadrul este marime <strong>S (40 cm, aproape 16 inch)</strong>, cantareste aprox 1700 grame (fara cuvete) si l-am folosit cu tija de 400 mm (in configuratia originala si la vanzare are o tija de 350 mm)<br />
- Furca este RockShox SID RLT (Tapered) exact ca si in configuratia originala dar provine de la o bicicleta de teste pentru expozitii (este model 2011 si in stare mai buna decat furca cu care am folosit-o eu, are schimbul de ulei facut)<br />
- Franele sunt Avid Elixir si au aceeasi poveste cu furca<br />
- Prezinta o singura zgarietura pe top tube-ul cadrului (la un transport maneta de schimbator a lovit cadrul)<br />
- Nu am avut cazaturi (adica nu cazaturi serioase) sau  alte accidente.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://eliseimiron.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/6_ravensh.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-1017" title="6_ravensh" src="http://eliseimiron.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/6_ravensh.jpg" alt="" width="670" /></a>Si asta nu e singura oferta! Prima bicicleta oferita de Maros Bike pentru competitii a fost Focus Raven Expert Carbon si am folosit-o intre anii 2008-2010. Valoarea acestei biciclete in configuratia originala, era de aproximativ 2000 Euro, deci apropiata cu cea din 2011,  avea cadrul de carbon dar echipare inferioara (Adica Shimano XT, Furca Recon, Roti Mavic CrossRide spre deosebire de modelul 2011 ce era echipata cu Sram X.0 2&#215;10  viteze, Furca Sid, Roti DT Swiss).</p>
<p>Pretul stabilit pentru aceasta bicicleta a fost de 4499.9 lei dar intra si ea la OFERTA pana la finalul lunii<strong> Ianuarie 2012: 3500 LEI</strong></p>
<p>Pe blogul meu puteti gasi<a href="http://eliseimiron.com/2008/05/un-weekend-nou-noutz.html"> impresiile despre prima utilizare</a> a acesteaia si fotografii din anii <a href="http://eliseimiron.com/gallery?album=Foto2008">2008 </a>si <a href="http://eliseimiron.com/gallery?album=Foto2010">2010</a>, pe site-ul <a href="http://www.marosbike.ro/preturi_BICICLETE_-_Biciclete_folosite/Bicicleta_Focus_Raven_Carbon_SH-3375.html" target="_blank">MarosBike.ro</a> gasiti configurarea acestei biciclete iar mai jos, din nou cateva detalii de culise:</p>
<p>- Am folosit bicicleta in total vreo16-18 luni, dein 2008 pana in 2010. In anul 2009 nu am concurat decat la final de sezon, din cauza unor probleme de sanatate, iar pe perioada iernii am folosit bicicleta de rezerva (de antrenament &#8211; un Focus Highland Peak)<br />
- In competitii am folosit aceasta bicicleta in alta configuratie decat cea de catalog (care este acum si la vanzare): am folosit Furca SID in loc de Recon, Roti CrossMax in loc de CrossRide, Schimbatoare XTR in loc de XT, Pinioane X.9 in loc de LX.<br />
- Furca a avut parte de revizii, lanturile au fost schimbate la timp.<br />
- Pedalierul (XTR) prezinta uzura mai redusa decat pe bike-ul de 2011, mai poate fi folosit inca fara probleme, probabil placa mijloc va trebui schimbata in cateva luni.<br />
- Cadrul este mai usor decat la generatia noua, cantareste <strong>1173 grame</strong> (fara cuvete) si este tot un <strong>S dar de 44 cm, putin peste 17 inch</strong>.<br />
- Nu am avut cazaturi nasoale cu ea</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Dupa un an jumate de folosire a device-ului<a href="http://garmin.ro/produs.php?id=364&amp;subcat_id=8&amp;cat_id=13" target="_blank"> Garmin Dakota 10</a>, ocazie cu care adresez inca odata multumiri companiei<a href="http://garmin.ro/" target="_blank"> Garmin Romania</a>, a sosit momentul sa imi exprim parerea despre el.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">In primu&#8217; si-n primul rand, iata cateva <strong>specificatii</strong>: Este un device entry-level din categoria &#8220;On the Trail&#8221; &gt;&gt; &#8220;Mapping Handhelds&#8221;, adica un device ce permite incarcarea  unor harti digitale si afisarea acestora pe ecranul color cu touchscreen, gandit pentru drumetii. Device-ul este compatibil Geocaching, stie sa-si traseze singur rutele propuse intre anumite puncte de pe harta, stie sa inregistreze track-urile traseelor parcurse dar si sa importe track-uri gpx, sa calculeze aria unei zone, are calendar pentru vanatoare si pescuit, informatii despre soare si luna, posibilitatea de a adauga puncte de interes si transferarea datelor prin usb. Exista si functii si facilitati care ii lipsesc, cum ar fi: compas electronic, altimetru barometric, transfer wireless, camera foto si viziualizare fotografii, stocare pe card, functii specifice pentru fitness si cycling (senzor de puls, viteza, cadenta, etc &#8211; dar pentru asta exista gama Edge).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In filmuletul postat pe <a href="http://youtu.be/-OA92I5d1ds" target="_blank">YouTube</a>, puteti arunca o privire prin meniul device-ului si puteti vedea descarcarea traseului inregistrat, in calculator, folosind softul MapSource si harta Ro.a.d. 2008, iar mai jos puteti vedea cateva screenshot-uri din device.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>La ce mi-a fost de folos</strong>: inregistrarea traseelor preferate in format gpx si oferirea gratuit pentru download a acestora pe site-ul personal (vezi sectiunea <a href="http://eliseimiron.com/category/gps" target="_blank">Trasee GPS</a>), inregistrarea traseelor pentru competitiile organizate de<a href="http://team.marossport.ro" target="_blank"> Clubul Sportiv Maros</a> (XCO, Maraton si Winter Race), navigarea pe traseele de maraton &#8211; ca masura de siguranta pentru a nu ma rataci in cazul in care dispar unele marcaje de pe traseu (in sensul asta m-a ajutat chiar si la un maraton din Italia), orientare intr-o zona necunoscuta folosind harta incarcata si punctele de interes, cautare de comori (geocaching &#8211; o activitate pe care o practic mai rar).</p>

<p>Si acum&#8230; verdictul. Din punctul meu de vedere device-ul este <strong>SUPER OK</strong>, dar hai sa mentionez niste plusuri si minusuri:<strong><br />
<span style="color: #00ff00;">(+)</span></strong> este foarte robust si etans, a rezistat pe ploaie, noroi si chiar la o cazatura de pe ghidon la vreo 50km/h,<br />
<span style="color: #00ff00;"><strong>(+)</strong></span> usor de folosit avand touchscreen, meniu intuitiv<br />
<span style="color: #00ff00;"><strong>(+)</strong></span> autonomie foarte buna a bateriei (acumulatori de 2850 mAh ma tin aprox o saptamana in conditiile in care folosesc device-ul 3-4 ore pe zi)<br />
<span style="color: #00ff00;"><strong>(+)</strong></span> se pot incarca si alte harti, inclusiv variante gratuite actualizate de pe OSM (click pentru detalii)<br />
<strong><span style="color: #00ff00;">(+)</span></strong> se poate naviga pe track-ul incarcat sau ruta stabilita si in acelasi timp sa se inregistreze noul track<br />
<span style="color: #00ff00;"><strong>(+)</strong></span> afiseaza pozitia pe profilul de altitudine a unui traseu propus pentru navigare</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff00ff;"><strong>(-)</strong></span> ecranul este greu de descifrat sub lumina puternica a soarelui (recomand dezactivarea umbrelor de relief de pe harta si alegerea unei culori deschise pentru track),<br />
<span style="color: #ff00ff;"><strong>(-)</strong></span> suportul pentru ghidon nu este foarte sigur (dar am rezolvat problema asigurand device-ul cu o brida de suport),<br />
<span style="color: #ff00ff;"><strong>(-)</strong></span> intra noroi intre ecran si marginea carcasei (fara sa afecteze functionalitatea device-ului)<br />
<span style="color: #ff00ff;"><strong>(-)</strong></span> noroiul si apa pot &#8216;butona&#8217; singure ecranul cu touchscreen (dar se poate bloca din butonul<br />
<strong><span style="color: #ff00ff;">(-)</span></strong> nu indica nici in meniul device-ului si nici in MapSource diferenta de nivel cumulata pentru track-urile inregistrate. Pentru a o afla, trebuie uploadat track-ul pe <a href="http://connect.garmin.com" target="_blank">connect.garmin.com</a></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nu in ultimul rand, trebuie sa recunosc ca desi uneori folosesc smartphone-ul pentru inregistrarea (ad-hoc) a unor trasee gps, acuratetea, autonomia bateriei, independenta hartilor si a punctelor de interes (nu are nevoie de net) tine partea lui Garmin. Cu alte cuvinte, inca odata se demonstreaza ca e mai sanatos sa folosesti device-uri specializate pentru un anume domeniu, in detrimentul device-urilor multifunctionale. <p style="text-align: justify;">Un clovn a fost atras atat de tare incat a uitat sa-si lase costumul la circ si sa se echipeze adecvat unei curse de mountainbike ba chiar a uitat si sa se inscrie&#8230; noroc ca unul dintre organizatori, adica cel mai mare dintre ei, i-a legat un numar de ghidon sa se simta si el bine, precum ceilalti concurenti. Problema a fost ca nu prea respecta el traseul, mai scurta asa cum a observat si o tinerica spectatoare, se mai oprea la povesti cu cei de pe marginea traseului sau se invartea in cerc uneori, trecand pe sub banda ce delimita traseul, in loc sa urmeze directia indicata de acestea. Chiar si asa, a declansat diafragma aparatelor foto, simpatia celor mai mici dintre spectatori si zambetele celor mari. Poate pentru ca si el avea un zambet larg, pana la urechi sau pentru ca avea nasul mare, rosu si infundat&#8230;!?</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Cert este ca nu a fost singurul care a uitat sa-si ia costumul de ciclist pe el&#8230; a mai fost un personaj scotian din Bucuresti despre care s-a spus ca ar avea cel mai traznit costum dintre participantii care a terminat cursa. Poate daca clovnul s-ar fi inscris si el si daca ar fi parcurs toate turele, fara sa triseze ar fi castigat el aceasta titulatura, dar el s-a multumit cu cele 26 de spectacole din acest an si le asteapta pe cele care vor urma, la anul&#8230; si la multi ani.</p>

<p>P.S. Aceasta participare a fost un pamflet si trebuie tratata ca atare. Orice luare in serios a acestei intamplari dauneaza grav bunei dispozitii. Costumul si machiajul a fost insa a fost real si il puteti vedea uneori pe scena Teatrului National, desigur purtat de un alt actor, ocazie cu care ii multumesc lui Catalin pentru recuzita.</p>
