]]> We are pleased to inform you that the scheduled downtime here at E-conomic went very smoothly last Friday.  The maintenance went faster than expected and thus the E-conomic application was back online four hours earlier than anticipated.

In order to complete the major database restructuring and improve the E-conomic application further, E-conomic will be offline and unavailable for one more scheduled period this coming Friday evening.

The offline period will be:

Friday, July 30, 2010, from 9:00 p.m. – Saturday, July, 31, 2010, at 5:00 a.m.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to log on to E-conomic during this period.

We regret the inconvenience, but look forward to introducing you to a faster E-conomic!

]]> Our easy to use scanning module can easily be added to your application, enabling you to swiftly scan in supplier invoices together with current receipts.

The module provides you with a unique system email address. Any documents, PDF files, gif and jpgs mailed to this email address can be brought into the application.

You can also have a copy of your scan displayed at the base of your screen. This can be used as a starting point for entry booking, allowing you or your bookkeeper to work from that record, avoiding the possibility of falling behind because of any delay in receiving paper invoices.

Further time saving can be made by asking suppliers to invoice directly to your unique scanning email address.

You can also choose to save your document as an electronic file without access to supporting documents -  useful for those need to keep employment agreements, and other contracts conveniently accessible.
