Many people want their body fit, but they always go to the wrong way without guide. Fortunately, there’s a web which provides secrets and guides about best diet pills for women. Both men and women can benefit from the site. Whatever you read, I think the best way to get your body fit is practice, and live with practice. Besides work-out, you need some special nutrition to make you feel better.

Most people think the best place for working-out is gym, but I think the nature is the best place for working-out. Tools for work-out are everywhere, e.g. stairs, bench, chair, desks. So, you can make advantages of them, which can help you do exercise. It’s not necessary to go to gym or fitness club. Your home, your office, car, bus, all of them are your tools for making you fit. However, please take care of your safety when you work out.

Adults and children should be noticed about their body health. All of people want to a healthy life, but they always do wrong when they are kids. Besides appropriate exercise, healthy food or diet is necessary. However, for children’s health, whatever you do for your kids, please consult professionals at first, who can give you good suggestion according to your family and your kid’s health condition.

Although Scientific Linux 4.8 is not the newest version of Scientific Linux, I’d like to introduce how to install it and to have a dual-system machine since STAR-CD 3.15 need an old version and Scientific Linux 4.8 is appropriate. Maybe someone will think it’s better to use VirtualBox making a virtual Linux on Windows, But I guess that’s not a good idea for people who need a large scale computation because a host system need resources to operate.

The first thing is to download the Scientific Linux 4.8 and burn a DVD (I think you have a DVD driver. If you have only CD driver, please download the CD version.) If you want to install it with USB disk or hard disk, I will introduce it later.

Preparation works:
1) move you data on the last one or two partitions to your previous partitions, and keep a least 20GB free spaces for installing Linux. (Although the Linux need only a smaller space, I guess you have a large hard disk for computation. The space is able to expand.)

2) reboot your system, and set the first boot driver is CD/DVD in BIOS, then save and reboot.

Installation procedures are the same as common Linux installation, please refer to other websites.

Reboot the system, and choose Scientific Linux to start.

You need to turn off automatically upgrade to avoid that new version of softwares crashing STAR-CD running.

After installing STAR-CD, you should edit /etc/X11/xorg.conf and add the line into the “Screen” section in order to avoid shading window projection:

Option "backingstore" true

then download openmotif-2.1.3 and install it.

Once you set the license file correctly, you could run STAR-CD.

Basic N-S equation in vector model is

ddt(rho U) + div(rho U U) = - grad (p) + div (mu (grad (U) + (grad(U))T)) + lambda grad(div(U)) + f

       (1)

where, lambda = – 2/3 mu, which is Stokes hypothesis. However, lambda is used frequently but there is no evidence to prove it up to now. [1,2]

we have

laplacian(U) = div(grad(U))

If we transform it as a convenient style, N-S equation becomes

ddt(rho U) + div(rho U U) = - grad(p) + laplacian(mu U) + 1/3 mu grad(div(U)) + f

           (2)

If we drop the lambda term, N-S equation becomes

ddt(rho U) + div(rho U U) = - grad(p) + laplacian(mu U) + mu grad(div(U)) + f

                (3)

If the fluid system is incompressible, then div(U)=0, the incompressible N-S equation is

ddt(rho U) + div(rho U U) = - grad(p) + laplacian(mu U) + f

                                         (4)

In fact, the oil or water is almost incompressible, that means div(U) is about 0. So if the fluid is oil or water, we use the equation (4).

Marilyn: What happened?
Susan: The baby-sitter called. His daughter’s sick.
Marilyn: What’s wrong?
Susan: I think she has a stomachache. He’s a good father.
Marilyn: So… what do you think of him?
Susan: He’s very nice. But I think he was nervous tonight. It was his first date in two years.
Marilyn: Will you see him again?
Susan: I hope so.
Marilyn: This food is delicious.
Susan: He didn’t get a thing to eat.
Marilyn: You ordered enough for three or four people. But I’m not complaining. The food is delicious.

Susan: Who’s that?
Marilyn: Do you think it’s …
Susan: No. … You won’t believe it, Marilyn.
Marilyn: I believe it, even without looking.
Harry: Hi.
Susan: How..?
Harry: Your downstairs neighbor let me in.
Susan: Did you go home?
Harry: I did, but everything is ok. So I decided to come back. To apologize for leaving so early, I brought you a little gift, a bonsai tree for your new apartment. Hi, Marilyn, I hope it’s not too late.
Marilyn: Not at all. We’re still eating.
Susan: Please. come in, join us. It’s our meal from the restauraunt. And, how is your daughter?
Harry: She’s fine. It was only a tummy ache.
Susan: It’s good that you went back.
Harry: Yeah, I think it’s important for me to be there since her mother died.
Susan: I agree. Aren’t you hungry?
Harry: As a matter of fact… I am hungry.
Marilyn: There’s lots of food left.
Harry: This is delicious.
Susan: Enjoy.

Marilyn: I’m going to excuse myself. I have a lot of work to do to get ready for tomorrow. Good night, Harry. It was nice meeting you.
Harry: Bye, Marilyn.
Marilyn: Good night, Susan.
Susan: Good night, Marilyn.
Susan: She’s going to a fashion show here in the city tomorrow. She’s sleeping here so she won’t have to travel from Riverdale in the morning.
Harry: You two must be close.
Susan: We are. The whole Stewart family is close.
Harry: I like that. And then, two years ago, my wife died.
Susan: You miss her?
Harry: I do, yes. But I have Michelle, and with time…
Susan: Is there anyone else in you life?
Harry: no, not yet. What about you?
Susan: I date occasionally, but my work keeps me busy.
Harry: Oh, speaking of keeping busy… The baby-sitter has to get home. Where did the time go? It’s midnight. Thank you, Susan. I had a nice evening.
Susan: Me too, Harry. Harry?
Harry: Yes?
Susan: I’d like to meet your daughter someday?
Harry: Does that mean I can see you again?
Susan: Of course.
Harry: Wonderful. I’ll call you and we’ll go out to dinner.
Susan: Please do.
Harry: I promise I won’t leave early.
Susan: It was for a good reason.
Harry: You know something?
Susan: What?
Harry: I think we’re going to be good friends.
Susan: Have a safe trip home. …. Are you all right?
Harry: Sorry.
Susan: I never liked that umbrella stand. Good night, Harry.
