After waiting for the Canon 5D MarkIII to come out for a while now, I wasn’t in the end convinced that it was worth it (at least not for my particular needs) and I decided to finally get a 5D MarkII. The 5D is dead, long live the 5D II. :)

Bus O’Clock, the live bus departures app for Londoners with iPhones that I’ve designed and built at Sennep, is now available on the App Store.

I used PhoneGap and Xcode to convert the HTML/JS build to iOS. The main advantage is that BOC can now run in the background and that you’ll only have to allow use of your location once. It also allows for possible future growth, using notifications and other native iOS features.

Download it for free from the App Store or visit boc.sennep.com on your iPhone if you still prefer the web app.
