i was up at the sandbar beach with my daughter acouple of winters ago and watched people going across the lake with kites and with snowboards and skis strapped to their feet i would love to try it myself it looks like alot of fun i know that there is a couple that have a store in burlington vt that sells the kites and i would like to know were abouts there store is so that i can check it out an get hooked up with the right equitment that i need to try out this sport any information would be helpfull my email address is ray_p2009@yahoo.com

The uniboard takes some getting used to if you are used to skis. For snowboarders, it is a quick transition. The construction is super solid, and the steel edge is better than any snowboard any where. I think that they would be a lot more popular if more people knew about them.
