		<description>Yeah Jen, maybe you are right. But they did offer a plan for people who want to loss weight right ? And i printed the daily recipe and i think it is quite good. For the people who not overweight, you should try it out as you can see Jen is quite happy with it.</description>

		<description>I've been a member of Spark for a few years now and I love it. It not only helps me figure out what I'm putting into my mouth with their nutritional tracker, but it also has a GREAT community. The support that I get there is just so great and I wouldn't know what to do without it.

What I love about it is that it doesn't tell you what or what not to eat. It doesn't shove any brand names in your face saying that you have to buy this product since it's the only thing that will fit into the "diet." Spark is not about dieting, it's about eating what you love, only in moderation. The articles they have on there are fantastic and the motivation is great!</description>
