On Friday April 27th 2012 I moved into Flat 8, 453 High Road, Wood Green, London N22 8JD let by Finance International Estates managed by Mr Ahmet Orgen. Its a 4th floor flat above his ground floor offices shown below. I’d met Mr Orgen previously when I stayed there for 10 days a while back during a move between properties.

An online check revealed that the property is above a pub called The Golden Fleece a well known crime hub for drug dealers and gun runners, raided by The police and in the middle of the “Gang-Green” & “N9 gang’s” native to Edmonton Green, N9. The N9 postcode tops the U.K stats for youth stabbings & drug related gang shootings. I can but hazard guess who put Mr Orgen up to it. It may have something to do with my upcoming case against 2 Met Detectives who abused me accusing me of being on drugs. Just how far are the Met prepared to sink?

I shall have a few questions for Mr Orgen when I see him Monday morning. Keep an eye on my Twitter feed for live updates.

According to the Companies House website Financial Investments Estates ceased trading sometime ago and Mr Ahmet Orgen is barred from being a director after leaving a trail of 6 companies in his wake.

I have safely forwarded the contract as an item of evidence.

I attended a meeting at Operation Weetings HQ with two detectives investigating phone hacking as I may have been phone hacked in the same way that Sheila Henry, mother of my friend Christian Small who died on 7/7 & some of his friends and family were.

After the meeting, as we made our way to the groundfloor in the lift I was verbally abused by one of the detectives who in a condescending sneering tone asked me if ‘I was on drugs‘ to the mild amusement of his colleague. I was shocked by this. Then to add insult to injury as I exited the security turnstiles I was told by his colleague they did not want to ‘faff around‘ with my inquiry and handed the letter listing the details I’d asked them to check against those on the NotW/Mulcaire notes back to me.

Formal complaint lodged at Scotland Yard and Directorate of Professional Standards

I’ve since been informed by Atkins Thomson Solicitors acting for me that Operation Weeting investigators say they found no trace for any of my details in the NotW/Mulcaire Notes for the year 2006 but the Met Police’s letter added that this did not mean that at sometime in the future they may discover or uncover evidence to the contrary. To me this sounds inconclusive. Maybe its something to do with the fact that I asked for the years 2004-2006 to be checked or am among the 17 phonehack victims DS Sue Akers told the Leveson Inquiry they removed for ‘operational reasons’.
Infact, it was while I was giving evidence at the Leveson Inquiry on the 25th of January that I told the Lord Justice I thought it best not to say much at this stage as it may prejudice the inquiries I’m making to Operation Weeting.

Legal action in the case of abuse by two Metropolitan Police detectives is pending.

How strange is this???

Christian Small was a good friend of mine who died in the London Bombings. He never returned home that day so his friends began trying to locate his car, ringing around the hospitals and making missing person appeals in Kings Cross where they put up this poster of him. The media descended on the area so soon his face was plastered all over the press. This led to Christian, his family and friends including myself being the victims of phone hacking.

Utterly despicable conduct by sections of the media combined with senior police refusal to investigate it.

Spot The Deliberate Mistake

The Evening Standard’s caption below provides us with a clue. It claims the News Of The World targeted him in the ‘hours’ he was missing, when in fact police withheld information leaving his family searching for him for 14 days as my book The 4th Bomb chronicles. You may well wonder why this was. A good person to ask is Police Inspector Andy Hayman as he was in charge of the 7/7 bombings Anti-Terror Investigation in 2005 AND also later led the investigation into phone-hacking in 2006 that tried to sweep it under the table while dining out with Murdoch Empire execs. Expect more explosive revealations in 2012.

My phone was hacked after I survived the bombings as other victims and survivors phones were. The shocking truth about the behavior of News Int. and members of the Met police is coming out. It just goes to show the importance of press freedoms and real journalism. We await the justice systems response.

Why were 7/7 victim's families phones hacked?

Now the entire nation is beginning to see the horrendous phone hacking a friend of mine, bomb victim Christian Small’s family phone hacking had to endure in the days after he was missing after 7:7. Only now is it coming to light.

Ms Sheila Henry’s solicitors Taylor Hampton have won extensive damages and costs against the NoTW and received a settlement due in no large part to a mass email I circulated within the U.K’s black community last July. Though this will not bring back her son Christian Njoya Small, dearly beloved and missed by all it is quite poignant as I dedicated the book to him in 2007 telling exactly what had gone on it was his great spirit and love for life that was a motivating factor and inspiration to me.

Corrupt Senior Policeman Andy Hayman

As usual, Andy Hayman is once again lying low as was he who headed the original investigation into the hacking affair telling the inquiry he’d leave no stone unturned.
It now turns out up to 4000 people have been hacked and we find out he works for Rupert Murdoch’s News corp in some capacity.

I like many will be interested to see how Met Commisioner Paul Stephenson’s ‘clean-up’ proceeds.

Today at the 7:7 Inquest at The Royal Courts of Justice in London, lawyers for MI5, the British secret service accepted lessons had been learned surrounding the events of 7:7

Statements in defence of MI5′s failures came from “Witness G”, chief of staff to MI5 director Eliza Mannigham-Buller’s replacement Jonathan Evans.
In support James Eadie Q.C for the Security Service, told the last day of the inquest “Lessons have indeed been learned. The Security Service has been and remains as concerned as they are to understand fully the events leading up to 7/7 and to learn from them.”

On May 6th 2011 the inquests full findings were released by Lady Justice Hallett to the British public.
That weekend I received a request from a national newspaper, The Independent On Sunday asking for my response on the verdict.
After I gave them my terms, (which have gone up considerably since my book launched in 2007) I received an email saying it was too much for them!
So comment is free as they say, from newspaper offices with no viable 5 year business strategy.
Anyway I’d rather have free speech.
Its priceless.

The circumstances
Shortly after holding a banner saying ‘MI5 did the Bus Bombing’ and being filmed by Al-Jazeera network I was struck by a glass bottle thrown by one of the numerous agent-provocateurs active in the square that day.
This incident led to me seeking first aid to my arm and face. While there I witnessed Ian Tomlinson’s last moments as paramedics fought to resuscitate him after he was brutally assaulted by a policeman. Of course, the commander in charge of operations that day Simon ‘O’Brien (The luckless Ex-Enfield Town Police Station chief) was stood down immediately by his superiors.


Last October I sent a letter to Metropolitan Police Commissioner Paul Stevenson outlining the conduct of some of his police officers (captured full HD Video and stills available) in the run up to this’ placing innocent members of the public under surveillance while MI5 allows known trained Jihadists free reign. As directed by a human rights lawyer, this is due process before any claim can be directed to the Metroplitan police.
I have yet to receive a response but after contacting them again found delay this was due to chief Paul Stephenson currently battling Cancer.

I await further direction by my legal advisor’s as to the next course of action in this case.

He organized a conference in January 2007 under the banner “War on Terror Week”, and advertised speakers including political figures, human rights lawyers, speakers from Cageprisoners, and former Guantánamo Bay detainees. One lecture, Jihad v Terrorism, was billed as “a lecture on the Islamic position with respect to jihad”.

Richard Jones - NEVER was aboard the bus 30 but was present at the Piccadilly tube evacuation miles away

Jones was identified on footage previously unseen by the British public. It proves he was not in Tavistock Sq or aboard the bus, but at Russell Square following the tube explosion on the Piccadilly line at the time.

Sir Paul Stephenson and The Metropolitan Police

 

I, Daniel Obachike Adigwe, a Law abiding citizen have had my civil and human rights violated unlawfully on numerous occasions by serving members of the Metropolitan Police. Their ongoing campaign is causing anguish and distress to myself and members of my family as well as financial loss to me personally.

Since an incident in 2008 when I was falsely accused of a crime the Met Police have abused their powers and my rights. This unlawful police campaign began on Saturday March 8th 2008 the week I began a new job at The Carphone Warehouse HQ in Acton. On that day I was arrested, handcuffed and held in police custody.

Detectives investigating the allegations found I was innocent of the charges after the accusers story fell apart under questioning. Still a penalty notice was issued to me assuming guilt: 01/A64881261 by PC Keeley 223717. I refused to pay it and it was later withdrawn after the CPS withdrew the case, yet officers of the Metroplitan police continue with their campaign of harassment against me.

Since then I have been harrassed by a number of serving officers of the Metropolitan Police force while going about my lawful job seeking, work and business activities. I am fully aware that their campaign of harrassment is due to animosity against me, largely as a result of my 7th July Truth and Afrikan community activism but when the Metropolitan Police abuse their powers to prevent my right to lawful employment, to earn money and move freely without fear or intimidation not only do they infringe my civil rights but human rights law too.

I have collected evidence of numerous incidences of the Police harrasment campaign since 2008 which I will be happy to present at the appropiate stage in proceedings. I seek a full explaination and full redress.
I await your response.
