The West Coast rapper’s Zoo Life Entertainment will be distributed exclusively by Fontana. Artists currently on the roster include Gail Gotti, Village Boo, Lil Boo, Locie Locc and TipToe.

"I'm happy to be in business with Fontana and staff and glad my business hand and grind was respected enough to bring my Zoo Life label and brand amongst the world and cater to the fans independently," 40 Glocc told AllHipHop.com in a statement. "Fontana is the way to go for me and the vision I have for my company…”

The debut release under 40 Glocc’s new union with Fontana is titled N.W.A. (New World Agenda).

<itunes:author>Magazine</itunes:author><itunes:subtitle /><itunes:summary>Ninety-four-year-old Delta blues singer/guitarist David ''Honeyboy'' Edwards is one of the last living links to the raw, unadulterated country style of blues born in the steamy cotton fields of the Mississippi Delta, known as much for its fertile soil as its rough and tumble juke joints, fast women

More than a talented blues musician, Edwards is a walking piece of American folklore. He watched the great bluesman Charley Patton play in the bars of Jackson, and learned to play for nickels and dimes on street corners from Big Joe Williams.

One of his closest friends was the legendary Robert Johnson, whose mythical deal with the devil brought him talent and fame. Edwards was at his deathbed after Johnson was allegedly poisoned by a jealous juke joint owner in 1938.

Edwards was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame in 1996 and won a Grammy in 2008 for his recording ''Last of the Great Mississippi Delta Bluesman: Live in Dallas,'' with Robert Lockwood Jr., Henry Townsend and Pinetop Perkins. In January, he received a Lifetime Achievement Award Grammy.

Edwards performs Friday at Larry Holmes Ringside Restaurant in Easton, accompanied on harmonica by his manager Michael Frank, a graduate of Lehigh University.

Also on the bill is the Michael Packer Blues Band from New York City. The show is part of a five-concert tour in the Northeast.

Born the son of cotton sharecroppers in Shaw, Miss., in 1915, Edwards learned to play the guitar when he was about 10 years old from his father.

Inspired by listening to Tommy Johnson and other bluesmen on 78 rpm records, Edwards began to play professionally in 1932 with Big Joe Williams, who had been impressed with his style.

In 1942 he was discovered by renowned folklorist Alan Lomax, who recorded him for the Library of Congress. Like many other Mississippi bluesmen at the time, he had migrated north to Chicago in the 1940s to become a vital player in that city's burgeoning blues scene.

Delta blues means a lot of different things to different people. Its defining instrumental characteristic is its use of ''bottleneck'' slide guitar, while its vocal roots lie deep in the heart of gospel.

''Delta blues is a feeling goin' way back. It's got gospel in it, like the baritone sound of a gospel lead singer,'' says Edwards. ''But you can play blues two or three different ways. Most blues players play a little of everything. We got a few that try and play but they can't. You got to play blues with a feeling. You got to have a feeling with it. And you got to have the chords to go with the feeling. You put your own tune to it, your own sound to it, and you make it work,'' Edwards says.

While many can play the blues, not many can sing it, Edwards says.

''We got so many white boys playin' the blues now, that's good -- it's not going away. Some of them are real good, and every once in a while you catch one of them who can sing good, too -- you know what I mean? But their voice chords are not like ours, I guess. Its just the nature of our people that makes the voices different.''

More a performer than a songwriter, Edwards' repertoire comes from material he's learned from his own community, material he has pieced together into a unique personal tapestry.

His hourlong set typically contains some all-time blues classics, including ''Sweet Home Chicago,'' done the slow, original way; ''Goin' Down Slow'' by St. Louis Jimmy; ''That's All Right'' by Chicago bluesman Jimmy Rogers, and Edwards' own famous ballad ''Just Like Jesse James.''

Unlike most Delta blues artists, who played mostly regionally, Edwards crossed state lines to play.

''I was travelin' from when I was 17 years old. Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, I stayed in labor camps, log camps, just playin' the blues, shuffle blues. It was Big Joe Williams who started me out -- he was about 35 years old at the time,'' Edwards says.

''When I first saw him play, he said, 'Why you lookin' at me so hard?' '' Edwards says. ''And I said 'I never seen a man play guitar like you before.' So he asked me if I could play, and handed me his guitar. I played a few chords, and he said 'I can learn you,' just like that. So I left with Big Joe, and when I came back after four or five months, I was real good. My brothers and sister, they said 'Honeyboy can sure play now!' I started recording and everything after that.''

Edwards' slide guitar style, which uses the more difficult standard tuning as opposed to the open tuning most slide guitarists use, is as distinctive as his voice. Many compare it to that of Robert Nighthawk, often considered the best electric slide guitarist ever.

By the time Edwards moved to Chicago in about 1945, he'd been playing in small clubs and street corners, making recordings, and not much money -- not that it bothered him. ''We'd all be playing for nickels and dimes in the streets, maybe in little clubs for 2 or 3 dollars a night,'' Edwards says.

Since their debut in 2001, the Black Rebel Motorcycle Club have grown up right in front of our eyes, from members of the garage rock revival to international superstars. But with their latest album, Beat The Devil’s Tattoo, the band present a mix of musical sleight of hand and a few beefy rock tracks.

Of the album’s 13 tracks, it’s easy to describe a chunk of them as gimmicks: inherently good songs that can be enjoyed but are created through some feat of surface-level awesomeness without a lot of sustainability. Whether it’s the psychedelic jam from a forgotten cut off of Black Sabbath that is “War Machine” or “Sweet Feeling”, the saccharine sweet jam of pure neo-psychedlic pop, there’s a very shallow flirtation with all things trippy. Of course, there’s also the interesting creations where guitars almost come to life. There’s a great kind of relationship between the wailing and dark guitar and the positive soaring boom of the jangly guitar rhythm in the Thin Lizzy-esque “Bad Blood”. “Beat The Devil’s Tattoo” is a down-home folk classic amped to hell; it’s a refreshing little device when a decidedly acoustic guitar slices through the modern trappings of the band. Sadly, those beasts don’t do much else other than peek the listener’s initial interest.

The album’s a struggle of too much experimentation versus not enough overall consistency. This is a band who has changed their sound before, and while it may not be as drastic as other shifts (as they’ve gotten more and more concise), they’ve lost some of that initial edge. They’re more technically sound then ever, but there’s less of that swagger than with material from, say, B.R.M.C. But even when they do offer some blasts from the past, it’s just not the same. “Conscience Killer” is this album’s “Whatever Happened To My Rock And Roll” in that it’s for older fans and recalls that simplified, rumbling guitar noise. But after further listens, it’s gotten kind of organized like something from a late ’90s U2: arena-ready rock with tons of fury and little long-term substance.

But the songs that do mean something do so because of the tiny choices the band has made. “Shadow’s Keeper” is like some grunge-heavy Seattle natives learning the basics of blues circa 1992. It’s also the first song to lose control musically, breaking down into a spiral of wailing guitar and heavy industrial noise. It highlights the importance of burning out into the musical oblivion: Do it every track, and we expect it; keep it a gift and it means more to us. “Evol” stands out because, in an album full of minimalized vocals where a lot is held back for seemingly no purpose, the singing especially sounds like it’s done from a deep, dank cave. It’s an example of their focus on sounds and instrumentation over vocals to create a battle where the guitars reign supreme and the vocals are that much creepier. “Long Way Down” is a solemn gospel song if done by Radiohead. Emotionally, it’s busy and is one of the more straight-up beautiful and traditional tracks on the album. Here, the effects and noise in the background add an other worldly presence to the song. But they don’t let it win, and the song dies to a lonely piano. That says a lot about the power of the musical add-ons in the band’s eyes. Despite their initial reading as even more tricks, these songs are representative of the power of the band when stripped to the very basics.

All of this isn’t to knock the natural development all artists go through; it has to happen, and we all hate when too much of the goodness is left behind. But if you loved BRMC because they were rough around the edges and things genuinely seemed messy and raw and real, you may feel just as defeated as El Diablo.</itunes:summary>

With the forthcoming album "Raymond Vs. Raymond" the chart-topper, with fire in his eyes, is intent on getting that swagger back !

Covering the latest issue of Billboard, Usher admits "I had checked out... I went all the way into being super husband and super dad, thinking, 'I've got to be serious all the time. I've got to be the man.' I put my swagger down for a minute, but I didn't throw it away. Now it's time to get it back."

With a troubled marriage behind him, new management and music, Usher seems poised for a comeback with "Raymond Vs. Raymond"

Due in stores March 30, the album features "Hey Daddy (Daddy's Home)," the Nicki Minaj assisted "Little Freak" and the just released single "OMG," featuring will.i.am. But, according to Usher the album is also packed with renewed confidence and energy.

"A lot of things have happened in the last few years that could have broke me, but I'm still standing; rejuvenated with a new peace, confidence and energy," says Usher. "I've got fire in my eyes."

While Usher seems to be renewed and in a new place, the question is... do you think Usher can get his 'swagger' back with "Raymond Vs.

T.I. announced his return to music this week with the street single “I’m Back.” Now his Grand Hustle affiliate B.o.B reveals another new track that may appear on the King of the South’s first album since serving time behind bars.

B.o.B aka Bobby Ray has heard material from his label chief’s new project and is actually featured on one record titled “Dream Me Up” produced by Cut the Check. “Me and T.I. have a song that can potentially go on his album,” he tells Rap-Up.com. “I think it’ll definitely be a smash.”

Additionally, T.I. guests on a song called “5th Dimension” from B.o.B’s debut B.o.B Presents: The Adventures of Bobby Ray. “I brought my guitar over, Tip was on the MPC, Lil C was on the keys. We just vibed out, rocked out a bit, and we came up with a pretty dope song.” Listen to him rapping the lyrics here.

Tip dropped some knowledge on his younger protégé, who’s enjoying success with his breakout single “Nothin’ on You.” “T.I. has given me a lot of advice and a lot of critique in the stages where I really needed it the most and he’s definitely like a mentor to me,” shares B.o.B.

T.I.’s seventh studio album is due August 24, while B.o.B’s Adventures arrives April 27. The latter can currently be seen on the “Steppin Laser” tour with Lupe Fiasco</itunes:summary>
