Great if you don't desire to add/adjust the content of what you're retweeting, which for me is never the case. When retweeting, I usually change the link, add a new link, add an @ person or shorten the tweet to be more succinct so others can more easily retweet it. So, this tool doesn't work for me. You're not an RSS feed. Don't auto-retweet.<br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://twitter.com/markbaratelli"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 202px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjW8zka3no2G3pI07Hd0f3ln8sOLDUNk-ZvZWysRKtXumRd9RHzYItJNKBMBCH5eMGmGRGa-cuuX5F7AKFrQZ6MzA2IUxK0PTwb9qKaYNAmC9q_LMFw6bMH3lzdSzWcS-LCqwJ66w/s400/Screen+shot+2009-11-10+at+7.45.39+AM.png" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402455498451904370" /></a>The Daily City®http://www.blogger.com/profile/11839089206179529879noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16851450.post-64177748347712782912009-10-30T17:31:00.000-07:002009-10-30T17:32:30.065-07:00Bergdorf Goodman windows | October<center><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/markbaratelli/4055055971/" title="P1310071 by Mark_Baratelli, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2467/4055055971_d4bca27c65.jpg" width="333" height="500" alt="P1310071" /></a><br /><object width="400" height="300"> <param name="flashvars" value="offsite=true&lang=en-us&page_show_url=%2Fphotos%2Fmarkbaratelli%2Fsets%2F72157622698617072%2Fshow%2Fwith%2F4055055971%2F&page_show_back_url=%2Fphotos%2Fmarkbaratelli%2Fsets%2F72157622698617072%2Fwith%2F4055055971%2F&set_id=72157622698617072&jump_to=4055055971"></param> <param name="movie" value="http://www.flickr.com/apps/slideshow/show.swf?v=71649"></param> <param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://www.flickr.com/apps/slideshow/show.swf?v=71649" allowFullScreen="true" flashvars="offsite=true&lang=en-us&page_show_url=%2Fphotos%2Fmarkbaratelli%2Fsets%2F72157622698617072%2Fshow%2Fwith%2F4055055971%2F&page_show_back_url=%2Fphotos%2Fmarkbaratelli%2Fsets%2F72157622698617072%2Fwith%2F4055055971%2F&set_id=72157622698617072&jump_to=4055055971" width="400" height="300"></embed></object></center>The Daily City®http://www.blogger.com/profile/11839089206179529879noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16851450.post-6737082002898139982009-10-03T15:48:00.000-07:002009-10-03T15:52:34.637-07:00Bike guyThere's a festival going on (I forgot the name) that is doing stuff all around 14 street in NYC. So I got my free taco, took some photos, got excited about the polaroids on a ring and began my travel back to the subway and up to Lincoln Center for what turned out to be an awful movie: To Die Like a Man. I wish I would have stayed at the High Line. I was told about "Specials" by Orlando-based performance artist Brian Feldman. They did "Specials" in September, but I missed it that night. I am glad I caught it this time. <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/markbaratelli/sets/72157622501071722/show/">View the slideshow bigger</a><br /><object width="400" height="300"> <param name="flashvars" value="offsite=true&lang=en-us&page_show_url=%2Fphotos%2Fmarkbaratelli%2Fsets%2F72157622501071722%2Fshow%2F&page_show_back_url=%2Fphotos%2Fmarkbaratelli%2Fsets%2F72157622501071722%2F&set_id=72157622501071722&jump_to="></param> <param name="movie" value="http://www.flickr.com/apps/slideshow/show.swf?v=71649"></param> <param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://www.flickr.com/apps/slideshow/show.swf?v=71649" allowFullScreen="true" flashvars="offsite=true&lang=en-us&page_show_url=%2Fphotos%2Fmarkbaratelli%2Fsets%2F72157622501071722%2Fshow%2F&page_show_back_url=%2Fphotos%2Fmarkbaratelli%2Fsets%2F72157622501071722%2F&set_id=72157622501071722&jump_to=" width="400" height="300"></embed></object>The Daily City®http://www.blogger.com/profile/11839089206179529879noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16851450.post-10248748859928091272009-09-22T17:49:00.001-07:002009-09-22T17:49:46.617-07:00I like this | it sounds like Rehab<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/a4dSEyaT6R8&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&hl=en&feature=player_embedded&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/a4dSEyaT6R8&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&hl=en&feature=player_embedded&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>The Daily City®http://www.blogger.com/profile/11839089206179529879noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16851450.post-57799044191297198032009-09-13T22:56:00.001-07:002009-10-02T09:02:01.567-07:00She took a riskUPDATE: They removed the video. So a few weeks ago I found these salads at the new-ish SoDo Super Target that were almost high-end, but priced cheap. I <a href="http://www.thedailycity.com/2009/06/sodo-salads.html">wrote up a post</a> and emailed Target to see if I could shoot some video inside their store about the salads. They said no. I didn't try it. Then yesterday I saw it in a Starbucks for the first time while I was visiting Chicago. <br /><br />Instant coffee. I wonder how it will do. Seems to go against the "back to basics" effort they were going for awhile ago. <br /><br />I like the in-store display. The human-size cut-outs have the little packet of Via in their pockets, showing you bluntly what its function is: coffee on the go. And I like the water bottle with the little pocket for the little packet of Via.The Daily City®http://www.blogger.com/profile/11839089206179529879noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16851450.post-46706523129028735122009-05-01T11:57:00.000-07:002009-05-01T11:59:47.378-07:00Chicago public art: bridge sign<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/markbaratelli/3492221820/" title="Chicago public art on a bridge by Mark Baratelli takes pictures, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3581/3492221820_4a7223135b_o.png" width="400" alt="Chicago public art on a bridge" /></a><br />I caught this shitty photo of some cool public art hanging on a fence bordering a road.
