Finally the year is coming to an end and Christmas is just around the corner. The temperatures sink and the Christmas markets fill the air with the delicious smells of mulled wine, cinnamon and gingerbread. To increase the joy for the feast of love and contemplation we have created two new bars of the month December.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Our first bar is a reminder of old days when our parents and grandparents found oranges and mandarins under their Christmas trees. &lt;a href="http://www.createmychocolate.com/creations/recommended/"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fruity Christmas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt; seduces with our new ingredient of the month November: the &lt;a href="http://www.createmychocolate.com/create/toppings/confections/"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mini Christmas Cookies&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt; on softmelting milk chocolate. Creamy orange-chocolate-drops  are responsible for the fruity-nostalgic taste and our crunchy rice crispies round off everything. Also our second bar is a real culinary delight. &lt;a href="http://www.createmychocolate.com/creations/recommended/"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Make a wish&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt; convinces with festive gingerbread spice, which fits optically and with its flavor very well to the pistachios, the crunchy cornflakes with chocolate coating and the falling star made of cookie dough. Everything is assembled on a bar of white chocolate.&lt;/p&gt;

Not only the summer, but also the fall has its beautiful sites. Now a walk outside can be very fascinating: Everything is beautifully colored by the leaves falling from the trees and making rustling slight noises when you walk over them. Especially for children the fall time is one of the most beautiful seasons. Everywhere they can collect ripe chestnuts, beechnuts and acorns to play with them and build little figures. And to fly a kite in the upcoming wind brings more fun than ever. 
The bars of the month November are inspired by the current season and call it in your mind with every bite. Our first creation is called &lt;a href="http://www.createmychocolate.com/creations/recommended/"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;beautiful autumn day&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt;. And consists of crunchy cornflakes, fruity sour cherries and chocolate sizzle rocks. These delicious ingredients are united on tenderly melting milk chocolate. Our second bar of the month doesn’t carry its name without reason: &lt;a href="http://www.createmychocolate.com/creations/recommended/"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sweet November&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt; forms with its dark chocolate the perfect base for sweet nougat pieces, fruity strawberries and our delicious ingredient of the month: &lt;a href="http://www.createmychocolate.com/create/toppings/confections/"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;marzipan balls&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

Our &lt;strong&gt;bars of the month october&lt;/strong&gt; have been created by our production trainee Alexandra. The first bar looks like thanksgiving and colorful foliage: &lt;a href="http://www.createmychocolate.com/creations/recommended/"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Glossy October&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt; consists of milk chocolate with crunchy Walnuts, sweet Apple Bits and our colorful Flower Mix. Our second chocolate bar is also very tasty. &lt;a href="http://www.createmychocolate.com/creations/recommended/"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sweet autumn&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt; is decorated with our ingredient of the month september: cookies with choco chips. These sweet cookies are accompanied by yummy Caramel Pieces and Sprinkles on soft-melting white chocolate.

Even with tasty chocolate cookies you may score points. And since chocri chocolate and chocolate cookies fit perfectly together I prepared some quite delicious &lt;strong&gt;chocri-chocolate-cookies&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;chocolate cookies with chocri&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;img src="http://d3v7vjtovr7294.cloudfront.net/upload/Blog/chocolate_cookies.jpg" width="250px" alt="Quite delicious chocri chocolate cookies" style="margin:10px;float:right;border:1px solid #73502E;" /&gt;These cookies are quite easy to prepare and an absolute highlight. You need the following ingredients:&lt;br /&gt; 
150g flour&lt;br /&gt;
100g sugar&lt;br /&gt;
125g soft butter&lt;br /&gt;
1 egg&lt;br /&gt;
1 teaspoon baking powder&lt;br /&gt;
1 tablespoon bourbon vanilla sugar&lt;br /&gt;
and 1 bar of chocri chocolate&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The &lt;strong&gt;preparation&lt;/strong&gt; causes no great difficulties. Chop the chocri into large pieces. Stir butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until it is fluffy and add the egg. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir it into the butter mixture. Divide the dough in large or small parts and arrange them on a baking tray with baking paper. Now firmly press the chunks of chocri into the dough. Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake the cookies in the middle rack about 15 to 20 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;

But the pleasure of liquid chocolate on cold winter days is much better when shared with friends. So a delicious chocolate dinner with fruits,  biscuits and even ice cream is the best way to spend the after work evenings. In case you still have some chocolate Santas just melt them with the rest of the chocolate.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Accessories&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A delicious chocolate fondue can easily be prepared. You only need the basic fondue equipment. I would recommend you use a small ceramic bowl that is placed on a chafing dish or tea cozy. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;The chocolate&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There are no limits set on the chocolate selection. For a classic chocolate fondue you usually use bittersweet chocolate with a cocoa content of 55%. You can mix this dark chocolate mass with equal parts of milk chocolate. Those who prefer something sweeter may add a little sugar to it. The fondue gets really exotic with grated coconut or pistachio.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Fruit, cookies, etc.&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A chocolate fondue is a real vitamin bomb. Nearly all fruits are suitable for dipping. Especially oranges, apples and bananas are perfect, but also mango, papaya and gooseberry are delicious in a chocolate coat. Alternatively, small cookies, marshmallows and ice cream can be served with the fondue.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Our classic chocolate fondue&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is actually quite simple and requires no great knowledge. In a few steps you can create a perfect chocolate fondue for 6-8 chocoholics.
&lt;li&gt;Wash, peel, cut and serve 1 kg fruit in small bowls&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Chop 400g dark chocolate (55% cocoa content) and 200g of milk chocolate&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Boil 500ml milk, 250ml cream, and 60g sugar. Pour this over the chopped chocolate and stir it properly. Mix 60g cold butter into the mixture and stir the creamy chocolate mass.&lt;/li&gt;
