I knew the tooth had to come out but I had no idea they were going to do it that day.  As a result I was far less than half-way-ready and no where near prepaired for it.

Shorly after learning that the tooth was kissing goodbye to my mouth my social anxiety was kicking in and getting worse by the minute. By the time the dentist was near me I was nothing but a big ball of uncontrolled nerves.

My body temperature shot up, my mouth felt full of non-existsant saw dust and I was shaking severely from my head to my toes.

I tried desparately to control the shakes while she grabbed her syringes and I put on my oober sexy dental safety glasses… and then she came towards me….

I grabbed the sides of the dental lounger in a death grip, turning my knuckles white as I waited for het to numb me up and do some dental damage to my mouth.

Everything was going fine, the first five or so jabs didn’t hurt at all. I relaxed a little thinking it was going to go smooth with little pain… until i felt a horrendous shearing pain started jumping through my jawbone. I had to stop her and get re-numbed before she could continue with her work.

The rest of the experience sucked ass. The dentist lady was a very slow worker and it felt as if she were trying to break my lower jaw but FINALLY after what seemed like a lifetime, she was done.

So, I’ve been hopped up on the pain meds they gave me.

Vicodin + Melissa = sleep…  And a lot of it!

It’s slowly starting to feel better but it’ll probably be another few days before I won’t need the pain meds and thank GOD for that because i hate taking them! 

Root tips be damned y’all got OWNED!!

In truth it hurts like a son-of-a-bitch. The whole left side of my mouth is throbbing as if it has a pulse of its own and the entire area from my cheekbone down to my jaw line is swollen and puffy.

I feel bad for bending the truth on him but I’m just trying to keep him from worrying about me as well as trying to save him some money.

I keep hoping that by some miracle of God that it’ll right itself but after a few weeks time I just don’t see that happening.

Guess I’ll give it til Friday before I break the news that I’m secretly wishing for a high powered pain pill and a good pair of pliars.

I was searching for a few games to install on my android phone. Something small, cute and slightly addictive to keep me occupied during my free time.

I already had Jewels (about as close to Bejeweled as your going to get for free) but was quickly getting tired of the standard, shiny jewels graphics. So I went in search of another match 3 game. Something with the same goal but with cuter, more interesting graphics.

After searching for weeks, i found a little game called ‘ZooKeeper DX – Touch Edition’.

The game graphics looked insanely cute and it only cost $0.99… I had to have it.

Needless to say as soon as my new debit card came in the mail, I took a free dollar and downloaded the game.

Game Board:
When the game loads the graphics are cute and rich. Little tiny jungle animals start walking across the screen as they wait for you to come in and set them free.

Just like Bejeweled, the jungle animal heads drop down into the screen from the top. Each animal has it’s own set of colors and it’s your job to match them up with each other to set them free from the board.

At the top of the screen on each level you have a target number. This is the number of sets you need to clear of each animal to complete the level. Naturally the target starts off low but as you, the zookeeper, get farther and farther into the game the amount of animal sets you need to clear becomes higher.

I’ve quickly learned that the pause button is my best friend in the higher levels… Then again my eyesight isn’t as good as it used to be and I usually have to pause the game because I end up going cross-eyed from concentrating so hard.

ZooKeeper DX is a super simple game but don’t let that fool you. My theory is that if you’re going to purchase a game, whether online or on your phone, it better be a game you know will keep you interested and playing for a long time to come. ZooKeeper has that potential. It’s cute, simple and insanely addictive. Even more so than Bejeweled.

I’m definitely addicted to this little gem of a game. ZooKeeper rocks!

It’s really not a bad thing because I have a lot of things I’d like to share and I’m kind of at a loss as to where to begin. A lot of good things and a lot of bad.

I could go the easy way and attempt to put things in chronological order but I’m difficult and I think I’d much rather spin them out in the order in which they hit my mind.

It’ll be a fun flip-flop of good verses evil and which one comes out on top we won’t know until the day that I die.

It might make some people think I’m bipolar or just plain crazy but that’s okay. This is who I am and that’s who I’ll always be. I’m not about to apologize for it but I can tell you that things around here have a great potential of being interesting.

What will the next post entail? Who knows?!

What  once was supposed to be an online journal; a place to share my thoughts, vent my frustrations and pour all of my worries out of my internal system had become more of a site dedicated to visitors and what I thought they would want and maybe even need.

Now it’s time for me to take the site back and use it for myself again.

There will still be visitor content but not by the boatloads and the site will mainly be for my own therapeutic pleasure.

When I was younger I had the time and the patience to shell out content like nobody’s business but now that I’m gaining some age I just don’t have the interest in sitting in front of the computer monitor for hours going cross-eyed and busting my ass to dish out goodies for those who land on my site. This is my personal space, a place for me to speak freely about things going on in my life that I would otherwise hold inside.

This isn’t the end of comotized and it isn’t the end of visitor content. I’m just taking back what’s mine and using it for what it was originally intended for. I hope that you appreciate the changes that will be made around here and respect my wishes for what I want my site to be.

This is comotized, going back to version 1.0!
