Payday loans research questionnaire

As part of the City of Lincoln Council’s work on the Anti-poverty Strategy for Lincoln, together with the Council’s support to a student of the University of Lincoln, in his research into payday loans, we would like to gather your own views and experiences with payday loan companies.

This short questionnaire is not compulsory, and should only be completed by those who have approached a payday loan company. Please note, log book loans are excluded from this survey. We will not be able to identify individuals from the completed surveys .
